2) Mankind today often lift up the beggardry of their consciousness and the sinister deeds which they do in secret, thereby finding favor with the crowd which approves and applauds their every evil act. In my early years when embodied as Saint Francis I ran riot with many of them and found in the surfeiting of my being with mortal desire no satisfaction for my soul but a continual gnawing of incompleteness….
Precious ones, material values cannot be held if the spiritual undergirdings of any society are not maintained. To live in the outer reaches of mortal consciousness is to live in the ephemeral breath, the exhaled carbon dioxide upon the windowpane which vanishes at the first penetration of the Sun’s rays. The tests of life cannot be won through a service to Christ that is carried out by merely reading his words or attending some form of religious service or worship: men must follow him in the regeneration. Hierarchy is mindful of all the great needs of mankind; above all stands the towering image of the Christ and the need to relate this masterful image to the way of peace, for if men do not have peace with God they can have no peace anywhere.

3) Again and again in the retreat of the Blue Lotus the God Himalaya silently speaks to those of us who are able to understand his message, and we are always thrilled at how he takes the grandiose concepts of cosmos and reduces them to those childlike pictures of the purity of love and then conveys them to us with scarcely a smile. We think there are times when we have noted a twinkle in his eye, but even those of us skillful in discerning the quickest motions that can be made even by ascended beings are sometimes not sure, for he seems so completely enamored with the divine that he scarcely stops his meditations upon Love long enough to even convey to us what you would consider an accurate thought. But then the very height and depth and reality of his meditations are themselves the source of infinite inspiration to the heaven host.
It is interesting how that in the panoply of amended masters some have decided that they will, as Babaji and Mataji, manifest certain qualities of proximity to the celestial light where there is no escape therefrom. They seem to have little desire to actually hold consort with the children of men, being completely devotees of the Most High. Then again there are others like your blessed Saint Francis who is sometimes almost tardy at the courts of heaven, for he is so busy serving the needs of mankind. …
And precious ones ones of the light, the 10,000 angels of peace that have come with me tonight shall lower upon your heads now the feeling of God-Peace (17 second pause).
Is that not sweet, is that no tender? Is that not an example of the coolness of grace and brotherhood, the coolness that cools the fires of human passion of anger and of irritation? There is even a rustling in the atmosphere as they move about. They are lovers of your cosmic Identity. And now that the blessing has been bestowed we say, charge these angels with your love. Now as they receive your love we say, angels of peace from Gautama’s heart, depart! 5) When the self becomes accustomed to functioning in a climate of domination, imposing itself upon others and in turn being imposed upon by others, it knows not its own freedom nor is it able to impart freedom. Therefore the greatest step that the disciples can take in this day of violent actions and reactions is to cleanse the self of the vicious habit of reacting to the mistakes of others. 7) Let the trumpets of the archangels sound and let the dead be raised incorruptible! For the human consciousness shall be changed, and this that is corruptible man must put on the incorruption of the divine Man. Therefore in this hour of the judgment let this mortal put on immortality. This is my annunciation and this is the electrode of my life which I transfer to you--you who would be lightbearers to the age….
Now the moment is come and the fourth angel descending from the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony doth pour out his vial upon the sun [upon the etheric plane, the plane of the fire element] and power is given unto him to scorch men with fire. And this is the sacred fire by which mankind are scorched with a great heat, so much so that they blaspheme the name of God the Almighty One, the only one who hath power over these plagues. What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? Do not allow the sympathy of the Luciferians to prey upon the very light of your soul! Do not allow your consciousness to be entertained by the so-called sorrows of Satan! Do not feel sorry for those who do evil, for they too have the option of walking away from their evil ways. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel to proclaim the name of God--the power by which all souls yet tarrying in time and space can be saved. Proclaim the coming of the Christed ones and rebuke the devils who usurp the pure energies of the Mother and of the Holy Spirit. See how your love, replacing all sympathy, will go forth as the compassion of the Law to compel the children of God who tarry in their childish ways to rise to the standard of the Christ.

The ascended masters’ teachings are charged with light. And the miracle we bring for those who seek a sign before they will believe in heaven and the One Sent from heaven is the miracle of the soul converted to light and the path of light. 10) And thus those who are the terrorists who announce very calmly that “there will be war in this land for survival, there will be anarchy, there will be uprising”--they know whereof they speak, for they are the ones that will bring the war, they are the ones who keep their stashes and who build their armies and who are prepared when the signal is given.
I can assure you that endless preparations have been made worldwide for the taking of America through many means. And all who desire and who lust after her light—to eat the light of the blood of her sons and daughters—have realized that to take on America may be no small war-game or no small act of terrorism.
Therefore they have been content to prepare for this for decades. And all should be aware of the fact that even though the front pages of the newspapers continue to display heroes of the world of sports or anti-heroes who have entered into treachery and intrigue and taken from the greed and the trusting [through their own greed] their moneys in investments schemes, the real news is not coming to the hearts of the people. And therefore understand that those who control the media go to great pains to display before the people the anti-heroes to discourage them and to enable them to become cynics but never really bring to their attention what is actually happening, what is common knowledge to many but what does not appear in the newspapers or on the news….
Therefore mercy enters the arena of the merciless….And I bear as a banner and as a shield this mighty mirror, and the mirror points in all directions, having eight sides as a mighty octagon of mercy’s mirror….And the mercy of the Law does require therefore when I stand in the presence of those who have maimed life mercilessly that the mercy-flame return in exact quantity the mercy which they have shown life. Not only do they have an absence of mercy, beloved hearts, they have a minus-mercy.

11) For ambition in itself is a hideous monster, tricking you all the way to trust the human consciousness instead of to get God first and in getting Him to find a cornucopia of treasure and wisdom and light and abundance and divine love ever flowing….
Well, beloved ones, no louder voice did pride ever have, looming and glaring at the soul that has been silenced by the heavy tread of the boot of those self-proclaimed independent ones, not realizing they have been singed by Lucifer himself. For he is the one who said “I am who I am! I am more important than the Son of God, and God will have to ordain that His sons worship me, else I will rebel.” And he did.

12) The choosing of yourselves is not an exclusive choosing, for each evolution and race and wave in its time is called to raise up the ensign of light. Therefore a people of light worldwide is called to bring in the great golden age of Aquarius. This, beloved, can be accomplished in this hour only if millions rally to that living flame, to the pillar of fire in the midst of Israel, to the Holy City Foursquare established upon this continent. Know then that the choice is yet in the realm of the possible for lightbearers of all nations to raise up the call to light, to summon Archangel Michael, to enjoin and to be enjoined by hosts of light that come from cosmic spheres for the delivery of a plant.
Blessed hearts, this vision must be fulfilled by those in embodiment, you who have heard and seen and felt the light and the ministration of angels in your midst. Know then, beloved, that your capacity to contain light is infinite even as you are the issue of the Infinite God.

13) As you have heard this day, the founding of this organization is second to the founding of this nation, and both hold equal import in the setting of the foundation of the pyramid of America and the placing upon it of her capstone….

14) Imagine having to climb such a mountain of personal karma while crying out to God for mercy when one’s offense has been to withhold mercy from others! How would you feel if your karma were a mountain of molten lava turned into volcanic rock? Yet that hardness of heart produced a solidification in him that is also the blind spot of many, though they will not admit it…This then is a serious matter, for each man stands on his own whether he shall rise, whether he shall fall and whether or not he shall be master of himself.
As I have written: “If we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation which shall devour the adversaries” (Heb. 10:26)….
The darkness of mankind’s karma moves through the planet. It moves in and through all sentient life. Earth is very sick, and the minds of her people are very sick.

15) The mission is greater than he is, it is all-consuming. It has become the passion of being. The vision is ultimate truth. The vision is that measure of God the soul has been accorded in grace; and the soul who truly sees the portion apportioned unto him knows that the geometry when translated into the matter-sphere will of itself defend itself, preserve itself, perpetuate itself, as the music of Beethoven, chela of the Great Divine Director, reveals. It is untouchable, it cannot be stolen. Though mortals have attempted to pervert it they have only bound themselves further by the sacred fire that pours through it. It is the poetry of sacred fire plucking the harp of the heart, it is the sound of Elohim….
You will know that in the beginning was the Word, and by the Word spoken and transmitted as the music of the spheres of Elohim, by the Word transmitted as the sounding of the soundless sound the intoning of that music will spell the final round of the consuming of evil within the spheres of this solar system.
