4) Understand then that when there is the corruption of the matter-plane by the misuse of the sacred fire, the cycles of the feminine ray descend to dissolve--by the action of Lord Shiva and the Holy Spirit--that which has been the misuse of the Mother principle of life. Therefore understand that it is by purity’s light as the fiery core of each and every chakra that you will walk as that two-edged sword and be clean of the attraction of any of the particles of darkness that have been scattered in the Earth….
Now, beloved hearts, understand that the holding of the flame against such odds of the amalgamation of power and the manipulation of the all-seeing Eye of God and its energies which has occurred within this city can only be sustained by wholeness, and that wholeness is based upon Alpha and Omega in union within each one–upon Alpha and Omega focusing the intensity of the light in you and your twinflame….
Unless there be some who hold the action of that light as a pure fountain of living flame, the entire superstructure of the nation cannot be built chakra by chakra….
Beloved ones, understand then that the archdeceivers of mankind have always used the flow of supply--even the flow of light and energy at all levels through the chakras--to destroy and pervert the souls of the people; for to destroy the platform of evolution is to destroy the body temple.… Unless there be some who hold the action of that light as a pure fountain of living flame, the entire superstructure of the nation cannot be built chakra by chakra….
When you realize then that the regulatory factor of the Governor of Life--who is THE Lord OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, who is the Christ Self within you--would of its own free light and cosmic intelligence keep the way of the Tree of Life within the economy of the world, is interfered with by the subtle manipulations each and every day of those who rise early in the morning to control this day’s prices on the world market of gold, silver, commodities, resources, grain and wheat, all of these manipulations result in the skimming off of the profits….
Beloved ones, when souls of light forsake their control of Mother energy as it flows in this very base level of the economies of the nations, then the manipulators have free rein….Aaron’s rod must be called forth. And therefore it is my joy to deliver to you, by the hand of your own Christ Self from the Lords of Karma, that forcefield of energy which shall be unto you the rod of iron.
Beloved ones, let me explain that this transfer to you, to each and every one, can only be according to that which you yourself have first raised up. And therefore for some the rod of iron is almost as an outline--a dotted line designed then upon the ethers; it remains for you to fill in the matrix. For others who have garnered light by the century, that rod of iron bequeathed to you will become a scepter of authority in days to come.
But the Law has decreed, and it has ever been so, that each one’s rod of Aaron must be according to his individual attainment. And therefore there is transferred to you now by your own Christ Self into your right hand that rod of energy. And you may lift your hand and take it now, take it from your Christ Self, and draw it to your heart. And understand that even if it is the rod in embryo, it is a forcefield and matrix which you would not have otherwise received had you not been present, had you not been prepared and had there not been a Messenger to translate this Word to you.
These dispensations of Hierarchy and these initiations must come through one in embodiment, and one day you will understand the fullness of this Law of the transfer of energy. Beloved hearts, by a like token you would not have access to the twinflames of Alpha and Omega without the twelve Elohim, without the solar hierarchies, archangels and ascended masters. It is precisely because the hosts of the Lord are, because the Great White Brotherhood is in manifestation in Spirit that there is the stepping-down of energy.

5) Take then the lesson of Poland as an archetypal pattern for every nation upon earth, for every nation, the United States not excluded, must pass through this very fiery trial. The labor unions must be purged, the economy and the government must be purged--not in the fashion of Joseph Stalin but in the fashion of the sacred fire. Let the purges then be of hearts! And let there be the circumcision of hearts of America. For the day of the fierceness and the wrath of the Word of God is yet to come.

So we arrive 22 years later (2019-1997 = 22). Since the chelas including staff at RTR have their opinions/personal outlooks, we are absolutely forced to anchor or not to anchor ourselves on the Word from on high--all else being variable except truth/Christ itself which is progressively understood.
Now to the astrologic chart concerning Morya's action:
In the above chart the Sun by solar progression (rate of 1 degree/year) goes 22 degrees forward, hence to 2 degrees Gemini; the Moon by lunar progression (rate of 13.18 degrees/year) goes 290 degrees forward and conjuncts Pluto at 5 degrees Sag, opposite progressed Sun. Certainly there's a tell-tale drama at hand.
