It is only in the separate consciousness of mankind passing through the spheres of human density (in the form of time changes, density changes, transportation and phases of consciousness) that that (pure) Day is obscured. For all of this causes mankind to see the love of God veiled through a human veil, qualified by man with his opinions, his ideas and his concepts….
Within your hearts is a pearl of great price. In rainbow, iridescent splendor that pearl reflects the beauty and holiness of God. Men dwelling in a lesser state of consciousness, men afflicted with human lethargy and the disease of delay, procrastination, doubt and fear do not perceive the great pearl that is within you. You have been admonished that you ought not to cast it before them but to retain it as did beloved Mother Mary, who is of Our kingdom, within your own chaliced heart.
But the day is coming and swiftly when the knowledge of God, the true knowledge of God, shall cover the earth around about as a mighty sea, when the floodtide of His love shall inundate human concepts. And men shall abide within their own ark of salvation, dwelling in the holy place to which Moses carried the ark of the covenant, dwelling in the place where the Shekinah glory of the Most High God ought to shine forth the radiance from the portals of the heart. For within the heart of God is the adoration flame of pure divine love.
What is the a-doration flame? The first letter of your alphabet begins with A. The first declaration, God! is Alpha, the beginning. Beloved ones, adoration to God is a service of all men. And when the great streams and rivers of divine purity flowing forth from the crystal throne enter into every waiting heart the answer shall be given to men to all that they seek.
Do you think, O children of mankind, that your silent musings are unheard? Do you think that your prayers uttered sometimes in despair and hopelessness are not understood? Those of the angelic host who comforted the Christ in Gethsemane have assuaged much human grief, have brought oceans of comfort to mankind from the invisible octaves--unknown by mankind, unrealized as the service of an angel.…
What then of the love of the Cosmic Mother? What of the hopes of God for men? What of His hope? What of it? Beloved ones, pause to consider and recognize that you ought to receive from His heart not only a touch but the fullness of His immortal purpose. It is your responsibility to externalize it. The entire hosts of heaven, the angelic hosts, the cosmic masters, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood stand ready, willing and able, waiting to assist you in outpicturing the great grandeur and nobility of your own being!…
Come then and reason together, saith the Lord! Enter into the great temple of your own being, a temple builded eternal in the heavens--the Christ consciousness of your own higher mental body. Your Holy Christ Self is the chief cornerstone thereof. It does not build in deceit, it does not build in confusion or hypocrisy, it does not build in disunity. It builds in the eternal unity of God, E pluribus unum—'one out of many,' out of many, one. The Spirit of God as a girdle, as a garment of love sweeps the world around. The roses from the heart of the Maha Chohan burst beneath the feet of men and they speak to them of those days of childhood innocence when men were not aware of so-called sin, of the effects of karma or the need for mitigation, when mercy was not thought of, for men only expressed the perfectness of God. In that City of God, that City Foursquare the perfection of God eternal rests yet in the temple of immortal Being. The fire of your heart is the key to your ascension. It is always the key, [the determining factor as to] whether or not one who applies shall be [accepted at the retreat of Luxor as] a candidate for the ascension. We do not say 'What is his qualification?' We say 'What is his fire?” Every fire has a qualification. You can qualify fire with anger and find yourself consumed by it. You can endow your fire with the piercing ray of the mind of a Manjushri, a Maitreya.
Yes, beloved, heart and soul and mind, how does one develop fire? By cultivating deep feelings of God and of God in manifestation, deep implorings and adorations and love—love that is always a sacrificial love that will lay down a portion of the self that another might see, that another might know, that another might be more of the living fire of God.
"Our God is a consuming fire!” Thus We say “Our consuming fire is Our God!” Therefore the type and quality of your consuming fire determines what can be the manifestation of God where you are, what can be the vibration of your spirit, fire for fire….
Therefore, beloved, understand that the spirit of an individual is the presence of his fire, the quality thereof. Let each one 'try the spirits.' Therefore test the spirits and test the fire and do not be confused. There is a fire of hell. There is a fire of heaven. They both emit light. Yet what is the light? "And if the light that is in thee be darkness, how great," I say, "is that darkness!"
The fire of darkness shines also, is beguiling, may entrance you and lead you astray. It can be discerned, beloved, by the discriminating wisdom of Amitabha. Learn it, beloved, for not only do the fallen ones misuse the fire to appear as adepts but in their mastery on the left-handed path they conceal the blackness of their fire.
Yes, there is a black fire, beloved, and there is a black sun. Thus you see, your strength of oneness becomes an electrode for the Great Central Sun Magnet to demagnetize these dark fires of their endowment of Evil. Such is the work of knights and ladies of the flame in this hour.…
Be cells that are enlivened, that ultimately can be independent of the body and yet be one with it. This does occur when the soul, fused to the Christ, merges with the I AM Presence in the ritual of the ascension whereupon, beloved, you are suspended in time and space or in cosmos of Spirit as a sphere of God, a macrocosmic globule, a universe all inside.

Each member of the community of this Mystery School worldwide, every Keeper of the Flame in every city and town and hamlet the world around can elect to be a pillar in the mighty temple that ultimately will become physical here at Maitreya’s Mystery School if there are those who will tend the flame in the very center of that temple.
Beloved ones, nothing is secure until you make it secure with the totality of your life--the totality of your commitment. Therefore do not be moved from your calling but recognize that whether you have known it or not,the Ascended Master El Morya has contacted every last one of you in some way or another. And whether by density or inattentiveness or wax in the ears or dullness in the brain or the surfeiting of the senses or the saturating of the molecules of self with the wrong kind of music, you at first may not have been able to tune into his wavelength, yet you were called. You have been called, one and all, and sponsored by El Morya! You have been called, beloved!
You may say “Yes, I shall continue. No, I shall not continue.” Let it be yes or no, but do not be found in that foul state, the in-between state of indecision.

The role of the freedom fighter is to champion the right of the individual soul to climb the ladder of being, to champion the right of the soul to be nourished by the truth and to not have that truth banned and its adherents burned at the stake or massacred, as they have been in the past because their definition of Jesus Christ’s teachings was not Rome’s definition. …
Freedom fighters all, I say to you: fight for your own wisdom! Fight for your own education! Fight for your own desire to champion the millions and not only the few….When you can carry the torch of this Teaching nation by nation you will find that you will kindle heart flames, you will kindle and rekindle the threefold flame, you will bring individuals into contact with the Holy Spirit because you will have gained that presence of the Holy Spirit within yourselves.
You will see then as you go forth with your bands, two and three and four, to this nation and the next how you will light up those nations and how tyrants and the astral hordes of tyranny will crumble. I say it, beloved, because you will be reinforced by my legions and the legions of the Seven Archangels and of the Seven Holy Kumaras….
I place a miniature portrait of myself upon the altar of the secret chamber of your heart…so ask me in your heart of hearts (for that is what the secret chamber of your heart is--your heart of hearts) if you might put on some quality of freedom’s flame, some grace, some skill in diplomacy, some rejoicing, some joy. And thus virtue by virtue and quality by quality you may also become a part of me as I am a part of you. This is the message I bring to you, beloved. I would bond with you as you would bond with me, through the attributes of the mighty seventh ray and the dispensation of the age of Aquarius.
Therefore this dispensation requires of you somewhat more than the dispensation of El Morya, for you must go forth and express the virtues that you perceive as part of the dispensation of the seventh ray. And you must build upon those virtues, and you must arrive at the place where you can lay upon the altar of my heart, in my heart of hearts, in the secret chamber of my heart these virtues developed, these deeds accomplished, entrusting to my heart the individuals you have liberated.
Know, beloved, and remember that the seventh ray includes the priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek, which is for both sons and daughters of God. Reach then as far as the Violet Planet and remember the mighty attributes of the ascended and unascended lifestreams who valiantly serve the violet flame. Through my heart and my heart ultimately receiving you you shall have much to offer, even the moving stream of the ever-flowing violet flame.
So receive me, beloved. I shall be with you, taking you with me. You shall be with me, taking me with you. Do this, beloved, for we are brothers and sisters on the path. We are opening the door of the Aquarian age! And We desire to open that door to a golden age!...
When as freedom fighters you defy injustice then I say, you shall know the champion of champions, my beloved twinflame, the Ascended Lady Master Portia. And she does stand to the right of the Messenger in this very moment, beaming to you the God-flame of Justice.
