1) The first humble stirrings of human life often fill the minds and feelings of earthly parents with wonderful hope, magnificent courage and such delight in most cases—that very little if any of the coming more austere pressures of responsibility seem at first to distress their minds. The first carefree days of lisping speech or faltering steps present only the hope of greater utterances and the promise of muscular firmness that can make a broader jump in the arena of life!

2) Long ago the planet Earth--by playing host to the laggards from other planets—and evolutions took on many of their retardant qualities, and does now vibrate at a much slower rate than was originally intended. Now because the wholly impartial action of the Law would actually have defeated the very purposes of the Godhead, the Great White Brotherhood as an act of cosmic mercy secured the necessary dispensations from the Supreme One so as to endow, sustain and invest our seven-member Board with absolute responsibility and authority for the administering of divine justice to the entire planet Earth. 3) A pact of divine mercy exists between God and man. This contract of mercy is not dependent upon outer conditions either for its establishment or for its continuation. Although the responsibility of administering both justice and the divine gift of mercy rests in the infallible wisdom of the Great Karmic Board, mankind do not always fully realize the essential fair play of heaven operative in every case. Mankind’s limited comprehension of their relationship to God founded in divine law has imputed error to the operation of cosmic justice and for this reason many have, in a state of ignorance done that which they would never do in the light of divine truth and honor: they have expressed anger against the Deity. 5) At the point of the center of God-Self-awareness, in the very center of reality there is the awareness of sinlessness in the divine sense—and of forgiveness for all that is unreal in the divine sense. There is the point of accountability. There is the point of responsibility. There is the reaching for dominion. There is the caring and sharing with all life. And there I AM. I AM the mediator of dispensations of mercy to Earth and her evolutions. I AM the one sent to deliver from the Great Karmic Board extensions in time and space, new opportunity from the causal body of beloved Portia. Therefore when we send forth the fiery blueprint as dispensation, as intercession, it is for the restoration of the fiery blueprint of the sons and daughters of God in the mental belt in order that the children of God–that who have not yet attained to Christhood or recognized the age of their responsibility to be proliferators of the Word of God–might have the benefit of the plasticity of that pattern being impressed upon Mater–upon fire, air, water and earth--upon their consciousness. 6) The action of forgiveness is a setting aside of karma, a diminishing of karma for a time, to give you the opportunity to find God, to find the Holy Spirit, to espouse the Christ as Savior. But when you have found the fullness of the Christ in the center of the flame then the mercy of the Law considers it the full circle of that mercy to deliver to you that karma which was set aside, the weight of that sin which must now be balanced. 10) The goldmine is here. It does not have to be sought and found. There is no need for merchandising in the marts of the world. 13) The karma in the Earth increases, as it has been said. And as that karma increases and intensifies so those who must bear it, who have refused to bear it thus far cry out the loudest. And they demand that society, that Almighty God, that governments, people, scientists and so forth bear the burden of their karma. Yet this cry is not entirely unjust.
