the Winnepeg Pathogen-4 breach of 2019 recounted by Polly St. George

Polly St. George at maybe 33:10 of this link: https://www.bitchute.com/video/PFHvY1GqEIYB/    “…what’s being described by the Public Health Agency of Canada as a possible policy breach(—policy breach!) at Winnepeg’s level 4 lab where two scientists and their students from China had their security accesses revoked in July (2019).”
Okay, so it’s a policy breach again, it’s a policy breach again.  You can just steal viruses and genes and you can just ship ‘em around and have people from the People’s Liberation Army—a policy breach again.  It’s not criminal, it’s not terror- related, it’s not espionage (laughs).  Are you kidding me?
I mean, what is going on here?  I know the answer.  This is an international criminal syndicate.  And they operate under the auspices, under the banner of public health and emerging diseases and sustainable development.  That’s what’s happening here, and they protect their own.  You can do anything and you will be protected as long as you have the back of the  international criminal organization.  All right; so what happened with this investigation into the (Pathogen 4 lab) and their leader here, Matthew Gilmore; well, nothing, because he just quit.  The guy just straight up quit his job as the leader of the microbiology lab.  And did other employers keep away from him because, you know, he was the guy that let Chinese spies into the lab and he was the guy that was accused of having a toxic workplace?  And the report is pretty bad, I didn’t show you much of it.  No, no, it’s fine, he’s going to go work for an organization called Quadra Institute in the U.K….They just let him go, they just let him leave the country to take a job at another microbiology facility run by a guy called Professor Ian Charles who previously worked for Glakso-Smith-Kline, plus the Wellcome Trust, which is deep, deep, deep in this whole thing with Covid-19.  Deep deep deep, just look up Jeremy Ferrar.
