Dr. Desmond-Hellmann most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, stepping down in January 2020 to become Senior Advisor and Board Member of the Gates Medical Research Institute. She joined the Board of Directors of Pfizer April, 2020. She has served as a Senior Advisor at BDT Capital, LLC, a private investment firm, since October, 2017. Prior to joining Gates Foundation in May 2014, she was the Chancellor at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) 2009-2014 where she remains an Adjunct Professor.
From 2004 through 2009, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann served as President of Product Development at Genentech, where she was responsible for pre-clinical and clinical development, business development, and product portfolio management. Amidst Hellmann’s tenure on the Pfizer board, Facebook has initiated campaigns to censor COVID-19 vaccine skeptics, as leaked internal documents from the company reveal algorithms aimed at “drastically reduc[ing] user exposure to vaccine hesitancy (VH) in comments.”
The 15-page document – titled “Vaccine Hesitancy Comment Demotion” – summarizes its goal as “reducing the visibility of these comments represents another significant opportunity for us to remove barriers to vaccination that users on the platform may potentially encounter.
Potentially presenting another conflict of interest, Hellman also serves on President Joe Biden’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, which is described by the White House as the “sole body of external advisors charged with making science, technology, and innovation policy recommendations to the President.” Hellman was appointed to the social media platform’s board in March 2013 and served as it Lead Independent Director from June 2015 until October 30th 2019, shortly before the first reported case of COVID-19.
“I remain positive about Facebook and the mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. The Covid vaccines are clearly causing a global health disaster. There are so many warnings from all around the world. I’ll list just a few in this column. But the U.S. media remains silent. They’re as quiet as a church mouse. Why?
Japan’s Health Ministry just announced that the “the Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines could cause heart-related side effects in younger males.” Health experts in Japan have witnessed skyrocketing rates of myocarditis and pericarditis in young men and teenagers. And they’ve seen the same nonstop heart issues with middle aged Japanese and seniors.
All over America, and all over the world, cardiac arrest, heart inflammation and heart attack deaths are exploding. Young athletes are dropping right on the field; star soccer players in Europe are dropping dead in the middle of games; referees, coaches and even fans in the stands are having cardiac emergencies. It’s something no one has ever seen before. It’s an epidemic. What do all these victims have in common? They’ve all been vaccinated.
In America the media is filled with reports of hospital Emergency Wards and ICUs overwhelmed with seriously ill patients. From coast to coast, there are so many sick people lined up, there aren’t enough beds or nurses. Sick patients are lying on gurneys along the hallways. Doctors and medical experts call it a “mystery” why so many Americans are sick. They can’t understand what’s happening.
But I can solve the mystery. These are Covid vaccine injuries overwhelming ERs and ICUs. The very illnesses that are most prevalent in this mysterious health emergency- heart attack deaths, cardiac arrest, strokes, blood clots, multi-organ failure- are all the same Covid vaccine side effects listed in the VAERS report (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System).
But it’s not just in the USA. It’s happening everywhere. In the UK, the Evening Standard newspaper reports up to 300,000
British citizens are facing sudden heart-related illness and cardiac arrest.
UK medical experts are blaming PPSD- “post-pandemic stress disorder.” These brainwashed Kool-aid drinkers can’t see what’s right in front of their faces. Or perhaps doctors, scientists and researchers are too afraid of losing their medical licenses or losing multi-million-dollar government grants to speak up.
In the case of the media it’s all about greed. Big Pharma buys a large proportion of the ads on every TV news network in America. Offend Big Pharma with stories of vaccine deaths and injuries and the media could lose billions of dollars in revenues. Half the newsroom could be fired.
What’s the truth? All anyone with a shred of credibility, morality and decency has to look at is a few key factors
First, the FDA has just announced they need 75 years to fully release the Pfizer Covid vaccine data. If I told you to “Trust me, I’m selling the world’s best health tonic, but I can’t disclose any of the test results or ingredients for 75 years, until everyone asking is dead” would you trust me? Would you buy what I was selling? Would you inject it into your body?
Second, a federal judge demanded some of that data be released immediately by Pfizer. Just in the first few pages, detailing results from just the first few weeks of vaccines, Pfizer admits in their own data, their vaccine killed 1,223 Americans and produced 42,086 adverse effects. Among the most prominent adverse effects were heart attacks and heart problems.
Third, the VAERS system is reporting 19,886 deaths from the vaccine, and just under one million adverse effects- including tens of thousands of hospitalizations, crippling injuries and permanent disabilities. That’s just in America. The EU numbers are even higher.
Now let me let you in on a terrible secret. My insider healthcare sources are reporting so many victims are filing reports with VAERS, the system is hopelessly overwhelmed and backed up. There may be 20,000 or 40,000 or 60,000 more deaths waiting to be processed into the VAERS system. They tell me the numbers are staggering.
Now you know why hospital ERs and ICUs are overwhelmed with people seriously ill. So, my question is, shouldn’t someone be investigating this escalating health disaster? Shouldn’t someone in the media be reporting on this unimaginable tragedy? Should politicians be protecting us?

My brother in-law was put in ICU for a week after the 2nd shot, and then he was debilitated for 3 months. He could not work.
My sister has developed uncontrollable blood pressure since her shot. At typical reading for her is now 198/115. We're afraid she's going to stroke out any minute.
My friend and neighbor was put in ICU for 3 weeks after his shot.
My best friends fiance' had a heart attack a month after his shot.
My co-worker has developed clots all through his blood since his 2nd shot and his doctor is trying to figure that out.
My Niece developed a month long debilitating migraine after the 1st shot and refused the 2nd shot. She was fired from the hospital for not taking the 2nd shot.
These are just people little ol' me knows. I can't even imagine how many others are/have suffered.
What is happening is criminal. That's all there is to it. Somebody has to stop this madness.

I know so many people who have had heart attacks that were healthy prior to vaccination. A tennis friend of mine died of a heart attack with a month of the second shot, my massage therapist had her first heart attack 2 weeks after her first shot, and another heart attack 1 week after here second shot, that sent her to the hospital for a month. A super healthy vegan neighbor had a heart attack after the vax, my exterminator also his first heart attack after his second shot. The last time I was on the plane I told the person next to me this story and asked if she knew anyone that had a heart attack and she said "yes me". ~strange coincidences, I think not!

10-21-21 the British government admitted today, in its newest vaccine surveillance report, that:
“N antibody levels appear to be lower in people who acquire infection following two doses of vaccination.” (Page 23 https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1027511/Vaccine-surveillance-report-week-42.pdf)
We know the vaccines do not stop infection or transmission of the virus (in fact, the report shows elsewhere that vaccinated adults are now being infected at much HIGHER rates than the unvaccinated).
What the British are saying is they are now finding the vaccine interferes with your body’s innate ability after infection to produce antibodies against not just the spike protein but other pieces of the virus. Specifically, vaccinated people don’t seem to be producing antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein, the shell of the virus, which are a crucial part of the response in unvaccinated people.
This means vaccinated people will be far more vulnerable to mutations in the spike protein EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN INFECTED AND RECOVERED ONCE (or more than once, probably).
It also means the virus is likely to select for mutations that go in exactly that direction, because those will essentially give it an enormous vulnerable population to infect.
