Moderna derives their stuff from Lonza whose CEO trained at Dow Chemical Europe for 11 years

In January 2020, Moderna announced development of an RNA vaccine, codenamed mRNA-1273, to induce immunity to SARS-CoV-2.[104][105][106]

Moderna received US$955 million from BARDA, an office of the US Department of Health and Human Services. BARDA funded 100% of the cost of bringing the vaccine to FDA licensure.[107][108]
The United States government provided US$2.5 billion in total funding for the Moderna COVID‑19 vaccine (mRNA-1273).[109] Moderna signed a partnership with Swiss vaccine manufacturer Lonza Group,[114] to supply 300 million doses per annum.[115]   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moderna_COVID-19_vaccine#Alleged_downsides

ZURICH (Reuters) - Drugmaker Lonza Group, under pressure to find workers to help speed production of Moderna Inc's COVID-19 vaccine, is recruiting temporary employees from food giant Nestle to staff Swiss plants making ingredients for the shot, state broadcaster RTS said on Tuesday, citing sources.   Moderna last week blamed projected second-quarter delays in shipments of its vaccine to countries including Britain and Canada on production bottlenecks. Switzerland's Lonza is the key supplier of ingredients needed to produce the messenger RNA vaccine.   Lonza, which has declined to comment on any delays, previously said three new production lines slated to produce Moderna vaccine in Visp, Switzerland, could take months to reach "cruising speed".  Now the French-language Swiss broadcaster said Nestle employees have been enlisted after the intervention of the Swiss government to help fill vacancies.
A call for "volunteers" via Bern came a week ago to Nestle research center employees in western Switzerland who had until Monday to step forward for a three-month Lonza mission, according to the broadcaster. Moderna Chief Executive Stephane Bancel said last week that he was confident Lonza would fill staffing gaps soon.   Last year, Lonza Chairman

Albert Baehny cited finding suitable workers - each of the new production lines requires 60-70 employees - as a challenge that could slow the project.
A Nestle spokesman provided no specifics, RTS reported, saying only that it wanted to play "an active role in global vaccination". Lonza did not respond to a Reuters request for comment. Nestle also did not comment.  Last week, Canada said 1 million to 2 million Moderna doses of the 12.3 million doses slated for second-quarter delivery would be delayed until after July. Lonza, which also supplies Moderna's U.S.-bound COVID-19 vaccine from facilities in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, makes ingredients in Visp nbefore they are trucked to Spain.  https://news.yahoo.com/nestle-staff-sought-help-lonza-212102708.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall

Thalidomide's Secret Past: The Link with Nazi Germany
    https://www.oncozine.com › thalidomides-secret-past-th...
Otto Ambros (19 May 1901 – 23 July 1990), a German chemist, and Nazi war ... (adviser to) Dow Chemicals, as well as the U.S. Army Chemical Corps et alia.  (Nazis covertly brought to US and Latin America by Operation Paperclip run with help of Allen Dulles who in turn employed Kissinger as an interpreter. -r)

Fields. Synthetic rubber, organophosphate insecticides and nerve agents. Institutions. IG Farben, BASF. Otto Ambros (19 May 1901 – 23 July 1990) was a German chemist and Nazi war criminal. He is known for his wartime work on synthetic rubber ( polybutadiene, or "Buna rubber") and nerve agents ( sarin and tabun ).   The thalidomide saga is probably one of the most worst man-made medical scandals ever recorded in human history.
Commenting on the link between Nazi Germany and the development thalidomide, Ray Stokes, Ph.D., Professor of Business History at the University of Glasgow, who has a special interest in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, notes in his report about the history of the drug that “We can establish a background in the Nazi period of connections between Heinrich Mückter, one of the key scientists whose name is on the original patent of the thalidomide, and… other scientists who were involved in experiments on concentration camp inmates.”
In an interview with the British newspaper Daily Mail, Martin W. Johnson BD Ph.D. MSc FRSA, director of the Thalidomide Trust in the United Kingdom said that he has unearthed documents suggesting thalidomide was developed before 1944 by Otto Ambros, a Nazi scientist and one of the most powerful industrialists with direct access to Adolf Hitler, as antidote to nerve toxins including Sarin* and Tabun** [1][2]   Otto Ambros (19 May 1901 – 23 July 1990), a German chemist, and Nazi war criminal who was known as “The Devil’s Chemist”, was directly involved with the research of chemical nerve agents, especially Sarin (known as “substance 146”) and tabun.  He worked as the Chief of Production at IG Farben’s Buna Werke (synthetic) rubber plant at Monowitz in the Auschwitz complex.  As Chief of the Chemical warfare-committee of the Ministry of Armaments and War production, Ambros developed and tested nerve gases on inmates of Auschwitz.  After WW II, in 1948, Ambros was tried during the IG Farben trial in Nuremberg.  He was convicted and sentenced for crimes against humanity (one count of slave labor) and received a prison sentence of 8 years. In early 1952 he was released from Landsberg Prison. After his release, he became an adviser to chemical companies including W. R. Grace & Co, Dow Chemicals, as well as the U.S. Army Chemical Corps and the U.S. Department of Energy (Atomic Energy Commission), and Pechiney.  He was also the chairman of Knoll Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of BASF, and Konrad Adenauer, the first chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany).  He was also advising Chemie Grunenthal now Grunenthal GmbH and Distillers Limited in the United Kingdom in the ongoing development of thalidomide. [8] While working with W.R. Grace & Co, Ambros protégé, Fritz Hoffmann went on to create 2,4-D, i.e., covert name Agent Orange.  After his release, he became chairman of the advisory board of Chemie Grünenthal GmbH, the company in the center of the thalidomide saga.

Chemie Grünenthal was founded in 1946 by devoted Catholic Nazi-party members, the twin brothers Hermann and Alfred Wirtz, to take advantage of the post-war demand for antibiotics and other pharmaceutical products.  https://www.oncozine.com/thalidomides-secret-past-the-link-with-nazi-germany/
