1) Mankind are not fully aware of the fact that thought is the creator of those disease germs called by the scientists “germs,” which are in themselves but the misqualified energy which mankind have released in a microscopic pattern which—because of its virulence and because of its malice which was actually implanted into it by human thought—yet enters into the human bloodstream. And there arises therein a tremendous battle between it and the internal nature of perfection which was implanted by God as a protection to every lifestream within the physical body. And in this warfare, a great deal of energy is consumed.
Then these specifically virulent microbes of destruction bore themselves within the human consciousness in order to create in the macrocosmic body of man—the larger body, which is much larger than the microbe itself—the imperfection which was implanted in the specific microbe by wrong thought and feeling expressed by man. And therefore man is the creator of all disease and for this reason has had to struggle with that which he has created.
Nevertheless the great angelic host and the ascended masters have stilled many a plague, have stood between mankind and their own returning karma. And I have watched often while the angels stood with drawn sword over many cities of Europe as well as America and said: “You shall stand no further. You cannot pass to injure any more children or any more of mankind. You must stop, in God’s holy name, your action!” And then it was as though all of this virulent energy dropped and drooped and shriveled and faded and was blown away by the holy winds of heaven! And the plagues were stayed and the love of God flowed forth again, and civilization breathed free and easy.

2) As Cyclopea turned “the spotlight” of the Eye of God upon Earth, the Elohim saw “from deep within the recesses of the beings of men a response to truth....I see groups of light springing up across the face of the Earth....I see the cooperation of angels, elementals,\ and men in a trinity of manifestation. I see universities of the Spirit now already in session in the octaves of light taking form in the world....
“I see the Minutemen of the Spirit gathering at the four corners of the globe. I see freedom rising as a gigantic flame to consume pornography and senseless derision, senseless pleasures of men and all forms of perversion. I see that flame gaining momentum as the hearts of children turn to invocation, turn to the mighty powers of light. And I see the babes in cradle as they are overshadowed by their Holy Christ Selves uttering praises unto the Father in their babblings....By the power of the all-seeing Eye of God I see the transformation of the masses.”
Cyclopea said that although “the days of purging are ahead,” those “whose identity is in the flame shall not be scorched”–not by pestilence, germ warfare, atomic fallout. For “they are hid with Christ in God.
By the power of the Elohim this night there is being superimposed upon this planetary body the forcefield of the Great Blue Causal Body. And its full-gathered momentum of all the hierarchies and hosts of light shall be superimposed as a matrix of victory upon this planetary home....I, Cyclopea, have seen the vision. And that vision of future triumph, of present reality shall consume all past failure if men will determine to align themselves with the great creative purposes of God.”

3) Do you know that at this very hour, at this very moment, there are so-called psychics and clairvoyants behind the iron curtain who are directing a consciousness of lethargy, of defeat, of belittlement and condemnation against the American people? Do you know that there are also machines behind the iron curtain which produce sonic rays, radio waves that are intended to interfere with the development of the Christ consciousness, to actually destroy the desire for freedom and the desire for liberty in the hearts of the people the world around? Do you know that this germ warfare is practiced subtly throughout the world as the attempt of the dark forces at total conquest?
Now I do not say that all of the people behind the iron curtain are of the dark forces, nor do I say that all of the people on this side of the iron curtain are of the light. For as you know, the children of God are in the majority upon this planet; but they are not in the majority where it counts—in levels of government, of planning, of finance, in the economies of the nations. They are not there because they have not made the effort to be there. And therefore on both sides and throughout the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, in places of power you find spiritual wickedness; you find the defilement of the throne of God; you find the defilement of hierarchy and justice. And this must be challenged!
Yet your warfare is not with flesh but always in Spirit. Let the angels who stand upon the hillsides of the world go forth in answer to your call! Let them do the work of routing the forces of injustice! Send them! For they speak this day with a loud cry and they say to each one of you: “Send us! Send us! Send us! For we will to go forth to challenge injustice everywhere in the name of the Christ within each one of you.”
Do you see then that your most important role is first communion with the heavenly hosts, meditation, and invocation daily? Let us not be chary with the Lord! Let us be generous in our invocations, beloved hearts, for it is now in this hour when your energies are required for the victory of a planet! And I tell you, it is the victory of the planet that is at stake. Five thousand or ten thousand years ago it was only a portion—a nation here or a nation there—that was defeated by darkness. Now the spawn of evil and of injustice has spread throughout the nations. Now it is a total warfare on behalf of the victory of the light.

4) And these legions of victory, anchoring the topaz of victory for that planet--the crystal fire of golden consciousness of Godhood for a people--were able to turn the tide whereby children of the Sun proclaimed their victory, claimed their victory and saw that victory won.
In that victory was the dissolution of microbes, germs of evil infesting the minds of a portion of the people. This substance was as a great dead sea floating in the atmosphere, threatening to overtake a planet and consequently a system of worlds because that planet held the balance. Therefore I say, the flame of victory with its whitefire core of the Holy Spirit is able to dissolve the microbes that infest the mind and pervert the consciousness of victory through their sense of doom and failure.
These legions come fresh from the glory of that victory, which shall also manifest in Terra if you will but lift your heads on high to receive the conquering heroes as they come--legions of victory that will tarry with earth and enforce the spirals of illumined action that mankind might see and know the path of victory….
O the joy of pronouncing the victory is the victory itself! There is no difference between the pronouncement and the act and fulfillment and sealing and conclusion—Amen!

5) That shaft of light is like a straw from our retreat to your heart; and we release through that straw translucent pearls of mercy descending now as those cups of energy—electrodes of light descending to your heart, focusing there below within the heart the star that is here above in our retreat. And that fiery star is as the fire infolding itself, drawing unto all mankind who will receive it the energies of mercy that are for balance, for the transmutation of karma, for the fulfillment of the cycles of dharma—mercy then for preservation of a sane mind and body, for sanity, for health.
For in the hours of testing and in the time of tribulation so there come forth those fallen ones who would deprive mankind of the victory by the projection of discarnates of insanity and even microbes of insanity carried by the carriers of all forms of disease. And so you see, the theory of microbes is a theory that must be translated to astral planes; for diseases are carried by discarnate entities. And although scientists will trace the carrier to physical causes and effects, I assure you that if it were not for the flow of astral energies between lifestreams through sympathy as well as through the discarnates, the plagues of old and the diseases that are carried this day would not have their deadly effect upon mankind.
Therefore I say, beware then in the last days, of germ warfare that is carried on not only by the powers and the nations of the Earth but by the fallen ones themselves. And put on the whole armor of God that consists not only of the energies of Archangel Michael but of the flow of mercy that washes away and purifies the substance of imperfection, of human consciousness. Be sealed then in mercy and let the fire flow forth within you for the preservation of the points of the mind, for the preservation of the geometry of the soul, that you might keep the flame and not be taken from the mark of that high calling which is your own in Christ Jesus.
Be still and know that I AM God. Cease then your analysis of the hows and wherefores of the dictation but commune with your own God who is the All-in-all within you. Commune not with those discarnates who also are able to release certain vibrations that you feel in meditation, attempting to convince you that you have contacted God. There are vibrations and there are vibrations. Therefore let all who would know the truth come into the inner tabernacle of being and commune there with fire.

6) For you see, there is an infiltration of your physical bodies even now, which you are not aware of and which is far beyond even the chemical pollution that you are aware of. And then there is the impure water and the impure food. There is a penetration of your physical bodies of disease, germs, and viruses that have not yet even been discovered by medical science. These are filtering through the astral plane and through the astral body, and they are also a part of the germ warfare practiced by those in physical embodiment as well as by those on the astral plane. And then there is the projection against the brain—the physical brain—in order to cause damage, to cause a lessening of resistance to darkness.
There is then the attack on both fronts. Chronic disorders are a sign of a disintegration spiral that is gripping the planet, almost as an astral octopus gripping the earth and vampirizing the planetary body of the life essence. Then there is the pounding of one’s being by the fallen ones in an aggressive manifestation in order to penetrate the four lower bodies with all forms of disease….
Now I would tell you that in the astral plane there are, as a result of the pouring out of the last vials of karma, certain manifestations of disease, of microbes and germs and viruses that have not yet manifested in the physical plane but which could very well manifest in the physical bodies according to the cycling of energies and the progression of cycles during the Dark Cycle. Never before in the history of mankind has there been such a deliberate attempt by the fallen ones to use the Dark Cycle, to use karmic conditions against the body of the Mother.
You have heard of all types of infiltration in the body politic, in the nations, in the consciousness. You have heard of brainwashing and manipulation and the distortion through lobotomies and all forms of cruelties and torture. You have heard of the psychic manipulation and of the penetration of rays, of unseen rays even from flying objects, spacecraft, and other vehicles that are used by those who come from other planes and other systems of worlds….You must call for a helmet of light for the protection of your mind. For I tell you truly that many of the children of the light who have had the teaching and the understanding of the ascended masters, those who have attended our classes and studied our dictations, have entered into spirals of neglect through ignorance, through a loss of memory. And this utter loss of the memory of the masters—of our voice, of our teaching, of our pleading, of the healings that have been bestowed—is because of a penetration of astral microbes between the memory body and the mental body, a division of the Alpha spiral, a split in consciousness.

7) If you would get the victory over the beast and over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass! Stand on the purity of the Mother and her immaculate concept which she holds undefiled for each child of God. Put down the luciferian lie directed as an arrow of division into your mental body! Refute the lie concerning the Woman and her seed. Refute the lie concerning the Keepers of the Flame. Put down these demons of the night! For they come as the hordes of shadow to take over the consciousness of the children by rays of insanity and profanity, of psychicism, spiritism, hypnotism, and mental manipulation.
Aggressive mental suggestion is the germ warfare of the fallen ones. You must hold up the shield of the archangels and wield the sword of the Spirit to deflect the arrows of their outrageous consciousness. And they are raging in the stalls of the astral, like the Devil, that roaring lion, seeking whom they may devour.
The fallen ones are organized. They have taken the consciousness of love, which is the very order of a cosmos, and perverted it to their own use. They have organized a warfare of the Spirit, projecting their vials of astral microbes, astral viruses, deadly toxins which they would inject into the mental and emotional bodies of mankind through that which we have called aggressive mental suggestion….
And though he be bound for a thousand years by Michael the Archangel of the Lord, who “cast him into the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more,” his angels enter into combat with the sons and daughters of God. This is Armageddon. This is the warfare of the Spirit “against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” You must be alert; for where there is gossip and where there is the maligning of the image of the Mother or her children, where there is the tearing-down of the activities of those who are serving–no matter how imperfectly–the cause of the Brotherhood, know that there are the fallen ones lurking in your midst to destroy the works of God on earth.
