1) Men must return to the pristine, to the reality of the inner walk with God, to the high temple magic embodied and captured by living truth. The world media proclaim the wares of mankind that material treasures maybe bolstered, but seldom do men hear the voice that cries in the wilderness proclaiming to make straight the way of the Lord. Almost forgotten are the sweet lispings “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
I, Serapis then do come in memory of the Ancient of Days and in memory of the heritage of mankind, which is not crucifixion, albeit men die daily, nor resurrection, although some men are transformed daily, but is that splendid finale of the ascension. When men sail, going abroad, those upon the shore gaily wave to those aboard ship. With the moving out of the ship to sea there is a happy separation and thought of reunion. So should it be with those whose departing does leave behind them golden footsteps pointing toward cycles’ heritage. Not death, not even separation is reality, but ascension’s currents residual within all men in whom dwells the seed of God.
Is it not clearly recorded that upon the Tree of Life twelve manner of fruit should appear? And is it not recorded that when the Master Jesus anointed the eyes of the blind man that His first impression was “I see men as trees walking”? What is the mystery then of the spinal tree behind the spine, of the sympathetic nervous system and the ganglionic trunks over which flow currents of immortal life? How is the deathless solar body fabricated and from whence is spun the substance of the wedding garment?
2) Unto You Who, Following Him, Would Be Initiated from the Beginning of the Law of the One unto the Ending of the Mystery of Life: Welcome to the Disciplines of Our Retreat
To embark on the path toward mastery, achievement, victory and the ascension is an initiatic process. “Whom God loveth He chasteneth” (Hebrews 12:6). The few in ages past have walked through the gates whose narrow markings may not be too comfortable to those overstuffed with vanities of the world.
It has been said, and well said, that no man can serve two masters. (Matthew 6:24; Luke 16:13) Again and again we perceive a wanton disregard for spiritual law by those who consider themselves to be initiates upon the path. Why do men choose to ignore spiritual laws which gave birth to the universe and feel that they with impunity can completely escape from the Law whereas their neighbors must come under the hammer thereof?
There is a dual mission involved in attainment. It is to be mindful of the great realms of Deity, Hierarchy and the friends of God as well as the octaves of delusion. Here vain men compete in the market places for earthly prizes while the sands of time slip through their fingers, moment by moment, and eventuate in lost opportunities, many times never regained during their allotted span.
Now we come to the stern business of accepting those who have desired and asked for a dossier on the ascension that will give them the victorious patterns, stern though they may be, by which they may win their wings of light and attain to the stature of the Immortals. We are well aware of the fact that individuals whose chief motivation is but an idle curiosity mingled with pseudo-intellectualism and carnal sophistication will, as dilettantes do, garble the most precious concepts and gingerly pick over those pearls of great price which come to them as opportunity and are cast aside as that which “I already know.”
Many desire to assess the spiritual stature of others, yet they have no median lines or markings upon the fabric of self which indicate that attainment by which they might at least suppose they could make a reasonable assessment. Imagination is their measuring stick, and the conversations of others their guideline. These often feel that they must lean upon the arm of flesh and cannot tell the real from the unreal because they yet lack that holy experience which they tell themselves they ought to seek.
I feel no need whatsoever to pamper the selfish, greedy, and carnal-minded. These have pampered themselves far beyond the fashion of ordinary men, and their dabblings in the realm of the spiritual will become an insult unto their own selves unless they achieve the greatest prize which a chela or seeker for God can have--humility. It has well been said “God resisteth the proud but giveth grace unto the humble.” (James 4:6; I Peter 5:5)
Therefore as we begin to reveal to students those cardinal virtues which are the very nature of God and are as compass-points indicating the true path we trust that souls in bondage to mortal convention will recognize that there is an octave of freedom and light, mystery, initiation and manifest power which is above and beyond all the idle conceptions of men or the books that have been written on the masters of wisdom or the ascended masters. Truth, beloved ones, is indeed stranger than fiction, and when men are willing to cast aside the ties which they themselves have made that have not brought them, no, not in an entire embodiment, the freedom for which they secretly long they will understand that pride must go, or go before the fall. (Proverbs 16:18)
If pride goes, then the altar is swept clean for the Gifts of divine humility. If pride remains, it doth indeed go before the fall of that individual into numerous pitfalls. These pitfalls are subtle, involving the character of the self. In order to outpicture in the world of form the intended God-design the individual must take up the crude block of rough-hewn stone, cut out without hands, into which he has cast himself and, using the hands of spiritual idealism and the model of the divine image, he must seek to bring forth that holy sculpturing of Identity which is identified with Christ-reality that as the Word went forth from the Universal Heart.

3) Blessed Pure in Heart, The old order changeth. The new order of the ages begins. But like the brilliance of the Holy Grail, the cup of purity and oneness changeth not. Individuals in their search for values dare not gaze on the specter of the contemporary but rather should their gaze be fixed upon the face of the Ancient of Days.
Side by side did enter by the gateways to the centuries shadow and flame; and the twain in the world, set before young and old alike, seemed to present a conflict of choices whereas in reality to the pure in heart who shall indeed see God there is never a question of choices.
Too frequently mankind behold the passing cinema of world events in blacks and whites. Therefore when I speak of the gray tones it is to illustrate the need for balance in assessing the world of contemporary man where silt and white sand of men’s accomplishments mingle midstream in the onrushing tide of human endeavor. The white sand like sparkling diamonds in the brilliance of the noonday Sun must be separated from the grains of error and that misqualification which, while it has seemed real, has always been illusion.
What is the miracle promise in fairy tale and folklore that has gladdened the eyes of children? It is but a well-done counterfeit of the real--a painting, partially descriptive, whose splendor brings delight to those whose vision has not yet widened to behold the ranges of a higher perspective. The senses must be perceived as chaliced instruments fresh from heaven’s realm. Ever-new delights await them: the eye to be gladdened by pure color tones, pastel rainbow hues, and purest light; the ear by sound crescendos, mingled solemnity and joy crashing mid universes in the macrocosm as pebbles in the universal sea harmonically fulfill each movement. 6) From the Temple of Luxor, Egypt I, Serapis, greet the devotees of the Divine Mother in this place, for I am arcing a light of pure whitefire from Luxor to this city where the cosmic cross of whitefire has been invoked this day by our Messenger.
Therefore observe how in answer to the call of the one sent that cosmic cross of whitefire is in this city and therefore firmly planted in the ground unto the highest atmosphere as the sign and the reminder that every soul in his hour and in his time does come to the nexus of the cross where God in man meet and the Four Cosmic Forces are balanced.
Thus the initiation of the cosmic cross of whitefire is before you in this site and city where in ancient days there was once a temple of the Divine Mother. There ensued wars of the gods and then a precipitous decline during eras when mankind entered into depravity.
Blessed ones, the Temple of the Mother that was once here and Her shrine are nowhere apparent except if one consider the earmarks of the misuse and misqualification of the Divine Mother in these gambling houses, in these places where people come for sensual pleasure. For through the gambling entity and all else that ensues around it, controlled by the money beast and often by organized crime, there is the stealing of the light of the base chakra and its channeling therefore into the fallen ones of the earth. For that which one surrenders to the money beast and the gambling entity may not be returned to that individual, for it is lost.
Thus the sign of the cosmic cross of whitefire does portend and foretell even at inner levels to every soul of this city that one cannot serve the Divine Mother and the Moloch of human greed. Therefore, beloved, choose ye this day whether to enter the fiery coil of the ascension of the Divine Mother (and therefore to deprive those vultures of astral plane of their booty, who wait to take your light) and thus to focus within your being a counterforce of ascension’s rising flame that thereby the momentum of gambling may not spread further throughout the nations of the Earth, fed and fueled by the money beast and the rationalization “Let us do evil that good may come; let us use the funds for state projects and education,” all feeding again and again upon the credulity, the wishful thinking that one can acquire attainment by Lady Luck–or whether to go the way of squandering of the Divine Mother’s light and abundant life within you! Blessed ones, the Divine Mother Fortuna herself, Goddess of Supply, Lakshmi in Eastern terms, does give both abundance and light, does take nothing from you but allows you to raise up that which is pure and perfect.

The light released to you of summer solstice is directly proportionate to the light you are able to receive by initiation from the whitefire core of your own Mighty I AM Presence. Blessed is he that standeth in the light and receiveth the light and does move on!
Cycles have turned. Progress is made. Yet steps have been skipped. Simultaneously you must go forward and yet bring up the rear. May you learn this balancing act, beloved. I come. 8) Hail, sons and daughters of ascension’s flame! Awake to your ancient heritage of the Sun! Let veils part for this moment. Remember point of origin. Remember the Great Central Sun. Remember that you did descend by the same whitefire whereby you shall ascend. I come in divine love which gave birth to that sacred fire, which is life everlasting. Though whitefire be the intensity of Alpha and Omega, know that that intensity is the fullness of sacred fire out of which the whole of the creation did spring.
Elohim keep their appointments in their courses and in their coursings. My beloved, you also have appointments, dates that are set and appointments from God that are assignments. May you be seated then to consider the hour of responsibility, the hour to respond to your ability to fulfill your divine plan. All of you have the ability to fulfill that plan in this life.
I, Serapis, keep my notebook. I have your names, beloved, for some of you are candidates for the ascension and some of you are pre-candidates, preparing to be accepted as candidates. Some of you know how much preparation is needed to get into the finest schools and universities of learning in this Earth. As no man or woman can see God and live any longer as mortal man or mortal woman, so if you ask a seraphim to give you to drink of the elixir of life, remember there is no turning back to the former state or estate. Therefore the cup is withheld until you by striving shall enter in to the fusion with your Holy Christ Self.

10) In the invincible light of cosmic freedom I descend into this place and I disperse all darkness. Let the light rush in as a mighty sea of light caressing the shore of each one’s own God-Identity! May you also be pillars of fire in the very midst of the people Israel. May you clear the way for their connection with the Great White Brotherhood. And may you yourself see how long you have awaited this moment when I might speak to you in person to reconnect your heart and heart flame to the blessed tie that binds you to the goal and the path of your ascension in the light!
To this end were you born and for this cause did you come into the world: to unite with consummate reality and truth and to walk in the halls of Luxor until you should be prepared to enter the fire--even fire for fire. Indeed, if you would be a candidate for the ascension in this light, you must bank the fires of the chakras of all of the seven rays that they might be accelerated to the white light. You must come prepared, as increments of fire are added unto you daily.
But that transfer of sacred fire to you from my heart must be preceded by the saturation of your four lower bodies with violet flame. The gentleness of transmutation of violet flame does clear the cells and atoms of being, the organs of the body and the four sides of the pyramid that you might receive the more intense sacred fire that is the ascension flame.
May you walk from this hour in the sense of dignity that I, Serapis, have spoken to you and that you are worthy to be received in the temples of God. If you believe you are not worthy, then I say cast sin, wrong thought, wrong feeling, wrong act into the violet flame, call upon the law of forgiveness and move on in the cycles of being. 11) O how wondrous is the path of initiation unto the soul who has accepted the flame of God’s own obedient love! For that one has entered into that love which is obedience--truly loving obedience to the divine reason for being.
And that soul has heard the call from Alpha, from Omega, the Father-Mother God, and does no longer tarry in the cups of self-will and human pride and going astray from the very formula of the Law, which is the inner blueprint of one’s life. From the day and hour that thou dost hear the call of Guru, beloved--that one who has called thee to the path, even the path of the living flame of love--there is no turning back.
The soul can no longer dally. The flute of Krishna has been heard and the sound of that love does woo the soul above and beyond all earthly loves. The soul has heard the call and the soul shall listen with inner ear and inner sight, following the lead and the beckoning of the one who bestows love for the union of all of one’s forces.
Yes, beloved, it is one thing to know that obedience to God is achieved only by love and that love is the fulfillment of the law of obedience, and it is another to know the vibration of that love, the quickening of that obedience: the quickening of the power of God that does galvanize all of one’s being, repolarizing one’s very life to the polestar of Being which is the I AM Presence with each one.
God has not left you comfortless. God’s comfort is in that Presence and in the living Presence of Christ born again and again in every heart until the heart, first the manger and then the palace of light, becomes the dwelling place of both the Father and Son. The Father and Son will teach you the path of love. And when you become immersed in that love in such profound inner joy there shall come a cessation of idle chatter, of harshness of feelings, sharpness of thoughts--there shall come the softening, the tenderness and the very strength of love.
These [changes] shall almost surprise you as you become aware that the Third Person of God does enter with Father and Son and your life becomes a walk in the Trinity. 12) Hail, Serapis Soleil!--I speak to the one who gave me the name and the title Serapis Soleil. I am in your midst, beloved, and I bear the sword of ascension’s flame. I am in your midst, for the year’s cycle comes to a conclusion; and in these remaining hours you yet have opportunity by violet flame transmutation to enter surely, surely new levels of consciousness. Therefore be seated in the presence of my flaming seraphim.
Some of you shall experience seraphim as a cool, white energy. Others shall experience seraphim as a white-hot heat. Therefore retreat into the center of your heart and know equilibrium, for outside of the center of the threefold flame there is none. Some of you have diligently followed the path of the fourteen-month cycles of initiation through the spheres of the causal body. 13) Beloved of God in the whitefire of being, beloved of God manifest in the suns of the chakras, in the manifestations of your heart’s joy flame: I AM Serapis Soleil and in the victory of my being I carry the sword of your victory. Can you imagine, beloved, that I should be so generous as to carry for you for so long a time the sword that you may have lost, the sword that you would reclaim, even the magic sword--the sword Excalibur?
Do you believe in miracles? Do you believe in the victory of the sword? [Congregation responds: “Yes!”] Then take that sword. Yes, take that sword and draw it around the circumference of the planet and her vast evolutions.
Know that we who serve at Luxor, that we who preside over the ascensions of those who graduate and go on to higher octaves in this and other dimensions of spherical being daily celebrate the crowning of the individual son or daughter of God whose hour of destiny is come. Do not anticipate this event to be far away, for tempus fugit.
And therefore, beloved, build upon the closeness that you have with sacred fire and the discipline of Serapis Bey who tutors you in your daily use of ascension’s flame. Practice the raising up of ascension’s flame even as you raise up the Kundalini. Do this for yourself and for others until this white spiraling plume is rising, rising, rising and you see another and another and another taking his ascension through that flame. O how near you are to that moment! Yet how far, far, far away you have drifted from true realization and expectancy that it will happen. 14) Out of the Temple of Luxor I present myself to you for the meeting of worlds, the hemispheres and for the expansion of those who come forth, even singled out as the lilies of the field. I AM Serapis. And so you know that beneath the earth there are other levels of being, other levels of consciousness. So know it, beloved, for the Earth herself is in great turmoil within and without.
Therefore we say, all of us at Luxor hold the balance of threefold flame in your hearts. Hold the balance of life everlasting. Hold the balance of victory for those who are not able to fulfill that victory. Thus, beloved, now think of the risen Christ. Now open your eyes inwardly and speak to him from your very soul, from your very chakras. And pour out, pour out to me, pour out to Serapis that adoration which you would place in the vessels of our hearts. [13-second pause]
The intensity of sacred fire passes through the Messenger to your seven chakras, to the eighth ray chakra. Receive all these levels of consciousness. Internalize them. Appeal to the archangels, beloved, that Earth might be righted and that so many who have touched the cross yet not known the cross might come to that place of ultimate forgiveness.
Go forth now with a mandala of thy people and be the forcefield in Earth in the heart of the Mother and her children whereby the lightbearers of Earth shall be magnetized to the center of the One, I AM THAT I AM, and to the center of the Teachings of the Great White Brotherhood at the hand of my Messenger.
Thus I place my body as a living altar in the midst of the people Israel. And in that body temple is the original blueprint, the soul design for every son and daughter of God and children of God who have come forth, for it is the desire of the Cosmic Virgin that none of Her children should be lost, none of Her sons and daughters.
Thus I join Lady Master Venus, who has been tarrying with you these many months, and we together focusing our twin flames in the Holy City will stand for the triumph of the Community of the Holy Spirit, which must be manifest as the key to the release of light in this age.
Beloved ones, I transfer to your heart now the burning of a God-determination that carries, as the mighty light rays of God’s will from the heart of the Great Central Sun, the God-determination that Earth and her evolutions shall go free in this age. Feel that energy transferred to you now from my heart. It is a living witness of millions of angelic hosts who are meeting the challenge of forces of darkness who are moving their ploys across the Earth, even within your very own nation, to destroy to the uttermost every trace of true religion and true light. They shall not pass! They shall not pass! This is the Word of Almighty God this day.
