1) The present worldwide turbulence is in fact a general hypnotic condition, widespread by reason of advanced means of travel and communication. In the archives of history are to be found proportionately as many examples of tyranny as there are in the present day. Let not your heart be troubled. 2) Control--psychological, hypnotic, psychic, astral--is sought by the ignorant and learned alike--who, warped in their views, pragmatic only in imitation of their contemporaries who are spiritually ignorant, seek by and through fear, threat and intimidation to have controlling power over the minds and worlds of men and of one another. Fear is a powerful weapon. It presupposes loss of something good. In the hands of both psychologically wise people and in the hands of primitively ignorant ones it successfully wages a cold and sometimes hot war of terror and intimidation where individual liberties are at stake.
3) To best serve us, our conscious chelas should always call forth the protection, energy and love of the great Ascended Masters and direct it into all human affairs, whether or not other individuals want it. This in no way interferes with freewill, for when the light expands around them often they will see that it is wisdom and enjoy it enough to want to change. Our action is never hypnotic but always inspiring and uplifting. We never interfere with free will unless individuals ask us to help them overcome some weakness, or directly give us the authority in their worlds, and then we do so in order to bring them into a closer relationship with their own great God-Self.
The Brotherhood is composed, of course, of ascended and unascended members (some of these are conscious this is so and others are not). By the latter I refer to the fact that many individuals’ lives are so directed and filled with love as to draw them into our circle while their physical forms sleep, yet intellectually they have never consciously heard of us or our service. Often such as these know of Jesus, Buddha or some other one of the Masters yet are not aware of the portals of light or the fraternal Brotherhood of Light which exists at heavenly levels and is daily so active by the principle and power of the Holy Spirit upon the Earth and in the hearts of its people.
4) Dominion is established by acceptance of your divine right to express the perfection of paradise in your world. Complacency has brought about a weakening of mankind’s will to do good and the blind mechanical acceptance of whatever life seems to throw at them. The self-imposed yokes and tyrannies which have been accepted by you since early childhood from the mass mind, almost as a hypnotic effect, must be broken by the establishment of patterns of divine grace.

6) You must understand that this is no ordinary activity. It is an extraordinary activity of your own God Presence! And your God Presence will not be brought under the power of human hypnotic or the thought that the individual can control the God Self.
This is the trouble on Earth today. Individuals want power and they desire to use that power not for their freedom and the emancipation of other human beings but that they might be thought wise by men and surfeit themselves in their carnal longings.
7) For we are concerned with all that occurs upon this planetary body that the outworking of universal evolution, of the spiritual fulfillment of the destiny of men, may be according to the Christ-design made eternally in the heavens. We are concerned also with the awful network of lies that are being spread across the face of the earth by those individuals who are wedded to psychic darkness and all of those conditions which are only based upon the machinations of the human ego. We are concerned with those who are dabbling in all manner of psychic activities and hypnotic and those who continually are surrendering the sovereignty which God imparted unto them to those spirits and forces of lesser magnitude in the universe whose purposes are darkness and who will come to naught.
8) In the presence of the light, in the presence of the Christ when mankind are not attuned to the Christ within themselves the sleep consciousness, the hypnosis, mesmerism of the mass mind takes over and they are lulled away from the center of action, the center of be-ness, the center of awareness of that which is taking place.

10) Now while you have the gift of life exercise your freedom to reclaim your free will--free from all influences known or unknown, astral, emotional, physical, or mental. For the world is reeling under the deplorable influences of a mass hypnosis that threatens to engulf the children and the youth, the mature and the aged, one and all in a relentless, rushing death rapids. Let the manipulators employing the mass media to establish their focuses of paganism and of the sex cult give answer this day before the Court of the Sacred Fire and before the throne of the Cosmic Virgin! 11) Do not be surprised then what this freedom will produce across the face of the Earth. For once that flame is kindled it cannot be turned back, and free people everywhere will rise to liberate those who are in bondage to the fallen ones. First then let the American people rise and liberate themselves from the media and its mass hypnosis, from the bondage that they have to the material senses. Let them be free of the psychic nonsense and witchcraft and black magic. This is freedom, freedom to defend cosmic purpose and God-government and a God-economy throughout the Earth!
12) This misappropriation of freedom must be reversed, for the women of America and the world are sowing the seeds of the destruction of their own freedom. And the karma that is already upon women who have walked in this way is the groaning and the travail of a planetary home crying out to give birth to the Christ consciousness, crying “Mother, Mother, Mother, set me free. Give me life. Give me wholeness. Give me opportunity to know myself as God.”
How is the heart of woman hardened to the cries of the child in the womb? Is it selfishness? Is it self-love? Is it a death consciousness? Is it a mass hypnosis by the fallen ones? Is it the death wish? Is it that, in seeking freedom, she seeks freedom to die and for her own to die? What is the madness of the hell that woman has created for her habitation?

For it is light contacting light and more light, and all of this now bubbling and activating and transmuting the darkness. And it moves on. And violet-flame angels are holding over the Atlantic Ocean, waiting for the passing of that energy, anchoring the most intense action of the Great Central Sun Magnet, demagnetizing darkness and drawing it into the fiery core of the flame.
Legions of light anchoring that flame are using the energies that you have anchored here in the East this day, so necessary for the breaking of the darkness and hypnotic spell. Now it intensifies and moves on, covering the states of Ohio and Indiana, coming through Pennsylvania and anchoring special focuses of freedom in Philadelphia and in other cities where there are shrines of freedom. So in every focus of freedom throughout the land that is a true focus of light, a portion of this energy has been anchored. And out of the seven vials, a portion of the violet flame surrounds now the chakras of every individual who has a claim to America as a citizen of this nation.
14) When you understand the inner working of cosmic law you see the inevitability of the mathematics of that law and therefore you can anticipate your greatest joys, your greatest trials--not by psychic superstition of the world’s astrology but by the great cycles that are woven by the Elohim, the archangels, the Lords of Karma and the Lords of Creation. You then may make contact with these inner cycles of your being not through a process that must pass through the subconscious mind or the practice of hypnosis or autohypnosis. Nay, I tell you, you can just as easily enter the mind of God, the I AM Presence and Christ mind and there find all of the answers to the great riddle of life!
15) Beloved ones, if you could see the cosmic history, [you would see] how they have worked with their deviltry to implant in the subconscious of the people electrodes of darkness whereby they would be programmed in the last days to a hypnotic spell. Did you not hear what the general said about the peculiar manifestation of dedicated Americans who come out of sessions, meetings and seminars with the Communists and suddenly are entirely reversed in their position? You who understand the game of psychopolitics and the very real influences of the fallen ones at inner levels can well appreciate that these things do not happen by accident but by the direct perversion of the science of the Mother.
Therefore that which you have heard of the preparations of the enemy are only surface preparations in the physical octave. What has been transpiring at the etheric, mental and emotional planes, you can well imagine, is the foundation of the physical.
16) The sons and daughters of God and their children are a distinct race of the I AM consciousness. And they are called the I AM race. It was to them that Moses spoke when he hurled to them his fiery fiat to break the hypnotic spell of the Watchers and their slave race: “I have said: Ye are God’s and all of you are children of the Most High!”
17) Therefore there are many who gather in their sophistication, in all of their intellectual pursuit of the paths of the East, even those who use drugs and various means to enhance the psychic or spiritual experience. And they point the finger at Guru Ma. And they point the finger at her chelas. And they speak of long hours of invocation, of impracticality and that these are mere hypnosis of the self. They point then to the inexperience of these chelas who do not have their supposed hoary wisdom or their understanding of the “true” path.
Beloved ones, this is a most unfortunate situation. For you see, they lead many souls of light who trust their appearance and seeming manifestation of wisdom and therefore follow them. And these trusting souls of light look to outer appearances and the outer calm and outer sympathetic vibrations, and they consider that they have found a real live master.
18) Think of it, beloved ones! It is not natural for a people to remain in bondage and ignorance and to espouse a false doctrine and theology that is absurd on the face of it, that is ridiculous, that no child of light would believe except for the interference twixt the threefold flame of the heart and the mind that does mesh with the outer mind when it is allowed to do so. There is interference by these rays of the fallen ones—by psychotronics, if you would call them that! And these are the forces that we deal with in answer to your call. It is the mass hypnosis and brainwashing of a people.
Do you wonder why there is such a loud accusation of brainwashing in the land by the so-called cults? It is because, beloved hearts, the fallen ones are attempting to turn against the children of the light their own evil deeds. It is because it is indeed going on from inner levels and from physical focuses.
19) The covenant of freewill given to souls gone forth in the matter spheres guarantees that the individual may choose to be or choose not to be one with God. Therefore,you see, God desires not to receive unto Himself those who have come by coercion, by hypnosis, by brainwashing, by threatenings, by fear, by false doctrine or false teachers. God desires the heart filled with joy and love to Him to prove that love by words and works, not in one lifetime but in many lifetimes of opportunity.
20) Understand that enemies that are physical yet unseen are deadly. And they use all manner of technology in disobedience to God; their time is short but in their time they cause much destructivity. This is the root of planetary hypnosis—the blinding of the minds, the hypnotic spells that cause the people of earth to be non-responsive to the call of the Great White Brotherhood and the ascended masters or to the dangers at hand magnified by fallen angels at every level.
Thus, beloved, there is a fraternity of light. And the saints robed in white are called the Great White Brotherhood. It is why we tarry with earth, why the archangels are present and angelic hosts.
21) Beloved ones, as you consider how a leadership with a certain timetable could find itself in the camp of the enemy swept by a hypnosis, by some kind of a mind influence, do you not wonder and consider and admit at the conscious threshold of awareness that there could be some network of a conspiracy upon those whose minds are not tethered to God and [who] therefore being not tethered to God are otherwise vulnerable to aliens who have long ago mastered the art of mind manipulation?
