1) Lightbearers of the immortal flame of freedom, I AM come because God in you has triumphed this day--by a step, by a little bit, by a vast expanse! For who can measure the eternal victory of God when chaliced by the soul who has surrendered and therefore can contain the essence of that ruby ray, the blood of Christ as single drop of life that does ignite an immortal spiral and therefore give to each one the golden victorious light for the victory in the fight!
I will tell you why I have come: because within this room is a single candidate for the ascension. Therefore I AM magnetized by a single heart. And thus I bow before the light of the ascension flame in that disciple who now bears both the promise and opportunity of accelerated initiation.
One will say “Is it I, Lord?” And another will say “It is I.” And someone will say “It is not me!” Blessed hearts, for the purposes of discussion (and that far more so) let each one assume “I am he.” By the very process of this single assumption you may also earn the seat of authority. Assume then, let us, that you are a candidate for the ascension. You ought to realize that at the hour and the moment of the drawing of this line the real initiations begin.
Candidacy for the ascension comes because of many incarnations of striving, personal self-discipline and a love that cares for God more than self--more than selfishness or self-concern or little discords of the moment that eat away like rats at the fabric of the immortal garment.
Understand then that it is a precarious moment, for there is no guarantee that the candidate will succeed. Yet I must say that to receive a candidate for the ascension in full ceremony I must have the assurance at Luxor that that one has vested within himself the awareness of the Godhead and its potential to dwell bodily in him. The individual must sense himself worthy to be a co-creator with God and to contain the God-flame of the chela that can hold the balance with the God-flame of the Guru.

2) I address you in the whiteness of the glory of God which you have made your own. You have worn it upon your bodies, not merely as a uniform for uniformity but for the one form of the living Word.
You have worn His whiteness as the undergarment of humility. You have worn the whiteness of the Mother in your heart as a badge of constancy and a source, a magnet to draw down the life of God, to produce what you have determined to produce. You have retrieved a light that was momentarily lost. You have raised it up, not uniformly but individually as one. You have brought forth in the one a clear image of Christ. Now let it not be blurred. Let none step out of whitefire core to test a step that is not in time.
A matrix is presented and it is by your will. For any one of you could have easily left the ranks and said “I will no more walk at Camelot, for it is too hard.” You cared for something more than yourselves. While others sleep, while others have slept you have worked to fulfill the image of Abraham Lincoln and so many others throughout history who have been the lone figure. And when all the world would move against the image of Christ they stood alone.
Now what do you represent to me, my hearts of light? You show the transition into Aquarius where never again (for it need not be) should one anointed one stand alone. For you have shown the unity of one and the strength of the one Christ that is fed by the tributaries of your hearts together.
The world may see a few or many students marching, but I see one blazing Manchild. I see the One above you who is the Person of Christ. One--the One embodied in the many, the one who has become infinity. I see the Christ Presence who will speak through your hearts. 3) In the light of victory I AM come. And it is with the victorious sense of the absolute purity of God that I seek to define holy purpose for each and every one. For within the dimensions of our retreat at Luxor, as in the flame itself, there wisdom as the Mother of the World defines holy purpose and teaches the soul the refining nature of God.
You have God-potential! But it will be of no use to you--no more use than gold hidden in the hills--less you determine to mine it, to bring it forth and to focus. You may have potential all over the table, but unless you focus on that point of the release of the fire of action you will go nowhere! Therefore for all the good intentions let us be about our Father’s business.
I possess the understanding of the military strategy of this nation. I know how the armed forces ought to be armed and disarmed, especially of the burdensome beasts of drugs and marijuana that beset all ranks of the service of this nation. I know how the planetary momentum of fallen ones can be defeated before the year 2001. And I know that this nation can survive--but will only survive if there is the mobilization of spiritual forces and a new morale and a love that intensifies rather than diminishes in the face of any obstacle. I AM Serapis. I have known every battle. I have stood nose-to-nose with the enemy, and I have pressed forward and he has fallen back.
Blessed hearts, whenever you impose upon yourself a discipline of love for a higher manifestation of that same love know that I AM there reinforcing your will! It is our desire that you contemplate the sharpening of the sword of ascension’s fire for the piercing of the veil and for that concerted effort which only a new company and a larger company can accomplish.

4) Heal, O winds, the planetary consciousness of error! Heal, O mighty wind of the Holy Spirit, the erroneous concepts of men who would define our grace by a letter wrought! Heal, O winds, hearts enfeebled by their fears! Heal, O winds of the Central Sun, the desires of men who desire not after Thee.
Turn the worlds, O winds of the Sun! Aries and Thor, Neptune and Luara, by the wind and water of life cleanse the body of God and purge the Earth of her laggard consciousness. And then, O living fire, clear the place where the Lord shall stand—and His disciples understand the line between the above and the below is for the threshing and threshing-floor of God.
Let your hearts be purged therefore of all division. For I come in the oneness of whitefire of your ascension cape—a cape that will be the swaddling garment of millions when from your shoulders it drops to the waiting Elisha who must seize it and part the wind and part the fire, part the water and earth.
I AM Serapis Bey; I bow before the ascension flame within you. For only the white light of your devotion to the Mother could beckon me here, here where I come in the name of Father-Mother God, here where I AM to consecrate your life to the new birth.
You have heard [the saying], “born again in Christ.” O my beloved, the new birth of the Spirit I proclaim! And in this hour I anoint you for the new order of the ages, for the new man and new woman. And I say to you in this moment of your exaltation of soul in the Mount Zion: here you have left behind the world. You have risen from the valleys that collect mass karma. Here in this moment you are, as it were, catapulted into the future. And in this day and hour you have a vision of yourself reborn--born of the Spirit, born in a new world of light and the moving of the Holy Ghost.
It is a sign that Almighty God has ordained that those who keep the flame of God’s will, the earnest and striving ones, may have this gift of dispensation to place beneath the line of the planetary electronic belt all that is past and step up to the line of the Christ consciousness, there to be reborn and re-created, in other words, my beloved, to start a new life as though you had already ascended. And indeed you have, at least five thousand feet and more.
This ascension to rarefied heights and air is even a testing of the physical formula of Self which I trust you can well endure. I speak of the retreats etheric of our Brotherhood that in many places upon Earth are at a level with this altitude, though they are etheric.
I speak of the fact that you enter at will etheric octaves and that these very octaves of our Brotherhood and of Christ consciousness are a rebuke, an exposure and a rejection of the carnal mind and all of its impish ways….
Thus, blessed hearts, the confidence in each one’s heart and confidence in the Brotherhood in the assembling of those of right heart must needs be observed, a oneness that is a love beyond all other loves. For by this love, Jesus said, will all men know that ye are my disciples indeed that you love one another as I have loved you.
I ask that you consider this love as it would be the love of Serapis Bey, for so many of you imagine that I am so stern and that the white light without coloration is almost without feeling or compassion. But, beloved ones, please try not to so stereotype the ascended masters that you deprive yourselves of the very heart of hearts of our own wooing by love of our chelas.
We are stern of course in the presence of that human defiance of our Office and you should also be. For if you tolerate an offense or an affront to your office or to one of these little children, you will lose both your office and your own innocence and the right to care for holy children. Offenses must come, but woe be to those through whom they come! And that woe is the descending karma that is invoked by judgment of the Son of God.
The fierceness of the chohans with human creation is the same in all. It does not differ by the degrees of our rays; it is the same in all the Godhead. It is the same in your I AM Presence. It is the same in Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
But the compassion of Christ is also the same. And the elements of the seven rays form a pattern of intelligence, experience, acceleration, precipitation of qualities that allows you to feel in our presence a certain attainment. And that will teach you that we have that attainment by specific qualifications of the ray of which we have become the master, therefore being called Lord, or chohan or “kohän” if you would pronounce it.
Thus understand that from the heart of Serapis there flows an immense love as the desiring from my position of God-freedom to draw you into the ascension patterns of your life! I say, ascension patterns. Understand well of that which I speak.
The weaving of the deathless solar body is for some like a patchwork quilt. I recall for you now precious moments in the memory of a hierarch of our retreat, precious moments which I have recalled to the Messenger this day: the moment when Jesus knelt before the hierophant and asked to be received in the very first steps of the Law when by the accord of his attainment he could have requested—and been granted immediately—the more advanced steps of adeptship.
Beloved ones, I place before you a new meaning and perception of this event. Because you have understood the law of cycles and turning of the lines of the cosmic clock you have seen from the heart of Mother Mary how you pass through similar testings and opportunities in each twelve-year cycle as you make the rounds, like a planetary body, through these houses of the Sun--through these hierarchies and their temples of light.
Standing now in the temple of the hierarchy of Aries, standing therefore under the sponsorship of Helios and Vesta in this light and house of the Sun, beloved hearts, I speak to you concerning the very first steps of your soul. For this is the house where you declare: Lo, I AM THAT I AM! Lo, I AM the Son of God! Lo, I AM the Word incarnate! This day I AM begotten of the Most High!
It is the rehearsal of the origin in God in the Holy of Holies in the Great Central Sun. It is the reinitiation of your soul, the internalization of the divine ego that displaces, step by step, that human ego. It is the replacement of carnal mind by Christ mind.
Therefore in taking the very next initiation that is due to you each one according to your entire evolution, you must go over with the fingers of the mind the very first lessons, the very first steps. In the fullness of the reservoir of light I speak.
I am no pauper but filled with abundance of God’s light--God-willed. For the magnet of ruby ray in my heart does draw from far-off worlds, from an infinitude beyond time and space all elements natural to my God-design, destiny and eternal striving. Thus by the quality of my heart I AM Serapis Bey.
I stand before you the example of one who has meditated upon the heart of God as the heart of Self, never taking my devotion or the attention of my devotion from the awareness that in the Central Sun is the heart of a cosmos and many. And in my heart there is a vessel deigned, ordained by God to be the chalice for that heart. This is the premise as the mathematical formula of my devotion, beloved ones. Thus my heart in meditation, in service, in alchemy, long ago as I was trained by the preceding hierophant (not alone of Luxor but of the ancient temple on Atlantis), then internalized this power of the heart as a ruby flame, a sacred fire.
Now begin to understand the quality of the great initiation brought to you by our beloved, most revered Helios. The starting of the spark of ruby ray, beloved ones, is the point of contact. You have been initiated in the third eye. Thus for the awakening and quickening of the true quality of this heart of ruby fire one shall come again to initiate the heart-chakra through the same ruby focus.
Prepare for it, for it shall be the drawing down from the mind the fullness of preparation, consecration to add unto the quality of your heart’s devotion some wondrous thing of my own mentor who preceded me in this Office where I now stand, able to lovingly receive you in the consecration of your lifestream to those details of self-perfectionment whereby truly you may enter that ascension flame--not as a pauper but as one whose heart overflows with light--a cup that runs over to the world!
And therefore when you come to the flame you already are the flame. And the twain as one celebrate the union of Alpha and Omega within you--celebrate the eternal union with God-Self, with twinflame and with the All. For once having passed through that flame you discover truly that All is one and all are the One.
Lo, I AM the One! And you are also the One--embryonic, for this oneness escapes mind and heart. And therefore there is strife, division, criticism and all manner of that mortal consciousness so devious as to captivate the soul in these sockets of time and space and the stickiness of karma that will not let go until you transcend its plane and discover yourself somewhere else--the point of light. 7) O Holy Ones of God, Seraphim Mighty, I, Serapis, call thee now from the heart! Seraphim, descend this shaft of light built by elementals at the command of sons and daughters of God.
Hear the decree of the Word of Keepers of the Flame on Earth. Seraphim of God, as thou dost keep the flame of Life in the Central Sun, tending the mighty altars of sacred fire, I bid you now: come into the auras of these who have been sent from the Sun in the beginning--light-shoots of Alpha and Omega who have been green shoots these past fourteen months [of initiation in the fourteen stations of the cross in the emerald sphere of the causal body]. Come, seraphim of God, with Raphael and Mother Mary.
Justinius, come now for the sealing of the auric light and third eye in the mighty sphere of emerald light. For truth has gone forth in the science of wholeness, the power of the Word and all manner of Teaching that emanates from Vesta and Pallas Athena, Hilarion and many healing masters.
Beloved, all that has gone forth from the emerald sphere does now touch and qualify the succeeding sphere. Each gain of mastery from the whitefire core of Being, from the beginning pulsating outward, does lend new enlightenment and enchantment if you will, of the Word, of the life, of the love inherent in each and every flame and sphere.
All attainment is cumulative if you will it so--if you do not let go, if you persevere. And the stairway of the degrees becomes an exalted experience. And you can feel the increase of the rings of light around your four lower bodies. And you can feel the dissolution of darkness and former auric emanations that were left over from other lifetimes.
It is an hour of cycles turning and it is important to assess the net gain. Every soul periodically must of necessity engage in a certain introspection. Not so often--perhaps once or twice a year profoundly--for overattention upon the green shoot and sense of self allows the individual to fall prey to the very diseases of the psyche that are passing through the flame to be consumed.
Thus, beloved, he who maintains the most concentrated attention on the I AM Presence and the one-pointedness of a goal, being swift as an arrow, he then is one whom we declare safe for the acceleration of cleansing of astral body, which must come about fast or slow as you decree it. Therefore concentration and strength of mind and will and heart on the assignments we give you builds [of] itself a shaft of light that is protective, and thus we are able literally to drain the astral body of toxins and diseases, darkness and shadows and entities of past lives. These pass into the violet flame with scarcely a notice from yourself because you are so one-pointed on the feat of service to light.

8) In this day and age but the few perceive it [the light] and among those who do a lesser percentage pursue it, seek to define and refine it within being or even become enamored by it.
Let not the fervor of your first love wax cold. For in this hour of ascension’s call I, Serapis, come to you to warn you of a danger in the Earth. That danger is the absence of those who keep the flame of the Divine Mother, even the light of the base-of-the-spine chakra.
The abuses of this light have reached a level beyond the abuses that were practiced against the Divine Mother both on Lemuria and in Atlantis. Whether through the misuse of science or sound, technology or even that light raised to the third eye in practices of black magic, these perversions of the light of the Mother led to the sinking of these continents.
You may comprehend that the Law acted in those ages and cataclysm ensued as a result of this misuse of the Mother-flame. Therefore, beloved, you may understand what a grace is upon the planet in this hour that such infamy should be ongoing and on the increase and yet in many quarters life continues as always and many are able to walk a path of light.
My coming to you in these Twin Cities is of course to remind you, as you have already been reminded, to seek reunion with the Father/Mother God, to raise up a pillar of light that shall not only overpower the dark funnel that has been raised by fallen ones but to do so for the expressed urgency of providing a compensation for such abuses as are on the planet in this hour. Nuclear war itself is the abuse of the sacred fire of the atom. And thus, beloved, the infamy upon infamy can be a tale that is told many times.
Our warning is this then, that unless that spark divine in Keepers of the Flame should wax hot and allow you once again to tend the altars as you should, there is little that will be done to avert those projections that have been told to you in our prophecy of last evening.
It seems as though Keepers of the Flame have been burdened by the very weight of the year. Blessed hearts, it was announced to you that the weight of planetary karma would increase on January 1st of this year. Now you have been prepared for those astrological configurations that bear the portent of a far greater weight.
What will you do--you who have allowed yourselves already to become bowed down by returning karma of the planet--what will you do when on January 1st, 1988 the weight of the planet will feel tenfold that of the previous year?
Precious hearts, only by establishing priorities when you see the light and have the light will you be able to sustain your fervor and momentum in the hour when planetary levels of darkness rise. Now this rising can be met by you with glorious convocations held throughout December for winter solstice, Christmas Eve and Day, and the usual new year’s conclave. May it be so, beloved, for all that you can do to bank violet fires for that hour of the new year’s descent will serve you well in the years ahead.
Take refuge then in the Divine Mother in a very present person in the beloved Mary and so many angels of heaven. But above all take unto yourself Her swaddling garment and let the light be raised up. 9) Holy ones of the light, I AM Serapis and I have come with legions of light of the Divine Mother who do indeed compass this city round about--seraphim and saints of the Most High God, those who are robed in white, those who have been chosen of the fourth ray now to enter this city and to form the great cosmic cube.
Thus the cube of the City Foursquare, founded upon that foundation of ascended master light, is met by devotees out of the East who have come to greet those descending from the Central Sun, converging then as Alpha and Omega in the heart of Elohim. solar ring upon ring of angels of light form round about a grid of light, beloved.
Therefore our statement is our presence and our presence is the extension of the Central Sun that a nation under God, conceived in the heart of Liberty, sponsored by Saint Germain, should know the permanence of the eternal light and the record kept here, that the saints of the Great White Brotherhood as above so below do stand to keep the city. Therefore come what may the divine reality does appear. It is now and it is a confirmation of that light upon the brow that does seal thee forevermore in the heart of Alpha and Omega.
Lightbearers of the world, I AM the Hierarch of the Ascension Temple of Luxor and an ascension temple that is not of this world. I say to you then, keep the flame of life upon Earth and know that the immaculate concept of a golden age is yet held in the hearts of all those who serve the holy cause of freedom. And know that that enlightenment which is come upon you—which may expand and expand and expand now as you meditate intensely upon the fire upon the crown of the head and see and visualize golden illumination’s flame intensifying--is the predawn of that golden age. Therefore in the reflecting pool behold, a multitude of heavenly hosts is seen, and superimposed upon them and again upon that cosmic cube there is the vision of the great pyramid of this civilization of the I AM race in its perfected state, and above that pyramid is a capstone yet waiting to be placed on that solid foundation.
Blessed hearts, when darkness moves in the Earth the lightbearers intensify reality, and reality is an intimidation unto those who have it not. There be some upon this Earth who come from beneath, as Jesus said, who have not known the reality of God since they have turned their backs upon the Sun, even the Great Central Sun and the light incarnation of the Word who is the Son of God. These cannot stand in the day of the appearing of the sons and daughters of God. Therefore they would if they could foment war and annihilation and the collision of worlds here below before that advent of Christ in his own.
Let them know then that there is an end to all of this--finis. There is an end to all of this, I say. First I would tell you that by your decrees and the decrees of the Messenger the assassination attempt on the life of the President of Egypt, Mubarak, was thwarted. It has been noted that he has no successor. We are concerned for the stabilization of all nations where there are etheric retreats and sometimes physical retreats, such as those that are hidden entirely beneath the sands in Egypt. Our focus there is the focus of the Divine Mother, the ascension flame.
The misuse of sacred fire in the base chakra, not only by those of Egypt but by those of the entire world, results in fanaticism and the out-of-balance state of consciousness that we find in the Middle East. Quite simply the people cannot deal with the sacred fire of ascension’s flame that is present there; yet we may not turn down that fire, for that fire of ascension’s flame is a sign that can be seen by every soul upon Earth. 11) Now the angels approach. And so they come closer to Earth, for you have sent up the incense of the names of God.
As you plant the seeds of the names of God in the Earth you will watch in wonder how darkness is utterly consumed. No man can stand against the Word, the living Word that is the name of God. No man can stand against the word uttered from the pure in heart.
Thus remember the phylacteries. Remember the sealing of the forehead with the names of God. Remember also the sealing of the forehead by the presence of your father Abraham. Remember purity of heart, of life, of will and especially purity of the attention on the things of God. For this purity--along with the dismissing of those things that take you to places of darkness--is the key to your victory.
Beware then the media, the motion pictures, that which you watch on television. For that which you see you become, and you go to the place of its point of origin, sometimes descending many decades on the ladder of life, even entering the astral plane without realizing it. Thus you must climb again the Tree of Life.
You who have taken in the entertainment of the world, I remind you that life is short. The hours and days are short. Come into a community of devotees--yes, devotees of the names of God. Come in, beloved, and join my seraphim, for they embody the names and they shall accompany your singing. It shall no longer be a dream of angels but the reality of angels. I ask you to be instruments for the rapprochement of God and man in the Earth.
In the name of Alpha and Omega who have sent me I seal you in this hour. Do not break the seal but keep the love and draw in the reins of all untoward states of consciousness. Thus shall you know wholeness. Thus shall you lead with the World Mother all peoples of Earth who walk with God.

And when the orbs of vision sevenfold become as one they do unite and focus at the point of the third eye, even as the raised Kundalini fire does anchor at this point to establish wholeness within the temple of your being….
Love begins with harmony. Love begins with patience, tolerance, compassion and the determination not to cross over into unseemly conversation, not to enter into those actions that are not comforting to the holy angels and God's own people on Earth. Thus let each one pursue a new and better manifestation of love.
13) I AM the Eternal Youth. Lo, I unfold my name out of the fiery flower of the heart, even the full beauty of the sacrificial lily. How beautiful is the one who is become the Buddha! Why, if God can work the miracle of the lily, can he not work the miracle of my own Self becoming flesh within you by tenderness day by day?
See how some take for granted the greatest miracle of all life, the flowering of the flowers. Sign of the flowering of Christhood, Buddhahood, Motherhood. Indeed you, my beloved, are the great miracle of the Eastertide of light that comes from the shores of the Great Central Sun to the shores of the avatar.

From the heart of the Earth unto the Central Sun so is the passageway of the lily of the field of God’s consciousness; so are your chakras aligned by the green stalk.
