14) When the heart cries out to God, even though the life pattern of the individual may have functioned continuously at human levels, there is a response of faith that embellishes and assists the germ of light reality that is in the heart of each one, planted there by God and nourished by Him….
But we say that perfect faith can be developed in the Divine Presence and in the divine pattern within the very cells of man’s being, and that it brings about a quickening action, an uplift for the spirit and the mind which, if encouraged daily, will create the renaissance of a true spiritual culture and a recognition of the meaning and purpose of life for all.
15) Out of their ignorance of the great Law and their jealousy of other parts of life, those whose minds are bent by the perverseness of selfish concern, who will not cease to analyze the faults of their neighbors, cannot hope to understand the meaning of the abundant life lived in God until they have shed the snakeskin of their personal identity pattern. In the vastness of cosmos there is room for all to develop the fullness of their soul-potential and, in so doing, to transmute whatever impedes the flow of light through them as they become one with the God-ideal in the truly abundant life.
In a spirit of constructivism born out of the desire to alert and to admonish we release this report. It would be most beneficial if all men had the awareness of spirit to discern not only the signs of the times and the astrological impact thereof from a cosmic standpoint but also the sure means of governing the actions of their world; yet although heaven has decreed perfection for man, man has not yet appropriated all of the joy and wonder God has in store for him.
We advocate a recognition of the fact that whereas we always espouse the positive, the victorious, the perfect and complete kingdom of God we perceive that habits of negation and energy misqualification formed in childhood and infancy have often served to cover humanity with an opaquing cloud of illusory substance that one day will be no more.
16) The question of selecting a medium to express one’s art is easily resolved when one recognizes that there is a pattern basic and unique to every thing, to every idea, to every desire. The very desire to express, inherent within every form of life, creates and evolves its own progressive] pattern which goes before it, providing the forcefield for its unfoldment. Naturalness in living–a quality which some seem to enjoy to the fullest and others, wrapped up as they are in an artificial existence, fail utterly to comprehend–is a state of nonresistance to the soul patterns inherent in man and nature. Naturalness in living, as a quality of freedom, is also a quality of beauty.
17) Human desires, rationalized by the carnal mind and thrust into prominence by the ego’s craving for recognition, can be accentuated until their importance is out of all proportion to reality. This phenomenon was in evidence in the story of Jacob and Esau when the latter sold his birthright for a mess of pottage. Mankind should understand once and for all that the physical side of life originates in the spiritual side of life. This means that the finite is but a facet of the Infinite and must remain wholly subject thereto if the Christ is to be formed in you.
18) So let the flame be rekindled in my name, I AM THAT I AM! You have heard it said that every tongue should confess and every knee should bow before Christ the Lord. So I, Jesus, come before you and I bow before the Christ within you, and I confess that that Christed One is Lord of all!
I AM the servant of the flaming Christ consciousness within you! So then the servant is not greater than his lord. The only greatness that the “I” can confirm--the “I” who affirms the “I” as the I AM THAT I AM--is the greatness of the Christ.
19) Need I say therefore, considering the consecration of this land, that those who are inharmonious and lacking in even some small portion of the trust of Abraham should not be welcome here? For our work is far too important to entertain those who sin and weep and sin and weep. Theirs is an old, old story. They do the most they can get away with; and when they are caught, they weep and wail and say “Give me another chance.”
Well, I say: I will not give you another chance to besmirch my holy ground, to place upon it the blotches of your infamy! Go to! Go to the cities of the Earth! Go to the plains! And there do what you must do. But leave my holy mountain to the pure who know the meaning of the word endure. And do so without fanfare or self-attention.
There are none of notoriety here. They dwell in the world, the world of ego recognition. Here are the selfless ones whose eyes shine so brightly that one can scarcely remember their names, for the eyes tell the geometry of the soul and the purity of heart, far more important than an outer label.
I AM Serapis. Some have said the land rejects those who reject the will of God. Well, it is the land and I. For I stand guard and I AM the guard. And the manifestation of that guard is in the flaming cherubim and seraphs and hosts of the LORD. Thus it is for the dividing of the way.
Let the harmonious ones approach. Let the discordant notes retreat. For it is dangerous for them to contact my holy mountain. Now let us build within it and without, and let us see the trailblazers establish the point of invulnerability—the invulnerability of the soul. That is the point where God will make you whole!
The right hand of God rolls back the oppressors. And my people in every nation sense the new breath of another day of hope. May God grant them the safe passage.
20) Beloved ones, I am speaking of the integrated personality in God. And I tell you that even without the marijuana entity, some of you are, in your vernacular, simply sloppy when it comes to holding the line of consciousness, of meditation, of one-pointedness. It is as though you have too much energy and you scatter it. And there is entirely too much unnecessary and unfruitful conversation where there ought to be a recognition that many wars are being fought on this planet simultaneously and Armageddon is in full swing.
And even in this very week you have seen the attack of that fallen one against the person of the Messenger and the Church. And you understand that these fallen ones have come and they have gone within this activity of light. And they have come for the judgment and for the outplaying of a great darkness, that they might also be judged.
For judgment I AM come into this world! is the statement of the Lord Christ in each and every one of you. It is the sole purpose for incarnation—that the fallen ones who move against that light may then be judged. And you will understand that this is the purpose of the crucifixion and the mode which it took.

21) Beloved ones, I tell you a cosmic secret. Just as beloved Kuthumi has told you that the aura is not still but moves moment by moment with the cogitations and the feelings and the movements and the health and all considerations of the lifestream, so the genes themselves that carry the identity matrix also carry the momentum of consciousness.
And therefore understand when conception may take place in anger or in lust or in worldly consciousness in that moment of that consciousness there is transmitted to the offspring of earth that momentum of anger and that momentum of lust. And therefore, realize that the pattern of the soul and the four lower bodies is not merely set because of the marbles of the genes that never change and perpetually only contain human hereditary traits….
Beloved hearts, it is not too hard a miracle for God to send shepherds and leaders! The problem is that when they are sent, they are slain, they are murdered, they are persecuted, they are tormented until their very psychology is altered and, in the course of a lifetime—unless mighty strong in the Lord--they lose either the desire, the inclination, or the ability for leadership once endowed. -Jesus Christ: 11-24-1983, Thanksgiving, at Camelot, Pearl 26:56

22) And, beloved ones, there cannot be a test that is not difficult. There cannot be a test that does not demand pain or that you give up something of yourself. All who have gone before you and the Messenger who stands before you have had to surrender much in order to fulfill the office they have been given.
You have an office waiting to drop upon you officially as the chela of the Great White Brotherhood. Each one in his own time earns that reward, and no man knoweth it save the Father. And when the chela is drawn into the heart of hearts of the Guru there is a mutual recognition and a knowledge that you are fully engaged with the Master, and you are one. And it is not illusory and it is not based on a sense of favoritism or association….
Take care then that your tears are not in self-pity or sympathy for your plight of what suffering you may be required to endure, but see to it that your compassion extends to the ascended masters who have loved you and to their great desire to reach the little ones who suffer on earth.
23) So as Gautama Buddha so carefully gave to you his message on the law of chelaship and the Guru-chela relationship through the heart of Sanat Kumara, may you realize as you review the content of these days together that all that has been spoken and exercised of the Word and learned, all facts and figures, all that has been said is designed to enable you to avoid various types of pitfalls within and without upon the planet that you might not lose the glory of the golden day of your ascension and that you might, in recognition of the dangers on the planet in this hour, secure bastions of your cosmic consciousness through Maitreya’s oneness and through him [the oneness of] all those of the spherical body of the second ray.
Out of the Sun of Victory I have come. And there is no other Sun but victory, for every son is a God-victory.
24) Blessed ones, obedience is to the true voice of God within. And so we know that the plight of humanity and of many who are of God is that they have lost the recognition of the true voice and there is a babbling of voices; and in some where the mind is so far astray in that rebellion there is a cacophony, O such a blasphemy of voices out of hell [assaulting the mind] as to truly make mad those who are already in the out-of-alignment state by the insanity of disobedience itself.
To love the will of God, to love the blue-flame chakra and the blue-throat Kuan Yin, to love this very path of the way of the will of God--this is to enter in to that filigree blueprint that is already spun by the Starry Blue Mother, that does unfold and enfold you.
It unfolds before your very eyes as such a delicate filigree and yet of such precision and geometric design. It does surround you as the "placentaa" of the Cosmic Virgin, nourishing, imparting, radiating as a great Sun disc. Blessed ones, this nestling in the heart of the will of God of the Divine Mother, O it is the relief and the surcease from struggle outside of that great sphere of oneness!
25) A tingling will begin, beloved, at some point; in the day or in the night you may feel it. Know then that it is not an ordinary tingling but that I, Cosmos, am stimulating your four lower bodies that you might rise in consciousness and use the five secret rays to challenge the adversaries of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. Receive my needle rays now. [10-second pause] Ho... Ho... Ho... Ho... Ho...Ho...
Let Earth be bathed in the five secret rays as the ruby-ray Buddha and Lord Gautama Buddha allow. Let the five secret rays be a disintegration spiral to take out the fallen angels and enemies of God who would not repent of their evil deeds. Let the five secret rays go into the heart of hearts of those who love and love again.
I AM Mighty Cosmos. I occupy this cosmos. I welcome you to my starry field. I welcome you to journey, especially those of you who are curious about the stars, meteors, comets, novas. Truly the wonderment and vastness of the material universe can once again be drawn up into a sphere the size of a golf ball. That should convince you, beloved, that in reality there is no matter but an infinitude of layers of consciousness where the body of God dwell, and dwell together, in Cosmic Christ peace.
May you assimilate the mysteries of God in the vast cosmos and in the cosmos of your being. May you remain sweet and gentle. May you process the negatives swiftly with violet flame and singing and joy and loving and kindness. Liberate your soul daily and see how you too will occupy a cosmos. I will not define that cosmos for you today but one day in the distant future I shall take you there.
So I have come, so I have loved, so I have spoken of our Lord. So I rejoice that you have levels of enlightenment that can carry you almost beyond the stars. I send rays of light to your heart for rejuvenation and the glory of God in your midst.
