1) Therefore as we begin to reveal to students those cardinal virtues which are the very nature of God and are as compass points indicating the true path, we trust that souls in bondage to mortal convention will recognize that there is an octave of freedom and light, mystery, initiation and manifest power which is above and beyond all idle conceptions of men or the books that have been written on the masters of wisdom or ascended masters.
2) If those who consider themselves to be among the vanguard of the spiritual forces of the world are to remain effectively aligned with Hierarchy in their outer service, they must hold to the cardinal principles of virtue in their dealings with one another. At the same time they must exhibit internally an attitude of compassionate comprehension toward those whose zeal at the beginning of the path causes them to feel, albeit sometimes rashly, that they are more efficient standard-bearers than those who have for many years been continuously engaged in a form of service to humanity.
4) And all who are of the light will see the light and know the light. And the strength of the spiritual unity of nations will shine in the living Sun.
As the living Sun does shine then you can anticipate that through this SUN activity one day Mighty Victory’s Temple shall be built. And it is up to you to ratify the proposal of Almighty God and the Brotherhood as to the building of this Temple and the consecration of your own living temple to Victory’s flame. For when this people shall have realized inner victory then the temple outside that is made with hands becomes the inevitable expression of God-mastery in the flame of Victory’s love.
Thus I come to consecrate you in Victory’s flame to the victory spiral from the base to the crown, to pure love of ruby ray that you might know that truly our God in your midst is a consuming ruby fire. Thus the Buddha of the Ruby Ray does appear in the sky and make known to you that the support from that level of the octaves of heaven is unto you in this hour for consuming of forces of anti-victory that are bent upon ruination of the rising Sun of these little ones.
And these forces are determined to create chaos and world confusion and cataclysm and war. But they shall not pass when one Christed one is raised up to become a central Sun that ye all might also know the living truth as the necessity of the hour.
Walk then as children of truth, as initiates of Pallas Athena and the sword and shield of truth. And know the meaning and power of truth to defend the individual and community against all enemies whose case must be founded upon error or the lie or murderous intent. Let them then be judged for the motivation of the heart. And by their own fruits let the Law act….
Think of this, beloved: the Messenger herself would not survive in the giving of her body over and over a thousand times a thousand to the hearts who come for healing except she long ago learned the lesson from Mother Mary to understand herself simply as a latticework of light through which the sacred energies of heaven flow. Thus not identifying as the Giver but only as instrument, the exhaustless, pure stream of the Source never fails to meet the demand of the hour.
This is the great mystery you must learn--you who would be healers and ministers and instruments of grace. To be the latticework means that there is nothing left to be forgiven, to forgive for in oneself or in anyone on Earth. But the stream of love’s ruby ray, the stream of light pouring through is a blessing to oneself and to all who have sinned and come short of the mark. Beloved, understand that forgiveness, a tributary of light through your chakras, does not obviate the necessity for the wrongdoer to balance his karma, make his peace with God and also learn the higher calling of the way of forgiveness….
Thus unto the capstone I dedicate your souls. And I place the crown of victory then upon the head of the Messenger that you might know that in the individual is the sign by which all may conquer. May you earn that crown of victory and illumination and know that I the Lord God, in the I AM THAT I AM and where I AM as Zarathustra, have come for deliverance of this valley, this community and every Keeper of the Flame of Sanat Kumara worldwide. 3-31-1985 at RTR north, Pearl 28:17
……………………………………………………...................................................5) Though no new dispensation be given this Wesak to any ascended master for the saving of the planet, yet there is given a great dispensation to assist the true chela of the light.
Unto those who have sought and maintained a level of the Christ consciousness throughout the Earth and in this activity there is given tenfold opportunity to rise into that Christhood full, into that I AM Presence--moreover protection, a way of life, abundant opportunity for acceleration together with a stern warning delivered both by Lord Gautama and the Lord Alpha.
The dispensation and the light given “cannot, must not be lost, betrayed, misqualified or neglected.” And to those for whom it is possible to ascend to God in this cycle, that momentum and that impetus to do so is given.
These conclusions of the Cosmic Council delineate the Divine Decree also spoken by Jesus Christ two thousand years ago as he prophesied both the beginning and the ending of the age, the Law of Alpha and Omega: Unto them who have light, more light shall be added; but from them who have not, this day there is taken away that light which they have abused and misqualified. Let those who would suck at the paps of World Communism, false peace and false promises be left to the false Mother and the false Guru they have chosen by free will and with their eyes wide open to the historical choices they are making. Let truth-bearers converge where truth is.
I seal you with the sign of the holy cross, the cosmic cross of whitefire ministered unto by the angels of the body and blood of Christ. In ruby and white of crusaders of the Spirit I remain at the side of the faithful of my calling
6) Realize then that those who have not seen the vision nor ridden the tide of the incoming light, these have not the wherewithal, beloved, to enter in to the maximum grace and the higher light, and they are truly left high and dry. And they have naught else to do but to see and to make their decisions based upon what they refuse to see and what they have refused to be.
The tragedy of tragedies, beloved, is therefore in the disarming of Europe. And as I have told you in my Pearl of Wisdom (above) with the coming of Wesak there has been a conclusion of dispensation accorded to me by the Cosmic Council through the efforts of these Messengers. Beloved, any dispensation that I may have had for the sponsorship of the European continent has been withdrawn. The only sponsorship then which I retain is to assist lightbearers of Europe. But to place myself upon European soil in order to stand between that continent and the karma that is coming upon it, this I am not allowed to do according to cosmic law, to our Father and to the Cosmic Council.
7) But I tell you, beloved, changes must occur in all of your lives. Changes must occur, beloved. And those changes can come about as you listen and listen carefully to admonishments and disciplines that are given through the Messenger. For it is true, beloved, that when karma blinds you you cannot see. Therefore you must have one who sees for you and believe in that seeing until you can remove the patch from your own eye and see then what was seen for you through the Messenger by Maitreya, by myself, by Jesus. It is the only reason that the Messenger tarries in life, to see for you, beloved, and to deliver our fire that may strip you, if you will allow it, of that human substance that limits you, the very substance which must go….
I, Mary, enfold you and I place around the waist of every Keeper of the Flame of this path and activity a golden cord, knots within it like the cord of Saint Francis, that you might understand that though there be an acceleration of the path and though golden light be upon you, though you may be robed as kings and priests unto God, the simple and basic and humble virtues of soul-chastity (purity), poverty (as selflessness, self-emptying to be filled) and obedience--these three, beloved, are truly the magnet for the threefold flame.
8) For this year of 1995, no matter what the portents of the signs in the heavens or the signs in Earth--this year, for you who have devoted your lives and many lifetimes to the cause of freedom, is the absolute God-victory of an age! [Congregation gives salutation:] Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain!
I lay the divine blueprint over the circle of the year that you might understand that each day of the 365 must be a day in which you work the works of God. No idleness can we brook! A twenty-four-hour cycle is an opportunity for the ascension. In each twenty-four-hour day, babes are born and others take their leave to higher octaves or lesser octaves, depending on their service in this life or previous lifetimes.
Understand this always then: if you are able to accomplish in each day a work that is the work of God and the handiwork of man, you will see how you build day upon day the kingdom of heaven on earth. And it is your relentless giving of the spoken Word of the Lord thrusting sacred fire into the very depths of death and hell that will give planet Earth her victory!…I have long been patient. There is no more room for patience, beloved….
Hear me, beloved, for I am the hound of heaven. I am the hound of heaven! And I am snapping at your heels and saying “Look to the day of victory!”
