1) 5-8-21 new explosive documents have now revealed that China discussed weaponisation of COVID-19. People's Liberation Army (PLA) commanders predicted that World War 3 would be fought with biological weapons, documents obtained by the US State Department reportedly reveal.
As per the documents, Chinese military scientists discussed the weaponisation of SARS coronaviruses five years before the COVID-19 pandemic originated and spread to various parts of the world. Outlining their ideas, top scientists predicted that these coronaviruses could be used to fight the third world war.
The mentioned breaking document to “predict World War III as biological war” is the PLA’s novel bioweapon textbook (by General Dezhong Xi, 2015) I’m translating into English with our Chinese volunteers! The brief introduction is in the 3rd Yan Report https://t.co/BxE22sQOuN pic.twitter.com/qkx7cLKclt
-Dr. Li-Meng YAN (@DrLiMengYAN1) May 7, 2021 Ten of the authors are scientists and weapons experts affiliated with the Air Force Medical University in Xi’an, according to the report by The Australian. The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons reveal the Chinese military's plans with regards to bioweapons. The Chinese scientists claimed the viruses could be “artificially manipulated into an emerging human disease virus, then weaponised and unleashed in a way never seen before”. "Following developments in other scientific fields, there have been major advances in the delivery of biological agents. For example, the new-found ability to freeze-dry micro-organisms has made it possible to store biological agents and aerosolise them during attacks." https://www.republicworld.com/world-news/china/china-discussed-weaponising-coronaviruses-before-pandemic-predicted-ww3-with-bio-weapons.html

2) 5-11-21 Dr. Yan Li-Meng, who was previously a post-doctoral fellow at Hong Kong University, fled to United States in April last year….”This document (translations from the 2015 book of PLA Maj-Gen. Xi Dezhong) is one of the 'smoking gun' that can prove China has a long-term programme of non-traditional bio-weapons and (plans) to use it to conquer the whole world," Yan told India Today in an interview.
“I started telling people via YouTube anonymously from last January that this virus came from the PLA lab and that they discovered coronavirus after a lot of investment. They finally got a human-target virus and it was intentionally released. Also, the Chinese government knows it and that's why they immediately had a response after the waiting hours," she claimed.
But after that, they have also modified a lot and they have recruited a lot of labs under the cover of silo labs, under the cover of international labs, and working with the military to develop it. So they have better knowledge and experience after five-six years and that's what made COVID-19 happen," the virologist said. https://www.businesstoday.in/current/economy-politics/coronavirus-released-intentionally-china-using-misinformation-to-mislead-world-chinese-virologist/story/438792.html

3) 3-18-21 In essence, China colonized U.S. virus research programs, colonies that were financed by U.S. taxpayers, likely amounting to billions of dollars.
Dr. Shibo Jiang, now Professor and Director, Institute of Medical Microbiology at China’s Fudan University in Shanghai, obtained his MS and MD degrees from the First and the Fourth Medical University of the PLA. Between 1987 and 1990, he received his postdoctoral training at the Rockefeller University in New York.
After 1990, Shibo Jiang worked in or has been associated with the Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute of the New York Blood Center. He developed an extensive network of collaborative research with other U.S. virus research laboratories and received more than $17 million in U.S. research grants, the vast majority coming from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. -L. 4) 2-16-20 A Chinese general with a long record in biological warfare defense was dispatched to Wuhan at the end of January. People’s Liberation Army Maj. Gen. Chen Wei joined the effort to contain the outbreak in Wuhan, the state-run Pengbai news outlet reported Jan. 31, describing the general as “our nation’s ultimate expert” in biological and chemical weapon defenses. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/feb/16/chinese-maj-gen-chen-wei-takes-leading-role-in-cor/

6) 8-14-19 Under Beijing's civil-military fusion strategy, the PLA is sponsoring research on gene editing, human performance enhancement, and more.
We may be on the verge of a brave new world indeed. Today’s advances in biotechnology and genetic engineering have exciting applications in medicine--yet also alarming implications, including for military affairs. China’s national strategy of military-civil fusion (军民融合) has highlighted biology as a priority, and the People’s Liberation Army could be at the forefront of expanding and exploiting this knowledge. The PLA’s keen interest is reflected in strategic writings and research that argue that advances in biology are contributing to changing the form or character (形态) of conflict. For example:
- In 2010’s War for Biological Dominance (制生权战争), Guo Jiwei
- (郭继卫), a professor with the Third Military Medical University,
- emphasizes the impact of biology on future warfare.
- In 2015, then-president of the Academy of Military Medical
- Sciences He Fuchu (贺初) argued that biotechnology will
- become the new “strategic commanding heights” of
- national defense, from biomaterials to “brain control” weapons. Maj.
- Gen. He has since become the vice president of the Academy of
- Military Sciences, which leads China’s military science enterprise.
- Biology is among seven “new domains of warfare” discussed in a
- 2017 book by Zhang Shibo (张仕波), a retired general and former
- president of the National Defense University, who concludes:
- “Modern biotechnology development is gradually showing
- strong signs characteristic of an offensive capability,” including the
- possibility that “specific ethnic genetic attacks” (特定种族基因攻击)
- could be employed.
- The 2017 edition of Science of Military Strategy (战略学), a
- textbook published by the PLA’s National Defense University that is
- considered to be relatively authoritative,
- debuted a section about biology as a domain of military struggle,
- similarly mentioning the potential for new kinds of biological warfare
- to include “specific ethnic genetic attacks.” https://www.cnas.org
