1) To serve the Christ in all is to receive the reward of the Christ. To that end I discipline. To that end I initiate. And I am concerned with the top flight, the gold of consciousness. I am concerned with those who have the discipline, the military sense of the geometry of God, the rhythm of the “Triumphal March,” the rhythm of destiny, of the conquering hero who conquers the self and thereby becomes the champion of humanity.
O I say to you, come apart. Come out from among them! Come out from the density of the lesser self, and be the ennobling factor of the real Self of all. You can endow life. You can impart a flame. Within you is an energy that can be conveyed. As a fan flows from the hand of the Mother, so the facets of life flowing from you are the transforming energies of God.
2) Therefore who made the decision? According to cosmic law, the people who have the highest level of initiation have a much greater commitment and responsibility. Given two lifestreams, the one with greater attainment makes greater karma for the same mistake. This is the law. To them to whom is given much, much is expected. But then who did? Who did make the decision? The American people who have the light? The Christed ones? The children of God? No. The handful of rebels and demonstrators supporting one or two individuals in your government who manipulated these decisions, chief of which is Henry Kissinger. And I repeat the judgment of Archangel Michael! Let it be upon him, and let it be upon this nation, and let it be upon every individual in government who makes decisions for lightbearers yet has neither the light nor the authority of the Brotherhood to make such decisions.
3) The so-called scientists who busily turn their psychotronic generators and
gadgets, sophisticated and not, on everything from the weather and Earth-currents to the DNA chain and the chakras of their victims, are the insane seed of the Wicked One whose time and space are very short and who must yet be judged before Christ and his apostles.

4) Let there be exposed and routed those spies who deliver the very word and inspiration of Saint Germain as scientific invention and of gains that should long ago have advanced this nation scientifically, militarily, and economically so far beyond all others that the crisis of war should not even be upon the horizon--those who have transferred the secrets of computers and military weapons to the Soviet Union. These are the ones who will pay the price of war itself. For God has given unto this nation adequate understanding whereby the very armor of God itself in physical manifestation should have long ago been the ultimate deterrent to all others….
We stand with our flaming swords and we turn back the hordes of war. May you do the same! May the power of God flow through you. And in the interim may there be a show of military strength that holds back the temptation of the Soviet Union or of Red China or of any lesser powers to strike out against this land of Sanat Kumara and of Saint Germain and of the people of God-freedom….
So in the Word of the Great Guru of the people I say, Let my people go! For this people is my people and I AM here and here to stay until the Lord has His say! And His say is: Victory unto the light within My people this day! Amen.
5) Thus as you see, regrettably, the success which the fallen ones have had in duping the people of that continent (Africa), you may also project ahead and see that it is their desire to transfer these same momentums of division and superstition and witchcraft and hatred in this soil. We therefore come with love, intense love and enlightenment and a mighty sword of truth.

7) I speak to you then and I behold with my eye the military
preparedness of the lightbearers. And I say it is found wanting, especially in the area of conventional forces that are needed to take command of certain skirmishes and acts of terrorism as well as the penetration of this nation of drugs from beyond her shores which ought to be dealt with by the military forces inasmuch as this is a declaration of war against the United States of America and her divine destiny and the physical bodies of this generation of her youth!
8) I possess the understanding of the military strategy of this nation. I know how the armed forces ought to be armed and disarmed, especially of the burdensome beasts of drugs and marijuana that beset all ranks of the service of this nation. I know how the planetary momentum of fallen ones can be defeated before the year 2001. And I know that this nation can survive—but will only survive if there is the mobilization of spiritual forces and a new morale and a love that intensifies rather than diminishes in the face of any obstacle….Blessed hearts, whenever you impose upon yourself a discipline of love for a higher manifestation of that same love, know that I AM there reinforcing your will! Do not leave this dictation and allow yourself to fall into the ruts of sameness. I come for a piercing and a perception and a knowing….
In addition to being a military strategist and a disciplinarian, I AM also an architect of the new age. Therefore I see how it is necessary to begin the building of the Motherhouse at the Inner Retreat—a permanent sanctuary year-round, an all-purpose meeting room and a place where students may come and reinforce our will.
9) Realize then that I AM Victory! I AM a light of victory and I have sought on occasions to contact some of you either with a warning or with instruction or with a penetrating light, and because your senses have waxed dull by overeating and overindulgence, you have not heard me and therefore a blessing was lost.
I come not to condemn, for my heart is filled with a compassion for your lifestreams. But I should say to you, beloved, that the joy of God does flow when you can discipline yourself—and not cheat—to pass that twenty-four hours in a cleansing action and then invoke the Holy Spirit to fill the void. For nature abhors a vacuum. If you empty yourself, God will fill you with light. And then your perceptions will increase and you will be meet for the battle of the Lord.
10) And therefore you must understand that certain military leaders of the world, even of the West, in NATO and in the United States, have already in themselves and in their hearts pronounced the defeat in advance. And they have said “If the Soviet Union advances to this area of the world, we will do nothing. We will turn our backs, we will not raise a hand. We will let them have that particular space or state or city, for it is not worth the fight. It is not worth risking total planetary holocaust.” In this very hour and week and month, beloved ones, there have been those at top levels of the nations of freedom who have already said in their hearts “We will not fight if the Soviets do this.” Well, all you need to do is look at the map of the world and realize that it must have been said sometime, somewhere….
And yet their opportunity for reincarnation was not cut off, for they desired to live again and to fight again for freedom. And they returned again to Hungary, to Czechoslovakia and to Poland, and they identified once again with the race karma of those nations and showed the courage to stand against the military might of mechanization man, knowing that the Spirit of freedom is always greater.
Yet where are the armies of the Lord who will defend them with noncompromise? Always economic considerations, political considerations, and above all, fear! Fear dominates the international scene as those heads of state, those who are the leaders of nations, are themselves worshipers of the anti-light, have cast their lot and their weight in with that very dweller on the threshold, and have united the forces of anti-Buddha together with the monied interests of the planet against the children of the light….
Above all, every individual heart of light ought to understand, as he understands the path of physical survival in the wilderness, also how to defend oneself under any and all conditions—how to defend one’s family, how to defend one’s city, one’s citadel, one’s community and nation.
11) You therefore, taking the full power of this illumination, the full power of the will of divine direction and the great wisdom of the Godhead for the New Age, may use it to spread abroad in the entire world the message of individual liberty, the message of the Path and of that application of the Law of Liberty that will right all injustices--social, economic, military, scientific, educational, cultural and otherwise. Thus, beloved hearts, the translation of this flame into manifest action, understanding, forward movement and unity of life on earth can mean a new dimension in cosmic history.
12) If there is any hope at all, it must be in this community, this government and this military establishment. Therefore understand why there is the oneness, why the Great Central Sun center is needed--why the Western Shamballa, why the temple must be builded, why that forcefield must be ensconced materially and physically by the only force that can consecrate it, which is the threefold flame upon the altar of your heart.
Nothing else will suffice. They have all tried money. It has been the solution of the West: pour more money on the situation and somehow it will be resolved. Well, the problems of education have not been resolved or of the poor or of the military. And the spending of money is not the solution. It can be the solution when hearts of living flame make the decisions as to how to act, using the abundance of God for his plan and purposes. Thus without the consecrated sons of God, the best-laid plans go astray. And so it is true in Washington, so it is true in your own households.
