how China is upgrading; what about Iran?

On March 23, 2009 it was reported that China’s central bank “proposed replacing the US dollar as the international reserve currency with a new global system controlled by the International Monetary Fund.”  The goal would be for the world reserve currency that is “disconnected from individual nations and is able to remain stable in the long run, thus removing the inherent deficiencies caused by using credit-based national currencies.”  http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-financial-new-world-order-towards-a-global-currency-and-world-government

China’s strategies (for tech transfer) range from setting up science parks for Chinese returnees to persuading foreign companies to open research centers in China, Hannas, Mulvenon and Puglisi said….
The Commission on the Theft of American Intellectual Property concluded in May that technology theft amounted to a loss of more than $300 billion a year, the equivalent of total annual United States exports to Asia.  “Virtually every sector and technology is attacked,” the commission said.
“National industrial policy goals in China encourage IP theft, and an extraordinary number of Chinese in business and government entities are engaged in this practice,” said the report by the commission, which was led by Dennis C. Blair, a former director of national intelligence, and Jon M. Huntsman Jr., a former ambassador to China….
One, the Shanghai New High Technology Service Center, offers “one-stop shopping” for government and business customers.  Another, the Shanghai National Technology Transfer Center, has about 7,500 employees spread across laboratories, research institutes and offices in the region who are engaged in the “conversion” of foreign technology, including in microelectronics, lasers and nuclear technology, the authors wrote.

8-2-10  A report released by The U.S. Chamber of Commerce said China was abusing the allure of its vast market to push foreign companies to transfer their latest technologies to Chinese competitors.  This was a “blueprint for technology theft on a scale the world has never seen before,” it said.  The report only adds to the strength of claims and concerns by foreign businesses and governments over Chinese policies and market restrictions….
“The belief by foreign companies that large financial investments, the sharing of expertise and significant technology transfers would lead to an ever-opening China market is being replaced by boardroom banter that win-win in China means China wins twice,” the report said.  http://economyincrisis.org/content/china-forcing-train-technology-transfer

Secret U.S. missile and electro-optics technology was transferred to China recently by Israel, prompting anger from the U.S. and causing a senior Israeli defense official to resign.
The head of defense exports for the Israeli Defense Ministry resigned after a U.S. investigation concluded that technology, including a miniature refrigeration system manufactured by Ricor and used for missiles and in electro-optic equipment, was sent to China, according to the Israeli newspaper Maariv.
Another Israeli news site, Aretz Sheva, reports the U.S. is concerned the technology could ultimately find its way to Iran, which last year sought to buy military equipment from China for its nuclear program.

12-22-17   Russia has sent a second lot of 10 Sukhoi Su-35 multirole fighter jets to China under a 2015 contact, Tass reported on Friday.
“Another batch of 10 aircraft has been sent to the customer.  China will receive the remaining 10 aircraft in 2018,” said an unnamed source Tass claimed was familiar with Russian military cooperation with foreign states.  Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation declined to comment, Tass reported.  Another source told Tass that the first four Su-35s had been delivered to China in late 2016.
Russia and China signed a $2 billion deal in November 2015 for 24 Su-35 fighter jets – also known by the NATO reporting name Flanker-E – plus ground equipment and spare engines.  Reprotedly, the deal does not include transfer of technology.  The Su-35 is a multirole 4th generation super-maneuverable thrust-vectoring fighter jet equipped with a phased array radar.  https://thedefensepost.com/2017/12/22/russia-china-su-35-fighter-jets/

7-24-16  The Shenyang J-11 is a Chinese copy of the excellent Russian Sukhoi Su-27 “Flanker” multirole fighter.  In fact, it was at first an authorized copy—but Chinese ambitions to adapt it with locally produced technology transformed it into a reverse-engineered headache for Russian industry.  In successive variants, the J-11 and the Flanker-derived J-15 and J-16 have been at the forefront of Chinese efforts to produce long-range fourth-generation fighters that can contest the seas around China—if only Chinese engineers can work out the kinks in their domestically produced jet engines.  ...
in 1995 the Chinese said they weren’t interested in buying more finished aircraft from Russia—but would pay for the license to assemble Su-27 kits in China. Russia agreed on the condition that the engines and avionics would still be made in Russia.  The deal was struck: two hundred Chinese-made aircraft—now designated J-11s—for $2.5 billion.   ...      http://nationalinterest.org/feature/china-stole-fighter-russia—-its-coming-the-south-china-sea-17087
China had approached Russia about purchasing a small number of its hot new Su-35s. Mindful of what happened the last time, Russia initially declined to sell them in small numbers.  In January 2016 China and Russia finally agreed to a larger order of twenty-four Su-35s for $2 billion.  Many observers believe China’s principal motivation for the buy is to reverse-engineer the technology behind the Su-35’s new advanced AL-41FS vector-thrust turbofan engines.http://nationalinterest.org/feature/china-stole-fighter-russia—-its-coming-the-south-china-sea-17087?page=3

8-10-13       Zimbabwe has signed a secret deal to supply Uranium to Iran for its controversial nuclear programme, according to a senior Government source in Harare.
Negotiations between the two countries, which would see thousands of tonnes of the raw uranium shipped to Tehran for enrichment, have allegedly been going on for two years, the Times reports.
Zimbabwe’s Deputy Mining Minister Gift Chimanikire, said a ‘memorandum of understanding’ had been signed between the two countries both currently subject to stringent international sanctions.
Concerns: Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe, seen here shaking hands with former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in 2006, is believed to have signed a secret deal to supply uranium to Tehran
-Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe, seen here shaking hands with former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in 2006, is believed to have signed a secret deal to supply uranium to Tehran
The deal would see thousands of tonnes of raw uranium shipped to Tehran for enrichment in a flagrant breech of international sanctions. Iranian president Hasan Rouhani has refused to consider halting the country’s nuclear programme
Iran insists that its nuclear programme is solely for providing its domestic energy needs, however it is widely believed they are hoping to build a nuclear weapon.

This Trilateral lust for power, arrogance and blatant greed fused an unthinkable collusion between American robber-barons, the Kremlin and Third Reich culminating in the hijacking of religions, charities, banks, corporations, labor unions and Government-Sponsored Entities.  All this was achieved under the guise of helping the poor while screwing them into the woodwork.   -Rachel Verdon:  Murder by Madness 9/11:  The Government and the Goon Squad, 2012, p. 4

The secrets of the universe are given to those who have mastered both in overt action and in underlying motive the precepts of the Christ.  They are given to those who have offered their beings to God as an altar, welcoming the transmutative fires of the Holy Spirit and yielding their devotions to the laws written in their hearts.      -Maha Chohan:  Pearls of Wisdom 14:47
