1) Blessed ones of light, as I gaze out upon this beautiful solar system and behold the rolling spheres, including great concentric rings of Saturn, and as I listen to the music of the spheres I am ever mindful of my great longing to see all this magnificence and beautiful light and radiance communicated to each one of you, that you may sense or feel the radiance of the Ancient of Days and share the blessings I have long known.
Mankind have often felt and thought and wondered why they were not elevated and raised to the station of a cosmic being or a God. Blessed ones, there is that constant known to you as time. The purposes of the Eternal Father are, as you are well aware, to bring everyone to a state of absolute God-peace and bliss, but there is always the element of time, the cycles of evolution. Therefore I commend you to the patience of your own I AM Presence.
2) When souls are not taught by their teachers the lessons of life, the purpose of life and the fact that all experience is the testing of surrender to the will of God, how can they be expected then to pass the tests that will prove whether they have the determination, the courage to stand alone and to espouse truth?
Precious hearts, not more than one percent of the population of the Earth at the present hour is passing the tests of hierarchy’s initiations. We would increase that percentage for we are constrained from going before cosmic councils to give such a report.
3) Concentric rings of the color rays emanating from the seven chakras denote the macrocosmic-microcosmic interchange of energy within the being of the new-age man and woman. And the outflow and inflow of energy that accompanies the process marks the integration of the soul with the causal body as it enters into communion with the I AM Presence.
We have described the rings of light which in the Christed ones are continually emanating from the heart-chakra. Let us also consider that there is intended to be a continual release of concentric rings of light not only from the heart-chakra but from all chakras. This release becomes possible as the individual consciously employs the chakras as distributing centers for energies of the I AM Presence that circulate from the heart-chakra throughout the four lower bodies. -Djwal Kul: Pearl 17:44

4) The materialization of the God-flame in America is for the testing, the testing, the testing of souls of ancient Atlantis. Atlantis, light of Mother in matter! Atlanta, light of a free people, a people proud in their freedom who carried their freedom to the nth, to the place where the freedom of the light of truth reached a culmination and then through misuse began to decline.
There is a wave, a cosmic wave that comes in every civilization. And the cresting of that wave by the people at the high peak is not that they will go under the wave but that the breaking of the wave might release the energies of the desire of God, of the water quadrant, for the focalization in the physical plane of all attainment that has gone before.
But there is a requirement, you see. In order to carry the mastery of fire and air and water into the physical earth there is a pause, there is a moment before the breaking of the wave. It is the moment of alchemy. It is the moment of transmutation. It is the (cosmic) moment when all that has been misqualified in fire and air and water must be surrendered that it might be consumed by the sacred-fire action of the cosmic wave….
The enemy is testing, testing the fire of freedom and the determination of a free people to guard the bastions of freedom for the Earth; and the watching, watching by the friends--friends who call themselves friends and allies and yet who silently send that jealousy and that hatred, that condescending glance, that condemnation. So then whether friend or foe alike, their attention must be dealt with through the science of the spoken Word.
This is the land of a free people--a people who are free, not unto themselves, but a people who are the guardians of freedom to the Earth. You cannot keep that which you would possess; you can only keep that which you give away. Freedom then is a torch that must be passed, and you are all the Greek runners in the race, a race that is unto life and unto victory….
I come then with the focalization of my message: America, ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free! I come with a report that I have researched with the Keeper of the Scrolls and with the angels of truth and the angels of record. I bring to you this report that Americans do not know the truth--the truth of who they are, the truth of the fiery core of the destiny of the individual and of the nation and of its cosmic purpose.
Americans are ignorant of the truth of the power and wisdom and love within the heart that is theirs to release for the action of planetary freedom. Americans have forgotten the ancient heritage of Greece and the lessons of Rome, the lessons of Atlantis. They have forgotten the lessons of Maldek and Hedron, of self-destruction in selfishness, the ways of the pleasure cult, the ways of the drug culture and the ends thereof which are the ways of the death of the soul. Locked within their causal bodies, locked within the etheric memory is the knowledge of the truth that shall make them free.
5) I AM that manna which came down from heaven. Understand that which is meet for you to understand--that the bread of life itself cannot be assimilated except it first become the living Word. The wine that is poured must be assimilated. And the one born of the Spirit must come to earth to ratify the heavenly state midst those who have no access to the crystal chalice but are yet bearers of the fragile cup only.
How shall the fragile cup endure the pouring of the wine of the Spirit? It cannot. Therefore the priest or priestess partakes of the bread of life and of the wine and of the living water that descends from above. And the Grail then becomes the Word incarnate--and all come holding out their fragile cups as the begging bowl of life.
The bowl can contain only so much, and the trees grow only so tall, and the bounds of man’s habitation allow only for light to be given and received increment by increment, lest the individual himself should dare to believe that he is become as the gods.
Sufficient unto the day is the light. For the light itself that is given is not intended of itself to be the incarnate Word, but to be the magnet that will draw to you the fullness of the Godhead mightily--for action in the hour of action, for the courage to be prime mover in the hour when movement is the call.
The light that is given is for the sustainment of your sharing in the gift of eternal life without your containing all of it in the imperfected state. Thus that which is given is an opening unto heaven, is a point of contact, is a sufficiency for thy life.
Always is the possibility that this light can become the crystal and the crystal itself multiply greater light. Always the option is given, but never is it given without the most intense initiation and soul testing--testing the levels of harmony, testing the levels of will to be purity in action, testing the levels of commitment, daring to determine to be the conqueror of life.
There are the lesser tests that are given only for the sake of those who yet bear the fragile cup. Then there are absolute tests that are for the testing of the vessel that is to contain the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. It is essential that you understand these levels of testing; for little by little, all must come to all.
6) Therefore note well, beloved, that having come full circle, a people endowed with enlightenment and the fervor of our bands must now come to understand that the Tester whose sign has been seen as Saturn also comes in the presence of Uranus and Neptune. Therefore, beloved, all that which has been considered as the consequences of such an astrology must be seen in the light of the Holy Spirit as Teacher, as Comforter, as the manifestation of God as the Great Guru.
In this cycle therefore, beloved, it is true that a great awakening, enlightenment and golden age can appear. The option then to embrace the Spirit of the living God in this hour comes upon every lifestream upon this planet.
Blessed ones, many are not prepared, and the signs of the times of the momentum of the people themselves do not predict that they will change. Nevertheless the lightbearers of the Earth and the sons of God may invoke unlimited light in this time. For other planets appearing, representative of the Divine Mother, such as Venus and Jupiter, the Sun itself and even the Moon when the energies are raised, do give wide open door of opportunity by the communication of the God Mercury for a sweeping conversion that is the very essence and energy of Aquarius.
Freedom then [is] of the Holy Spirit: know it and let it not catch you off-guard, for that freedom is a power and a momentum, and to properly exercise it creatively you need an allegiance to that Holy Spirit and the very Person of that Holy Spirit.
7) Know then that the karma of nations and individuals is written in the heavens, and this particular configuration of Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Mars in Capricorn does tell you, beloved, that the initiations will be serious and severe for every individual who does inhabit this planet and especially for the governments and the economies of nations. Thus it does come at an hour when the prophecies of Nostradamus and of Mother Mary are also being outplayed.
Let each one then find the high habitation of his God and set his house in order, for it is an hour for you to receive the Blessed Virgin Mother and to live with her day by day throughout the twenty-four hours as her beloved friend and servant, her instrument and her mouthpiece. Therefore let her teaching be known and let her New Age teaching be known.
I AM Uriel. I speak to you at length because of my profound love for you and because the Father hath sent me to you, and the Son, to deliver to you an inner divine awareness of that reality within yourself that has been denied for too long to your detriment.
Lo, the living Christ is high in the atmosphere over this place. Lo! he does come therefore to restore that which is lost in you and the divine memory of your own soul’s oneness in the heart of the Great Central Sun.
8) I tell you, beloved, this is the hour of mitigation, and the mitigation does come in the setting back of the timetables. It does not come in the averting of calamity; for there is too much personal and planetary karma involved that must be expiated and [there is] the necessity for the judgment of the fallen ones. It is hard to imagine that these things will come to pass without some upheaval [in society], some disturbance [in the earth], some of the manifestations that have been prophesied. Nevertheless even the postponement does give day and hour and opportunity! And see what we have done with it this day! See what the Lord, with your hearts, has wrought!
I AM Cyclopea with Virginia, and my Eye is only upon the all-seeing Eye of God and only upon the capstone. May you walk about in the days ahead thinking upon this (until you may fairly ache in your third-eye chakra!), seeing the Eye in the capstone, seeing the pyramid of this American civilization, seeing yourselves as holding, truly, that immaculate matrix for the return of the mighty eagle of Sirius, for the return of those [elements of past golden ages], even at the [level of the] etheric octave.
9) May you therefore know, beloved ones, that I have gone before you and I have submitted to the tests of the uses of God-power. And I have served long to attain that God-mastery of the blue-flame cross of the cosmic clock that I might come as your forerunner, chiseling away at the rock congealed from the misuses of power in all the cardinal points.
May you know, beloved, that those who determine to gain that attainment on the first ray with El Morya are given maximum tests whereby they might prove again and again that no matter what the power that is offered to them on each of these cardinal points, they shall never take it as a personal adornment nor use it for personal things of pleasure, for control of others, for manipulation or [in] any other abuses whatsoever.
These tests are ongoing for lifetimes. Those who fulfill them are truly given extraordinary power as Jesus was. In the final hours concluding his Palestinian mission he did say “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
The powers of the octaves, beloved, are therefore in the right hand of those who choose to submit themselves in absolute humility before the power of God, harmony of God, reality of God and absolute God-control of God. Therefore the byword of these [is] “Man can do nothing of himself. I of mine own self can do nothing.” This you affirm with Hercules and Amazonia as they do affirm it, knowing full well that they have the full power of Elohim of the first ray.
All the way back to beloved Alpha and Omega those who are accorded the grace of God’s power continually affirm “I of mine own self can do nothing. It is the Father in me who doeth the work. I must work the works of him that sent me. My Father worketh hitherto and I work.”
Considering the perpetual motion of the buddhas and bodhisattvas you may understand that this achievement lays a foundation whereby the soul might leap and find the springboard to eternal service and a mighty intercession.
10) And all mankind are tested but especially those who write their letters to the Karmic Board. These then must receive a test according to their knowledge and awareness and training, especially their self-knowledge of those things that ought to be cast into sacred fire. These tests come specifically in those areas of long endurance by yourselves of a form of human creation of which you have been warned.
Beloved, I am sad to say that among you who have received these tests in and around and before the July conference, some of you have failed these tests while others of you have passed them. I recommend if you have a sense of having indulged in the not-Self and dallied when you should leap in response to your Christhood and that of the Messenger’s that you appeal to the Lords of Karma to give you another test in this hour that you might pass it and that the record of this year might show that you have indeed determined to pass this test for Saint Germain.
When the test is not passed the dispensation at that half-yearly cycle is therefore not granted. We demand a token, and there are final exams on earth as in heaven.
11) I AM Justice and I support Saint Germain and Saint Germain’s Keepers of the Flame. I come therefore with the testings of Justice and of the Law which do come under your initiations of the causal body of the planet Saturn….Therefore know that the Lawgiver does come. And as you fulfill the law of Justice, the great momentums of the teachers that come through [the spiritual hierarchy of] Saturn become your servants and you then may enter the path not only of discipleship but of the mastery of the self.…
Let the little ones then be shepherded! They must be defended. Therefore take heed, for when you enter the path of the defense of innocent ones of God and all children everywhere you will come upon the most horrendous onslaught of opposition and it is against the emergent Christ within them.
12) Know the Law and you shall conquer. Know the Law divine and you shall be the advocate for all those who do not understand what it means to be on the right side of the Law. Know the Law, beloved ones, and you can defend every little one. Know the Law and you will make your ascension in the light.
Ignorance of the law of the first ray is no excuse! And we are here to tell you, we, Hercules and Amazonia, that you must become knowledgeable of the law, human and divine, so that you are not caught and caught again by the traps of the fallen ones, who themselves are too lazy to learn the law--some of them, that is. But the archdeceivers they are masters of the law. And therefore Satan that archdeceiver did quote the law to Jesus and Jesus quoted back to him the higher Law.
