When Earth is bathed in the violet flame, as after a summer rain, the elementals splash in puddles and ponds of violet elixir which remain. The four lower bodies of a planet and a people absorb the flow of violet fire as the parched earth and grasses dried in the summer Ssun absorb water. The violet flame and violet-flame angels release a momentum that causeselectrons to spin. It is a momentum of joy! For joyousness and laughter–the kind of laughter that one has when one has gotten the victory over the self–-bubble in the soul and bounce through the four lower bodies sweeping away the debris of doubt and fear, depressions of the years and discarnates that lurk in the darkened corners of the mind.
Now is the acceptable time of joy. It is the joy of the judgment! Ho! Ho! Ho! And I do appear to you, each one. Thus I place the image of my Electronic Presence before you, beloved. I ask you to contemplate the mystery of your being and the mystery of my own.
Enter now into the Holy of holies, into the secret chamber of your heart. Call now to your Holy Christ Self to envelop you in tholy Christ flame.
I come with patterns, and patterns do appear. And a pattern I place upon you from beneath your feet, above your head; and within that pattern another, smaller pattern—it is of the threefold flame. The threefold flame is the central focus of this conference. Thus you have heard that in order to expand the flame you must balance it.
Now see how you appear in the patterns of Vaivasvata Manu, how you appear with a living, swirling yellow and pink and blue and white fire. The threefold flame is not static. It rises then it ebbs almost according to the moods, the ups and downs of life. It moves also according to the consciousness of Elohim.
The threefold flame is all-enveloping, all-empowering. Therefore seek this empowerment, which we bring this day on the fourth ray. The fourth ray—the white fire braided with blue. Now you see the great strength of whitefire of the Divine Mother and the release of the spoken Word that comes through the first ray. It is also the work of the Mother, for the Mother does work in this octave.
Therefore the Divine Mother is the Word in the Beginning with God, and that Word is in you now. Truly know this Word and truly understand that Being is movement. Being is glory. Being is the Great Central Sun standing still and the physical Sun whirling and frightening those at Fátima. Being is not as it is portrayed, but Being has many dimensions. You think you operate in limited dimensions, but because you have a Holy Christ Self and an I AM Presence you can also say “I AM everywhere in the consciousness of God!”
Those of you who are of the fifth root race and of the fourth root race have been on Earth a long time. You have seen continents rise and fall. You have seen global war, intergalactic war. You have seen much, and the downside of seeing too much is to become almost passive to the events, knowing somehow that Earth will right itself, life will right itself, and you will keep on and on. There is a danger to be caught in Earth and to sense that one would just as well remain as to go on, for one has been comfortable here or uncomfortable, as the case may be, for so many long centuries.
Thus it is possible to become a laggard when you were born a son or a daughter of God, taking for granted that you may sin and repent and sin and repent, make karma, call upon violet flame, balance that karma. And somehow by accumulated experience and intelligence of the mind of so many tens of thousands of years it seems as though it is no longer necessary to reach out and clasp the hand of the Holy Christ Self, to reach out and reach the hand of the I AM Presence.
You are sojourners even though you have been here a long, long time. Therefore I address those of the fifth root race and I tell you you ought to be teachers of those of the sixth root race. Teach them well. Follow this path and teachings we have given through our Messengers and recognize that these fledgling souls, who have not been embodied long, require the hoary wisdom of those who have known and seen everything.
The only danger in your teaching new souls is that they are joyous. They are bubbling with the joy of God. They are bubbling with the joy of God and Goddess Meru and the Savior Jesus Christ and the Buddhas. Christ is their Lord, for he is close at hand. And therefore such is the religion of Christianity as you know it. But there is more that has been taken away. And that which has been taken away, let it be restored! Let there be the restoration of the understanding of karma and of reincarnation. For without that these souls shall not survive to transcend themselves and enter the glory which they anticipate.
Thus I come to address the fifth and fourth root races in the matter of using violet flame to restore your sense of oneness and your actual oneness with the Holy Spirit. I come then to restore in you the hope, the newness of life. And I ask you to use violet flame to transmute the drudgery for those who have been on Earth for centuries and thousands of years. They are bowed down by weight of planetary karma and personal karma. And sometimes those of you who have come from these races even consider that life is humdrum, that life is monotonous and life is routine. I say, beloved, for you to rise in the peerage to be tteachers of new souls you must indeed invoke violet flame and go through transmutation of very ancient records going back to Lemuria.
Many of you here go back that far. This is why we have come today: that you might be reminded of who we are, where you are going, where we are leading you, and where we began with you in the very beginning when you were first fledgling souls whom we held in our arms and said “Behold, behold, this is the manifestation of God and the profile of God of the fifth root race.”
And therefore we began the teaching in levels according to the rays, the teachings on the path of emerald ray and Emerald Matrix. Thus, beloved, you became adept in science, in music, even in the arts, in healing, in refining the body and healing the body when it was necessary. You have anchored in physical earth by fifth ray the science that preceded you not only in ancient times on this world but in other worlds before you.
Now then, beloved, the comfort flame we extend, comfort flame indeed. For there are many among you wh o are stalwart souls who have agreed to tarry long centuries to see home new evolutions who should come. We applaud your effort. We applaud your care for those. We applaud that you have been teachers and teachers of renown in many fields. We applaud that you have brought forward music of the spheres.
Now it is time to tend to your own altar, your own temple of being and the records therein. You have given much to this planetary home. Now it is time to call upon sacred fire of God in all rays and the five secret rays and the Five Dhyani Buddhas that you might win a victory with a causal body greatly expanded for service you have rendered.
Unto those of you of the fifth root race who have not made the best of your time and your opportunity, I say, it is never too late! It is never too late, beloved, to decide to become a world teacher. It is never too late to remember that the most important teaching that people can have is the teaching of the path, the way out from mayic illusion into octaves of light.
Therefore when you see a planet in darkness and turmoil, as this one is today, perhaps you do not go off on a safari and decide to do this or that that has little relevance to the sorrowful, dying, sick, morbid, those who simply cannot raise their bodies again for want even of food that is not properly distributed in these nations and in these continents.
Therefore, beloved, recognize that your time has come. I am placing a ray in the ear of each one here who has come under me as Manu. And I am letting you know that there is a tie from my heart to your ear. Thus within my heart I speak to you, and within inner ear you receive my instruction, my love, my direction.
There is a time and a tide, as it is written, in the affairs of men, and that tide is upon you. The tide is upon you to have the victory in this life of your ascension. The tide is upon you to set aside your pride, your e go, your sense of superiority for your longevity on Earth. Rather it is time to become humble, to kneel at the altar of one’s God and the divinity of Earth. It is time, yes, to become that humble mendicant, to strip oneself that one may ultimately adorn oneself when one has achieved even the level of an unascended master.
Now I convey individual messages to all members of the fifth root race on planet Earth and also specifically to those who are not of the fifth root race yet who must hear me and receive my instruction. To receive this well, meditate on your threefold flame and heart chakra. If you do not hear what I am saying, then I ask you to ask to be taken to the retreat of the Divine Mother and to ask to be given that very message so that you can hear it, take it with you and, if you do not remember it upon awakening, that you will have the inner sense of new direction and fire of emerald ray of truth.
[37-second pause] I have sealed my messages in the inner ear. I have spoken out of my heart and I have allowed you to be one with my heart. Those whose hearts are right with their Manu, their God Presence and Father-Mother God in the Central Sun will not be separated from my heart, but I shall pour out of my heart elixir of everlasting life. And you shall receive it when you find yourself truly and profoundly desirous of that everlasting life, having given violet flame and cut yourself free from the sense of depression, of monotony, the sense of going nowhere.
I command those of my root race to get off the treadmill and walk up the spiral of the mighty mountain of God! [14-second pause] May wise ones and ancient ones who yet walk the Earth be spokesmen on behalf of those young souls who are not able to ponder or to solve major political and economic questions of the day.
I ask you to renew your vigor in healing arts, for there is so much misery upon Earth and it requires your attention. I ask you to educate yourselves to the level required for you to perform ultimate service to which your Holy Christ Self calls you and to which you agree before me as your Manu. Those souls who are oldest are like the eldest children in a family: they must lead and their younger siblings must follow.
Many dire circumstances must be addressed and redressed in Earth. I am counting on wise ones to come out of their caves, to come out of their businesses and their situations in which they have insulated themselves, allowing youth and children of the world to go down into despondence and the drug culture and astral plane.
All of you who have come to set the example must now go back to beginnings and meditate upon the Christ Presence of Vaivasvata Manu. Meditate on the rings of my causal body and in that meditation fly to my heart, fly to my heart.
I AM the Father-Mother God in heart of the fifth root race. I bow to the light within you and I invigorate the engram that I originally placed in that point of the secret chamber. May that engram increase in its fire and may you thereby increase in your ability, as bodhisattvas, to set life free.
[Master breathes the sacred breath. So it is done. So exercise freewill and sacred fire and prove your worth to the Solar Logoi.

Rejoice! for I AM come unto thee, my own. I rejoice and I ask you to rejoice with me, for you are becoming the fullness of your Christhood. [38-second standing ovation] My beloved, I open my heart to you that you might understand the cause of my rejoicing. Therefore be seated.
There are saints in heaven who have ascended for they have walked the path of the Eastern and Western Church. But the vast majority of those who have followed Christendom to the hour have not had the tools, beloved—they have not had the tools whereby they could make their ascension. They did not receive violet flame from my father Joseph earlier in this century. They would have none of it, and therefore a century of souls of light wanting only violet flame were not able to take their ascension. Some may work through this in the retreats but many shall reincarnate, for they feel, as you might say, cheated that they have not been able to drink of the full cup of Christian mysteries, to walk the path of flowering of chakras, to know transformation and to believe, as I have attempted to make all of you believe, that the Christ in you must rise, that you must fulfill your Christhood and walk Earth as living Christs, as an example.
I desire that you should be myself in form—visible, tangible, teaching mysteries that I have taught, building upon that which remains as fragments of my teaching come down through the four gospels.
And so my rejoicing is this, beloved, that for the duration of this entire cycle, 2,150 years of the age of Pisces, there have been some who have gained their mastery in Earth, such as the apostle Paul in his final embodiment as Saint Hilarion. Some have achieved that nobility of soul whereby they would command winds and the winds would obey. You have seen this in the scribe Mark, Mark Prophet, as he did have those powers long ago and carried them with him unto the fullness of his ascension in the light. This is my desiring, beloved, that when you are prepared to take your ascension you have certain mastery in certain elements of being.
The crooked places must be made straight and crookedness of consciousness must be undone. The rough places must become plain. There are many who have not ascended because they have not been willing to purge themselves and to pore over those elements of being that are not in alignment with their own Holy Christ Self.
I ask you not to shun this path of self-correcting through understanding ocause and core of why certain elements of yourself are in this wise or in that wise. Come to understand this, beloved, that mastery you gain shall be the example for others and mastery that you do not gain will surely not be an example. Though you may ascend having balanced 51 percent of your karma, beloved, the world will never know what mastery you have gained unless you display it, unless you are willing to show what is the way to command the elements first of self, then of another, and then of the planetary home.
This is truly the burden of my heart even as it is the rejoicing. For the saints in heaven who graduated through the Christian dispensation are not those new souls of the sixth root race but are in fact those who have come down tens of thousands of years to the place of having balanced karma.
Of course the example, beloved, of balancing 100 percent of your karma will not be missed by others. Yet I must remind you that to balance karma only places you in the position of taking the first step of freedom you have ever known since you made karma long ago. To have a clean slate means that you are not pulled this way and that by your karma, derailed from your service, or suddenly find yourself come down with a terminal illness. These are not the karmas you desire to see before you in the hour when you can have the greatest and most glorious manifestation of the Christ that you could ever know.
So, beloved, when you have balanced that 100 percent of your karma you are in the best place to gain mastery. And that mastery comes, beloved, because you hold no rancor no condemnation, no burden upon your heart concerning any individual, for you are locked in the heart of Christ.
And that tremendous joy of equilibrium is what I give unto you. I give unto you my joy and I pray that your joy might be full, for in this hour, beloved, it is the joy, bubbling joy of fire of heart, bubbling joy of threefold flame that is balanced. Think of what peace when you stand in the center of the balanced threefold flame. This is true joy! There is no greater joy on earth or in heaven than having such balance and presence that you can go forth and help others and be giving of yourself and therefore accrue daily to your causal body increments of self-mastery, increments of illumination, sitting in the lotus posture bowing to the Lord of the World, Gautama Buddha, bowing to Padma Sambhava, your sponsor, bowing to Lord Maitreya.
I have come, beloved, because the Guru-chela relationship is intact. It is intact where chelas of sacred fire have followed the call of Saint Germain for personal and world freedom. It is intact, beloved, because those of you who have recognized my father Saint Germain have determined to call forth violet flame until you yourselves are made whole and until the whole world receives that violet fire of Holy Spirit.
You see, beloved, Christianity, Judaism, Islam as a trinity of Western and Eastern religions—these three must allow their people to receive the violet flame. But there is always an entrenched leadership, a priesthood if you will, beloved, that will deny to the people this greatest of all gifts.
Understand this, beloved. Those who have been at the head of the world's major religions unto the present hour have not accepted the violet flame. And some have not accepted it because it is the liberating power of God that the Cosmic Christ has brought to Earth, that Saint Germain has embodied and sponsored. You see, beloved, wherever you go you find fallen ones in positions of religious power, and therefore they deny to their own the very elements that would liberate them. For what do they desire? Not God-control but human control and mandates and fear and doubt and punishment and hellfire and damnation.
All of this you have heard of, all of this you have been through. And so, beloved, to have a victorious conclusion to the Piscean age I desire to see violet flames ignite, leaping from heart to heart as your heart would burst with violet flame, as you would impart it, even silently, to those whom you meet. Those who are of the light recognize your light immediately. They recognize that light, beloved, and if they are true followers of God, they will follow you and ask their questions and tarry with you. And ask them to tarry with you, beloved. This will happen. But first you must build the tower of violet-flame bricks, the tower of power upon the rock. This is the summit of being. This is the highest frequency of light that the Maha Chohan has delivered to the planet. Let it be spread abroad. Let it be there for healing.
I ask you to so internalize the Holy Spirit and to so call upon your teacher, the Maha Chohan that you might have that enlightenment and such a momentum of violet flame that people will not miss your auric emanation, the radiance of your Presence. And as you grow and wax strong and balance karma you will find that by and by you will be a magnet, even as the Messenger is a magnet, and many souls will come to you and say, “Teach us, for we would know the truth.”
Therefore in this wise I speak to you. Know the truth well. Know the teachings that Saint Germain and I have given to you, that El Morya has given. Know the teaching, beloved. Some of you think you know the teaching. Go back and read and read again so that you do not make the karma of error or introduce into the teachings something you have picked up here and there that is no part of the Great White Brotherhood.
In this day then, in the dark night of winter, in this moment of communion I, Jesus, have come to tell you that my heart is burdened for the misery of so many souls of light on Earth. We do not forget the Tibetans. We do not forget injustices all over the world. We send angels. And these angels, as you have called upon them in the name of Astrea, have descended as you know into depths of astral plane and rescued many because of your calls.
I tell you, any number of you and lightbearers who have long separated out from the astral plane still remember the darkness of those days when they simply did not have strength, wherewithal, light, even understanding of a single decree that could pull them out of this darkness. Yet you have, in the name of Astrea, done this very thing.
This is an hour and a decade that is passing. We can have the most glorious victory of this age by sending forth you as Christed ones or we can have a halfhearted victory where only the very, very few have recognized the infilling of their beings with the Holy Ghost, their temples becoming the shrine of that Holy Spirit.
As you have that mantle and go forth, beloved, worlds will turn. Worlds will turn, I say, and it is you, your own world. You shall turn. You shall face your God. You shall have no other distractions. You shall know who you are. And you shall take giant steps into fields of the immortals while you are yet in physical incarnation.
I speak again. I speak again, beloved, of suicide. And I speak again of gambling. I speak again of gambling with one's funds. And I speak of subtle pride that also entails greed. You must pluck out those elements that are listed according to the teachings of the Five Dhyani Buddhas [or] you will become ensnared and entrapped by your own folly, your own greed, your own sense of pulling out of thin air riches, when the only true riches are riches of the Spirit and the only matter that you can fulfill is perfecting of knowledge, perfecting of mastery, perfecting of a profession. Work while ye have the light. Work while ye have the light.
In the case of these recent suicides, beloved, you can see the trend, and it has been mentioned before. The trend of suicide has been arrested by your decrees to a large degree. And I tell you, those sixteen murder-suicides of this very week have found themselves hovering over their bodies in anguish, recognizing the reality that they are going nowhere, not to another world but only into their own manifestation of death and hell. This is a colossal crime that the individual should indeed deny his God, deny his reality and instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to take the soul when the soul is ready for another plane, to defy that God and say, “We will leave your planet; we will move on.”
It is amazing, beloved, but the intensity of suicide entities is very, very great. Therefore continue with the suicide decree and, as has been mentioned, continue with the binding of the gambling entity, for that gambling entity is always a manifestation of greed. There are many who are not able to read the subjective reality of their own emotions, their own greeds, their own momentums and those things which ought not to be. I think pride is the most difficult of all, for pride is like a shadow that darts behind you: you never quite see your pride but others see that pride.
When you have overcome these things, beloved, you will begin to know the freedom that you think you now have but do not have. Some of you think you have ultimate freedom and yet you are bound by your own psychology, bound by your unwillingness to face the reality of your state of mind in this very moment. What was your state of mind this day when you awakened? What shall it be tomorrow and the next day? The Buddha has taught self-observation—observing oneself, correcting oneself. The Messenger does not cease to do this daily. You must do it daily, hourly also.
