1) The shifting of emphasis by the world leaders upon long-hoped-for ideals of peace is in itself but a token of security unless such ideals of peace can be contained within an expanding framework of a practical and manifest reality. Upon examination the historical cycles reveal a perpetual discontent on the part of mankind and an unwillingness to yield those egocentric expressions which have produced seeds of war, hate and distrust. The spiritual leadership of the world has often bemoaned the lack of unity on the part of many leaders in public office….
The strength of achievement is brought about through united effort and through intelligent direction of energy and facility. By relinquishing negative and unwanted characteristics in the individual and in society there is provided a first step in achieving a world peace. Karma-making factors must be eliminated and the world must be imbued with a willingness to walk to the river of unity together--and to take the responsibility of wading out beyond the ankles. The strong swimmers from among mankind must take the lead in probing the channels of every possibility for victory….
We also suggest that the word freedom be placed above it, denoting that mankind’s chains may be broken upon an anvil of freedom and as a reminder that once every form of tyranny and slavery have been abolished, responsibility does not thereupon cease. On the contrary, all must strive together in the great smithy forge of life through their own intelligently directed efforts and through the great God-design to hammer out upon the great anvil of freedom which is truly a golden anvil of illumined action every necessary armor of righteousness, every necessary adornment and utensil of service, every right idea and every right action….
Beloved ones, may I from Shamballa remind you of the forerunners of progress who have dedicated themselves to service of mankind and the holy cause of Godliness. Let everyone who would decipher the keynote for this year see it as an anvil of service, a golden anvil whereupon mighty benefactions shall be fashioned for the good of the world and freedom of all men. As we move forward toward peace with caution exercised on every hand and faith in God in whom we trust, let all persevere so the divine intent shall gleam more brightly.
2) The denial of lesser qualities within the world should be made in two ways: by direct denial of the power of error to influence thought or action, and by obedience to requirements of the Law which establishes right action. When men begin to secure the bastions of immortality in themselves, when men begin to comprehend in part the wondrous advent of truth with its many facets and exquisite splendor shining in the mind of God they will then perceive the release of His immortal consciousness into their individual worlds and thus will God’s righteousness be sustained upon earth.
Much failure in religion today occurs because mankind have placed their hopes in mortality. They desire to perpetuate that which is familiar to them instead of striving to attain that which is promised of God. Mankind must have the courage to pioneer God’s country, to probe His secrets, to strive for His way of life!…
Lift up your eyes, precious ones, to the hills of attainment; for many have also attained to become towers of strength in cosmic as well as terrestrial history. You have in the annals of the world the records of many leaders, and the arrows of light which they have blazed across the heavens reveal that the precision and perfection of heaven is superior to all of mankind’s faith in material systems.
Now one of the most awesome threats to mankind today is the unfortunate use which is made of hypnotism. And I say awesome because this particular evil is cloaked with authority from a professional group highly esteemed by mankind. We do not deny that a very high percentage of embodied mankind are subject to hypnotic control to some degree through many subtle influences, but we affirm that this ought not to be; for that which binds the mind of man to the spell of mayic glitter is also a mechanical holding of the attention of outer man upon matter and form in order to enslave the spirit of man which originally came forth as a flame from the heart of God….
The Great White Brotherhood, in its role of establishing inner and outer focuses of light to assist the planetary evolution, is the organization of the ascended masters whereby divine love, wisdom, and power flow forth to the earth to assist it in rising from its prone position. Each time we establish an outer school or focus, the councils of the ungodly almost immediately set about to see how they can degrade its image and destroy its coherence, unity, and effectiveness. To do this they utilize every means, including the release by counterfeit organizations of false statements in the masters’ names. Is heaven divided? I think not!…
Defensive measures of the spirit must therefore be constantly maintained, for I assure you, beloved ones, that mankind would definitely not have continued to exist in the relative security which they have enjoyed for generations if it had not been for the continuous outflow of cosmic mercy released through the calls of our chelas on earth. Do not underestimate the power of spiritual grace in its mighty onrush toward perfection….Therefore where personal security is concerned and where the Law of God and His salvation is to be promulgated, it must be by the feeding of the lambs of God, those who know His voice and seek to find Him….
We continue to lead onward with our cloud of divine witness--the white cloud of billowing radiance by day and the fiery pillar by night. The promised land is not won mechanically but by exaltation of spirit, by inward faith and by claim-staking of that which is so supremely worthy. So shall men find purity, happiness and love in our way.
3) Your vision is the open door for the coming of Messengers of truth. Hierarchy cannot speak in a vacuum. Hierarchy cannot speak where there is not the chalice of matter to receive the precious flame of Spirit that is the living Word of truth.
I AM the light of truth. I come bearing the lamp of truth of the ages, truth that was exalted in the golden age of Pericles, truth that wrought the mighty city-states, truth that was the testing ground of souls--your souls and many souls who live in America this day who lived in ancient Greece, who lived in ancient Rome and who have come forth to claim the culture of the Mother once again.
The materialization of the God-flame in America is for the testing, the testing, the testing of souls of ancient Atlantis. Atlantis, light of Mother in matter! Atlanta, light of a free people, a people proud in their freedom who carried their freedom to the nth, to the place where freedom of the light of truth reached a culmination and then through misuse began to decline.
There is a wave, a cosmic wave that comes in every civilization. And the cresting of that wave by the people at the high peak is not that they will go under the wave but that the breaking of the wave might release the energies of the desire of God, of the water quadrant, for the focalization in the physical plane of all attainment that has gone before….
Americans are ignorant of the truth of power and wisdom and love within the heart that is theirs to release for the action of planetary freedom. Americans have forgotten the ancient heritage of Greece and lessons of Rome, lessons of Atlantis. They have forgotten the lessons of Maldek and Hedron, of self-destruction in selfishness, ways of the pleasure cult, ways of the drug culture and ends thereof which are the ways of death of soul. Locked within their causal bodies, locked within the etheric memory is knowledge of the truth that shall make them free.
4) Now the carnal mind that was within is still within, but it is within individuals. It is within those who have aligned themselves as a power bloc of fallen ones both in and out of embodiment both in and out of the governments of all of the nations--the infiltrators, the spoilers of mankind’s freedom. Because they are both in and out of embodiment, because one and all, they have chosen the left-handed path, there is a conspiracy. It is a conspiracy of darkness and deceit, self-betrayal that issues from self-deception. Thus the conspiracy, though it may not be conscious among those who walk in the same path of self-degeneration, is nevertheless present. And by vibration, by energy coils, by commitment all those who have chosen the left-handed path are one no matter what the plane of existence, whether it be in the physical, astral or mental….
Communists have already seized the landed areas corresponding to etheric retreats of the violet-flame masters:
-Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, the retreat over Peking--the flow of the energy of that retreat, which is the essence of mercy itself, blocked by human tyranny and the subjugation of the family.
-Saint Germain and the Great Divine Director, the Rakoczy Mansion--[the retreat] now focused in the etheric plane over Romania where World Communism has also divided the eastern states of Europe, not according to the lines of the culture of the Mother but according to the lies of the manipulation of the people, a people born to outpicture the flame of freedom in that house of light, that house that is the focus of the Maltese cross of your own precipitation of freedom.
-Stronghold of freedom in the West--retreat of Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst in the etheric plane over Cuba….
-Angola, the land corresponding to the one remaining focus of the seventh ray to be anchored in a people born to be free, is now taken over. And why? Because the people who are born to be the defenders of freedom have not understood the choices, have not understood that there exists an enemy. The philosophy of détente has accomplished its ends. It is a diabolical philosophy of compromise of the freedom of the world. Its end has been to brainwash the American people so that they now believe the enemy does not exist….
There is no division; there are lovers of freedom in every land. People are not evil. People are not evil!
5) Truly, O beloved, it is the tremendous gift of yourselves and the response of Hierarchy and yourselves cut free in so many ways from that personal dweller! You have become a chalice, strengthened, living, and crystal, far beyond that which was present only one year ago. [17-second applause]
Now then value, value what you have created out of yourself and do not let that chalice fall into disuse, for we have put many on the run.
