1) However there has been a great strengthening that has taken place among the democratic peoples of the world and this is well and good. There has also been accomplished one significant act for the peoples of Russia, a stirring in many of their hearts of faith in Deity. Many today are secretly awakening to their individual need to pursue some measure of spiritual devotion. 2) The dramatic and cultural channels of the free world have been more and more deliberately committed to the spread of immorality and sordid examples of human turgidity. It is time this stench were cast out as an unwanted traitor to the aims of freedom. Do you suppose the people of Russia would desire to have such undermining filth divert them from the purpose of fulfilling their own objectives? Why then must our own beloved America submit? Why do not the free world and churches of the free world seek the downright overthrow of all such calumny?

3) As we circle the Earth then we pass over the Middle East. We see the devotion of a people in Russia, in the Communist lands also. That devotion is too a manifestation of the God-flame, but it is without direction, without purpose, the devotion placed to a lesser concept, a concept that is indeed without vision and has only the sight of the physical senses to devote itself to the state, to Communism, to man as a mortal, limited form. Alas, these need our prayers, for these too are God’s children. We behold the temple of Kuan Yin above Peking. We see the ministrations of angels of the Temple of Mercy reaching out to the people of China who also know not the direction in which their devotion is intended to be manifest, and we pray for these also.

4) In the name of the World Mother I proclaim this night that all those who have been selected by the Karmic Board as priests after the Order of Melchizedek, those who have been selected in this body shall receive that scepter of power after the Order of Melchizedek that they might go forth scepter in hand and crowned with glory and honor of a Son of God who shows promise for the fullest dedication of light.
Those of you who are not receiving this scepter have before you this night a goal toward which you may serve and work. And those who are receiving it have worked through many embodiments and in this life in dedication to the Christ. And so because of the need of a greater concentration of power and authority in the world of form this authority is being invested in several among you this night. 5) We shall even go backward in time if necessary, summoning souls from other systems of worlds that have previously been identified with Russia and China. We shall ask special dispensations that they too may step through the veil and assume masked personalities that will not be seen for what they are but will have the power to appear and disappear at will and to evade all authority. These shall walk the earth as Apollonius of Tyana did, coming and going in the courts and marts, producing miracles that may not always be readily apparent but shall have their certain effect upon civilization. These beings shall lead some of the inner neophytes as well as advanced disciples of our Brotherhood into levels of triumph that shall eventually revolutionize the Revolution and produce in its place in the hearts and minds of the people the type of receptivity that shall help them to overcome the dread threats that mankind currently face.
I do not say that none of these threats shall materialize, for mankind have freewill. But surely the preponderance of our energy shall come forward now on behalf of the mankind of Earth and enter into the spiritual fight, the battle of Armageddon. 7) You know that many of the great churches and movements of the world have pursued that Machiavellian concept of the end justifying the means. Keepers of the Flame dare not! People of America, of Russia, of China, of Africa and Europe--they dare not! Let every leader in every nation upon Earth hear the Word of the Goddess of Freedom! To compromise the Law is to seal your pact with death; for that which compromises truth and cosmic law is the inception of a degeneration spiral and a disintegration spiral, and it is doomed to failure from the start. Let mankind be content to build slowly but to build upon truth.

8) Of course they [manipulators of the people] have nothing to lose--they didn’t have any attainment in the first place!
