1) In the name of common sense and grace, beloved ones, you do not wish to do things that will misbrand you as a member of a senseless or ignorant “cult.” While the word cult comes from the word culture and embodies within it the ancient Chaldean word Ur, which means “light”--hence the true meaning of culture is “the cultivation of light”--it has become so distorted through abuse that mankind do not understand it. Thus they consider the appellation “cult” to be a stigma of the first degree.
How carefully our Brotherhood seeks to build a sense of integrity in its members, a sense of balance and judgment, and a wealth of spiritual treasure which will provide assistance to generations yet unborn. As days unfold may the lives of each one become more oriented around the building of the body of God upon earth in that sense of cosmic worth which is truly the essence of the Great White Brotherhood.
2) It is easy to see why art, music, sculpture, the theater and even language itself have been tampered with in this age; for they are the lever by which consciousness of youth and of the entire race can be and have been warped. In reality these are the instruments which God has designed to communicate to man the spirit of his wisdom. They are the media which are intended to convey to the spiritual senses of man, even to the unawakened consciousness the eternal verities of the mind of God. No wonder the counterfeiters of reality are busy twenty-four hours a day weaving a spell of nihilism into the fabric of culture! We commend men to the simple joys of God realization, not only through worship but also through application to the soundness of the laws of God which possess the power to educate the heart….
Neither momentums of self or of others ought to be used as excuses for one’s failures or as weights upon the soul. The soul must be free to drink of the fount of truth and to realize that behind the appearance world lies an infinite world of masterful causes, a treasure-house of the Divine Mind.

3) I am now rolling the scroll once again in the form in which it was handed to me. It is tied with a golden thread. And I, Maitreya, will retain this scroll until the fulfillment of its prophecy, until the time is fulfilled for the physical manifestation of the cult-UR--the cultivation of light within you, each one.
People of Atlanta, America and the world, you do not know entirely in your outer minds, or sense even now, the significance of this scroll. You do not realize perhaps that it is because you as individuals here and in the world at large have dedicated yourselves already to the ascendency of the Divine Feminine, of the Motherhood of God, that this declaration has come forth.
It is the face of opportunity. For once a fiat has gone forth from the Almighty it means that the torch is passed. It means that there are some who have been found worthy to carry that torch. It means there are some who have taken vows at inner levels to bear the burden of the dross that sets itself against that torch, that arrays itself against that light within the depths of human consciousness and caverns of the carnal mind. Do you understand that the initial joy, the rejoicing of the receiving of the power of light from the All-Father, must be compensated for by you in action?…
Rejoice, O sons and daughters of heaven! You have been waiting for this hour for centuries and millennia. Opportunity has come. Behold Her face! Behold the face of the Cosmic Virgin incarnate! Behold the destiny of the Christ Child! I touch you each one with a skein of light from the golden ball. It is a veil of gold upon your heads. It will act as a forcefield of protection--of protection for your divinity, for your Christhood; of protection for the seed of light and for all your becoming unto the fulfillment of your ascension in the light.
I AM with you always in the matrix of your divine overcoming.
4) How heaven waits, hoping that enough devotees will purify and rectify and make whole, that heaven might lower into manifestation greater and greater dispensations of light!
But ah, how the karmic cycles have woven an intensity of self-destruction upon mankind so that if we were to increase our focuses of light, it would be a matter of mankind’s own self-destruction when they approached our focuses! And therefore out of love for humanity we have tempered the wind of the Holy Spirit to the shorn lamb of mankind’s identity–but not for long.
For I perceive upon hillsides of the world devotees clothed in white, saints robed in holy attire, moving in the spirals, swaying in the symphony of the air to the worship of the Mother-flame. And there where the elect are gathered together, there will the Mighty Eagle of the great God-Star Sirius descend as the formation of angels of whitefire and blue lightning legions to descend and hold consort with saints upon the hillsides of the world.
5) I release now through your Christ Self the key to unfoldment of your divine plan. It is a golden key whereby cycles of your self-realization in the Holy Spirit will be fulfilled if you pursue the will of God and surrender all plans and preferences, prides and prejudices for the fullness of Christed being. By this key there is unlocked a golden spiral within your heart, and that spiral is for cycling of the blueprint, concepts, feelings and concrete manifestation of that destiny which is yours to fulfill through the balance of threefold flame.
I release the light of Elohim Peace and Aloha, and I anchor that light, by the arc of the ascended master consciousness, into the light within your own heart that you might walk this earth and be distributors for the flame of peace, that by your devotion heart, head and hand you can make this land the Promised Land for the Divine Mother and Divine Manchild, for the fulfillment of the masculine ray and feminine ray….
Practice the principle of purity. Invoke the cult, the culture, of the Divine Mother. And be prepared for rocking of the continents by minor and even major cataclysm as Earth throws off the energies of impurity and misqualification and prepares to enter the golden age of the family.
I draw you into my heart that you might become a part of the family of the ascended masters and their chelas. I draw you into the one flame where you will find strength and courage to hold the balance and therefore and thereby to win your ascension in the light. Be ye overcomers, my children. Overcome the least flaw and the greatest.
“Cult, or cultivation, of light” is the inner meaning of the word culture. Cult derives from the Latin cultus, meaning care, cultivation, culture, adoration. Ur (Hebrew ‘flame’) refers to the center of light or sacred fire. Ur of the Chaldees (Gen. 11:28, 31; 15:7) was an ancient city of light out of which God called Abraham to be the instrument of the incarnation of the seed of Sanat Kumara.

6) I ask that you invoke purity daily. I ask that you light a white candle to purity and that you give my name as the action of purity--the power of the Ur of the Chaldees that is the cross of white fire manifest within you.

So the light of the ancient city of Ur as that focus of a previous golden age is now released from my own causal body as I ensoul the Mother-flame for that golden-age civilization that existed prior to its decline. So the light of Ur comes forth as a coil of light to encircle all who would be pillars of fire and electrodes for the Great Central Sun Magnet.
This is an age of opportunity for purity! This is an age when hosts of purity will come forth and return to mankind, compelling the cycles of the ages into a rising spiral of victory and purity such as the Earth has never known! This is the promise of purity! It can be fulfilled by your invocations!…
You have been separated from the fiery core of your own identity by the acceptance of the rebellion of the fallen ones, who have turned against the light of purity. I say now, let there be a return to the fiery core of being! Let there be a love of Alpha and Omega and of the Holy Spirit! Let students of light cherish purity as the fiery core of an identity yet unborn.
7) Give freely unto others even as it is given unto you. “Freely ye have received, freely give." Increase your giving, O souls of light. Think each day how you can give a gift of light to the Divine Mother and to the Son, to the Manchild appearing here and there and everywhere as souls of light take incarnation. Think each day, ere you put to sleep the body form, “Have I given a gift of myself this day? What have I given away so that I might receive in the temples of light all of the light of the Godhead?” …
At every level of initiation let the capacity to receive and to give be increased. The light that you are today, as a blazing sun of Reality, will appear as an atom tomorrow, when you become a greater sun. And each day as you increase the ring of light, you will become aware of Mighty Cosmos, who is born inside of you--Mighty Cosmos, being of light, releasing the wholeness of the secret rays:]

I come carrying a basket in my hands that is filled with roses. It is the gift of the Queen of Light to all who come this way. Let each one receive a rose of my heart, a pink rose of love to keep as a remembrance of this day.
Angels of the Goddess of Light, angels of the Goddess of Purity, angels of my band, come forth. Let the crystal-diamond light be for the adornment of the eyes of a child, of the eyes of a mother and a father and of souls swimming in the sea of God’s own bliss.
Angels, come forth. You are light. I AM light. We are light. And this is light--to be an offering as a rose, to be the one who ministers unto life.
8) See then that there is required a body of God on earth who are living just midpoint between the octaves. And that midpoint is your own Christ Self, your own Christ-realization, and that midpoint is the contact of the Word and the messenger in your midst. That midpoint is the nexus of the flow of cosmic forces, which you need in order to establish your ground here in the New Jerusalem. See then that you come into alignment with it and find yourself in the mind of Christ that is holy discrimination and the seeing of light and darkness, right and wrong, good and evil….
Proclaim eternal life here and now. And let the shedding of the serpent's skin be for your mastery and your victory now to win--to win the goal of ascension’s glory, to win the goal whereby you, before them all, will tell that story, a sacred rhyme and verse and prose. Yet it is not prosaic, but it is that flame of truth that does endure throughout the centuries and the cycles that come from Ur of the ancient, of the Chaldees where you also were once incarnated, there to witness the cycling of a son of God, the ascension of another, and the degradation of a civilization.
9) Yet the Son of God stands tall upon the hillsides and the mountains, proclaiming the Word, proclaiming the Word. [chanting] And the Word that is spoken by the resurrected one does quiver the atoms and rocks and streams. And Earth herself does accelerate and therefore clean escape the downward momentums of those who are not alive in Christ, Universal Light.
O beloved ones, hear Elohim. UUURRRRR [chanted] So then, beloved, call forth the resurrection. Give the mantra of the Cosmic Christ. Know why Jesus brought it to you from the far reaches of the Himalayas. Know why he said: I AM the Resurrection and the Life. I AM the Resurrection and the Life.
So, beloved, the living Christ in you is that pillar of fire. Know it, proclaim it, seal it and let thy life be a guardian action of the sacred fire whereby you do proclaim for self, family, society, nation and planet: I AM the Guard! [Congregation affirms with Saint Germain:] I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard!
