The name “Guru Ma” is the title of an office and of the mantle worn by the person or persons who hold the Mother-flame in the Earth. It is a garment that has been worn before and one that will be worn again by the ever-present lineage of the ruby ray whose Mother-flame I ensoul in the messenger and in the continuity of the messengership which ever has been and ever shall be the contact of Hierarchy with the Lord’s embodied hosts.
Understand then the vision held in the heart of the Goddess of Liberty and of every soul holding the eye of the Motherhood of God fixed immaculately upon the offspring of the Most High. Understand the initiate of the Mother-flame holding the sacred fire within the third eye of the children of God even as he beholds the perfected son in the Christ Self of each one….
It is clear that although many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which the disciples were able to see, they could not see them because they had not the power of the Son of God which is conveyed only by the true path of discipleship. How people fool themselves into believing that they are on a spiritual path! Some who are of the dark side do not even admit to themselves that they are of the dark side. And their leaders continue to tell them that they are serving a good cause and that for the sake of this good cause they may commit the crime of murder. But the ends do not justify the means….
Is there true justice in the earth, beloved? Indeed there is, but it is sparse. For if people do not carry the flame of justice in their hearts, how can they apply the rules of justice in their courts, in their judicial systems, in their daily lives, in their governments, in their households?
It is up to the father and the mother to set the example for the child of what is justice and what is mercy, what is correct and what is incorrect as a standard of moral conduct. When parents do this they will open the way for all people to be enlightened. Let them come to an awareness that there is an everlasting life and that karma descends not according to man’s time or the judgments of juries but according to God’s time and God’s judgments--God’s time and God’s judgments, beloved.

You can imagine the burdens that we carry in our hearts and at the realization of nondiscrimination on the part of most of the world’s people. Most of the people of the world believe whatever they are told. That is because they have not had the education required. Thus, beloved, how can those of a free world truly vote and vote responsibly when they do not have the facts about their leaders, facts that are not told, facts that are hidden. It is the same in every nation. Therefore I ask you to give your calls to Almighty God that the high offices of government in every nation upon earth shall be filled by those who enter the Christ spirit and who do not lead by pride or by evil means. Yet, beloved, we would ask you to surely intensify your calls regarding the elections soon to be [held] in this nation. Realize, beloved, that the vote does count and the vote is a mark almost as a match that is struck, a fire that is ignited, another flame for this candidate or for that candidate.
The world is in a stupor and the world is in a greater crisis than the world has known almost since the days of Atlantis. Yet thoughts are muddled. Individuals know not which way to go. They do not know how to eat. They do not know how to pray. They do not know how to study. They do not know how to probe. They do not know how to go to the Maha Chohan, to kneel at their bedside at night and to call for the gifts of the Holy Spirit, especially the gift of discernment.
I come, beloved, for I see how much evil there is in contrast to how much light there is in the sons and daughters of God. How can there be peace when brother against brother continue to fight in the nations of the Earth? This planetary home, beloved—I would not recommend that you choose to stay here long time. For there will come a day when those of us whom you know as the ascended masters and archangels and Elohim will say: “We have given our service to planet Earth. We have laid down our lives and taken them up again countless times into the millions and billions. We have seen the ignorance and the ingratitude. And our God has called us to other spheres.”
I speak to you then. Do not take for granted the solicitous presence of our bands as we come and meet with you, as we take you to our retreats. This Earth must go up if this planet is to be worthy of the ascended masters who could tarry here and help them….
Blessed ones, understand the victory of a golden age. Understand the victory of your own playground and your own back yard. Understand the victory that is necessary in every human heart and in every heart of the Spirit.
I ask you, beloved--and I do not open my eyes to see the answer to the question—I ask you, beloved: do you seek daily and seek with a fervor and an intensity and a fire itself that you might receive the Holy Spirit, that you might walk with the Holy Spirit, that that mantle might be upon you, and that therefore you might have from the Maha Chohan an empowerment that is due you? Yet you do not seek it so you do not find it. You do not sacrifice for it. And above all, you do not balance your four lower bodies. And in not balancing them, beloved, then what can we do and what can we say? Your aura--and your concentric four lower bodies--must have holes within it. And so as you pour light into your four lower bodies, so it comes out the holes. And it is a continuous round and round and merry-go-round.
But, beloved ones, you must seek to seal, seal the rents in the garment….We expect to see a return. We cannot sponsor souls who will not come into the harmony of the law of their own inner being. I am astounded that at this late date in time, in history, in this century--and with all that you know about the coming of the age of Aquarius and the darkness that could cover the land that has been preached and prophesied--that you will still entertain, as foolish children in a play yard, all of the nonsense of your arguments with one another.
I tell you, beloved, not a single member of the Darjeeling Council or any ascended master intends to intercede in your behalf. Either you intercede in your behalf or you will suffer the consequences.

What are we to make of Russia’s Vostok (East)-2018 exercise? From 11–15 September Russia’s Far East will host Vostok-2018 the largest Russian military exercise since Zapad (West)-1981. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, this latest exercise will engage some 300,000 Russian troops, over 1000 aircraft, the Pacific and Northern Fleets, the entire Airborne forces, Mongolian and 3200 Chinese troops, including 30 aircraft and fixed-wing helicopters. These forces will allegedly exercise in something approaching real combat conditions. Observers have naturally focused on the exercise’s size and scope, and on China’s participation, but there are also other dimensions.
Clearly Russia is rehearsing a large-scale war. But since Russia is not demobilising in the West against NATO and the Ukraine, Vostok-2018 will likely stress and thus test Russia’s steadily developing capability for mobilising the entire panoply of reservists and multiple militaries at its disposal, along with the civil administration.
