1) I spent a great deal of time in Europe. I gave much advice as well as conviviality to the court of the French king. But I am very certain that my advice, my radiation and the light of my own understanding ought to have been more appropriated by those individuals to whom I brought this light that they then should have been able to have written a more glorious chapter in the then-present history.

3) Long ago when the flame of freedom was planted in Transylvania what hope was in our hearts as this focus was seated there for the freedom of Europe, for a united kingdom of free men to hold a focus in that sector of the Earth. [The flame of freedom] was focused there, beloved ones, because we knew that there would arise in this day and age an attempt on the part of those laggards from the fallen civilization of Atlantis, a plot to destroy and to erase from the memory of men the concept of freedom.
And so there in the heart of Europe was placed that flame of freedom to glow and blaze, apparent to all--to the Holy Christ flame and Holy Christ Self of all who dwell within its radiance--as a reminder that the flame of freedom lives yet within the hearts of men.
Because of the rivalries and idiosyncrasies of the European nations, they were unable to respond to the efforts of Saint Germain to establish a United States of Europe. In a final attempt to unite these nations, Saint Germain backed Napoleon
(1799-1815), who failing his initiation, abused the master’s power. Once it was clear that Napoleon would take the master’s power to promote his own will, Saint Germain withdrew all sponsorship from him in 1810. The opportunity to set aside the retribution due an age had thus passed and Saint Germain was forced to withdraw. Of his experiment on the continent Saint Germain once said: “Having failed in securing the attention of the Court of France and others of the crowned heads of Europe, I turned myself to the perfectionment of mankind at large, and I recognized that there were many who, hungering and thirsting after righteousness, would indeed be filled with the concept of a perfect union which would inspire them to take dominion over the New World and create a Union among the sovereign states. Thus the United States was born as a child of my heart and the American Revolution was the means of bringing freedom in all of its glory into manifestation from the East unto the West.”

4) Others have ascended yet have elected of their own freewill to work and serve with embodied mankind, to engineer and assist mankind in the utilization of the elements of freedom that the Law requires. I want you especially to pay heed to the marvelous manifestation of your beloved Saint Germain and to take note of the fact that while he was utterly free, he did descend from the ascended state in the era of Napoleon and act in the hope of producing a United States of Europe.

5) I think of the hierarchy of the beehive imported from Venus, the hexagonal design symbolizing the six-pointed star, dwelling place of the Christ within the heart and the victory of the lightbearers. I think also of the tripartite manifestation of the bee, the body and the wings forming a threefold flame of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva and bringing to mankind the sweet elixir of golden-pink light from Lord and Lady Venus. Thus did Napoleon take the bee as his symbol from the knowledge of Hierarchy imparted to him by the Wonderman of Europe.

6) I point out my own experience. You might also say of me, could you have not seen the end from the beginning? Why then did you try? Why did you place your trust, your flame, your mantle upon that one Napoleon? Why did you bother going to the courts of Europe to convince those individuals too superficial to understand your Word? Why did you go before the Karmic Board and secure a grant and dispensation only to incur for yourself, an ascended master, more and more karma? Could not you, the great Saint Germain, have seen what would be the outcome and avoid it for yourself--so much more misery?
Beloved hearts, were it so and had I calculated my decisions based upon the very accurate computers of the mind of God in our retreats I would have stayed home for several centuries. But, blessed hearts, in so doing I should have been the supreme denier of the free will of the individual to change the course of his destiny, to defy his stars, to rise up, to seize opportunity!

7) You know well that Saint Germain attempted to establish a United States of Europe based on the common need for protection, interaction, brotherhood, the flame of love, the melting down of those very conditions which have been the causes of war, divisions, and enmities. But, beloved hearts, there is a spirit of pride that is very intense, especially in the leadership. And thus today, pacts are made and established between nations, not on the basis of service to Life or the principles of the Great White Brotherhood but on the basis of fear, mutual defense or the need for economic cooperation.

It is because George Washington accepted my flame that this nation America has had the protection of the ascended masters and there has not been that bloodshed that there has been in Europe. 10) Take heed then that your consideration that this life is not your lifetime for the ascension--and, therefore you need not make it your goal--does not become in itself an excuse, a subtlety of the carnal mind to avoid my gaze, to avoid my retreat and those initiations which would give you the very power you seek to control conditions. But if you desire that power, you must first pass the initiation of power. A little power is given, and then we see what you make of it. Do you squander it? Are you now puffed up with pride as Napoleon was, thinking you can do anything with impunity? Many have failed the test of power.

Blessed ones, if you can simply imagine a change of leadership, an exchange of certain individuals who are already in politics today, who know exactly what should be done, [for those officeholders who do not know exactly what should be done,] you can realize that there are enough capable people [in the world] who could have made [and still can make, while there is time] all of the right decisions to bring [the nations] to that moment when it would never, never be possible again for the Soviet Union or any other power to initiate a nuclear war or any other kind of war.
