Truth is at times a most delicate thread.

2-16-20  CORONAVIRUS ‘patient zero' may have been a worker from a high security pathogen laboratory working with coronavirus infected bats, Chinese researchers have claimed.  https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/1243000/coronavirus-latest-lab-leak-infected-bat-attack-outbreak-patient-zero-bioweapon
……………………..............................…
A U.S. official with access to intelligence said without elaborating that the YouTube video is accurate.  Tye’s YouTube video (taken down by youtube) then mentioned that Mr. Xiao of the South China University of Technology had identified Ms. Huang as Patient Zero who became infected during a laboratory accident and later died. The report said the virus was transmitted to the public by staffers who attended her funeral. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/apr/4/us-scientists-say-china-hampers-search-origin-dead/
……….........................................…
Wuhan Institute of Virology (pictured) has been the centre of conspiracy theories after the coronavirus epidemic started.
……….....................
Chinese state media report (2-12-20) that China’s chief biochemical weapons defense expert,
Chen Wei, a major general in the People’s Liberation Army, will lead the efforts against the novel coronavirus pathogen.  According to People’s Liberation Army Daily, Chen has been researching coronaviruses since the 2003 SARS outbreak, as well as Ebola and anthrax.
trending topic (2-15-20) on Weibo after accounts claim one of the institute‘s graduates, female virologist Huang Yanling, was “patient zero.“  The institute insists (2-16-20) Yanling “left the city in 2015 and was in good health” while refusing to release more information about her for “privacy reasons.”

(WIV on 2-17-20) adding that Huang had left Hubei province in 2015 was in good health and had not been diagnosed with disease, the Wuhan Institute of Virology deleted Huang’s profile from its website as this image shows.  https://ubercool.com/china-disavows-the-wuhan-virus-heres-a-timeline/
......................................................
Where's
Huang?   WIV said Huang was a graduate student at the institute until 2015, when she left the province and had not returned since.  Huang was in good health and had not been diagnosed with disease, it added.  https://www.scmp.com/news/china/society/article/3050872/chinese-research-lab-denies-rumours-links-first-coronavirus   (So the new year's 2018 photo at WIV is made up, according to WIV??  But it is the only non-scrubbed photo of Huang left on the net.  Truth is at times a most delicate thread.  -r)
