  Inasmuch as there are many false teachers abroad in the land We will tell you something about the true teachers and Our sponsorship of those who rightfully and lawfully may call themselves representatives of the Great White Brotherhood.

  Before We sponsor such a one he must pass certain initiations and undergo certain prescribed disciplines of the sacred fire. Before We sponsor such a one he must pass certain initiations and undergo certain prescribed disciplines of the sacred fire....When the training is completed We of the ascended masters who have sponsored the trainee place specific electrodes within several of the auric sheaths surrounding his four lower bodies.

   These electrodes are for the soul protection of the teacher and all of the disciples who will come to that teacher for training.  Only an ascended master has the ability to place these electrodes; and they cannot be duplicated by the fallen ones.

Therefore it is not at all difficult for the masters or their advanced disciples to perceive the real teacher from the unreal, the true representative of the Brotherhood from the impostor. The electrode is a conductor of the energy and consciousness of the Christ. 

  Intensified by the action of the electrodes in the aura of the teacher, the white fire of his Presence may be transferred directly to the disciple through the teacher’s purified charkas.  By the action of the overshadowing of the Brotherhood and the anchoring of the sacred fire in the electrodes, every disciple of the true teacher is shielded from any untransmuted substance that in rare instances may exist in the world of the teacher.  Thus the disciples of the true teacher are protected from any impurities of the teacher’s lower personality, which would otherwise be transmitted over the arc of consciousness that must be established between the teacher and the disciple, the Guru and the chela.

  We often select teachers who have not yet balanced all of their karma; for those who have balanced their karma do not long remain in the mainstream of life.  Once a teacher is ordained by the Great White Brotherhood and receives the electrodes, no matter what remaining karma may be in his world, neither its vibration nor its momentum will be transferred to his students.  This is law, this is Hierarchy.

  Although the carnal mind of the student may interpret the teacher’s actions as “human” I can assure you …by law that vibration cannot and will not be transmitted to the student.  When this sacred fire is transferred to the student, whether in the form of compassion or disciplined love, the chela may react to the pure energies of the teacher muddied by the impure stream of his own consciousness.

   The closer the chela comes to the real teacher, the more he finds that the mud of the subconscious is disturbed, bringing to the surface of the stream his own impure momentums of spiritual pride and ambition

  I have seen self-styled chelas who, twenty years after such a confrontation with the only real member of hierarchy, still retain cysts of hatred for the teacher.  They reek with the foul odor of disdain for the one who exposed their carnal mind. They are the denouncers of the true teachers of mankind and they come to poison the children with the pus of their malice.  “By their fruits ye shall know them.”

  I would speak of the lie of duality--of the divine and the human factors.  They think that the definition of the discriminating chela is the wary chela who does not quite place his full trust in the messenger, but will weigh each word and action of the teacher, setting himself up as the authority of what is acting, the human or the divine.

  The ascended masters are the authority of the true teacher and the true messenger.  We release the energy, the light, the teaching, the initiations and the discipline to and through Our representatives.  Once the vibration of the Great White Brotherhood and the vibration of an authentic Messenger is recognized by the chelas on the path they will discern the heavy astral vibrations of the false teachers and their teaching.

  There are obvious initiations which take place when a would-be student formally enters into a relationship with an unauthorized teacher. The rituals used to formalize the relationship run the gamut…Then there are the less obvious initiations where, by consent through the attention, the student unwittingly places himself in the control of one or more branches of the false hierarchy, it is in violation of the fiat of the Christ Self of each one “I AM the Open Door which no man can shut!”  No other person can provide this open door except it be a teacher of the Great White Brotherhood.

  When you place yourself before a teacher who is not tied to the Great White Brotherhood, who does not have God-control of his four lower bodies or of anger (or the Martian A's the Messenger has listed) and who is in some kind of a valley of indecision, choosing to live neither in Light nor in Darkness but in a gray area, you open yourself up to receive from that teacher whatever untransmuted substance is lodged in his electronic belt.  (For the pupil is always the one who receives and the teacher is always the one who gives.) And you will not be able to screen out the psychic from the non-psychic; for the psychic vibration pollutes the entire stream of consciousness of the one who lets himself flow with it. 

  Thus you take in not only what the psychic consciously dishes out but the entire subconscious momentum of his psychicism, including his impure vessel, which in most cases has not been dedicated as a chalice for violet flame transmutation. (In the world of the psychic there are many who have no determination to transmute past karma and there are others who do use the violet flame but are nevertheless unwilling to give up their involvement in the psychic.)

   And the conclusion will be that I will have nothing further to do with you because you will have made your bed in the psychic and you will have to lie in it until you decide to "clean up your act," as the saying goes.  If you go the way of the psychic when you know the Law, I cannot help you and I can no longer have any ties to your lifestream.  Nor can any other Ascended Master maintain ties to you, for the Great Law will not allow it. …

  It is not necessary for you to look for shortcuts. There are no shortcuts!…Therefore it burdens me to see a certain setting aside or rejection, if you will, of the Masters, who have been with you for so long, in favor of those who come to town with their pots and pans and snake oil, seeking to tear from you your First Love. 

  Your first and true and only love should be your I AM Presence.  Call to your I AM Presence to see to it that you have every bit of edification and learning that you require to make your ascension.  But do not be greedy in indulging in this, that and the next course offered here and there and everywhere as conniving psychic entrepreneurs take advantage of silly people who will come into their shops and pay high prices to be taught, often by those who have not been cleansed by the Lord Christ and therefore in whom that Christ does not dwell. 

  I trust you understand my concern and my sternness.  I do not, I will not compromise. I will not carry any chela's psychic baggage.  If you have needlessly yet knowingly tied yourself to psychic people or the psychic plane, then you will have to demagnetize your four lower bodies with the assistance of Archangel Michael and Elohim Astrea and use the violet flame assiduously until you are finally out of the astral plane--once and for all.  In this hour then I seal you for the victory and I say, We will have in this Community those who are fine examples of the path.
