Dear Timothy,
As you are aware, we have suspended your ministerial status for a period of one year. During this time we pray that you have reflected on what it means to be a minister of Church Universal and Triumphant and have come to a resolution in your heart.
Please let us know if you want to remain a minister of our church. If you do, please send your signed Ministerial Covenant to us by June 8, 2006. If we do not hear from you or receive the signed Covenant, we will consider that you have chosen to disaffiliate from our church and thus rescind your previous commitment to be a minister and communicant of Church Universal and Triumphant and a Keeper of the Flame. Therefore we will remove your name from our list of ministers, communicants and the Keeper of the Flame Fraternity.
May God enlighten you in your choice, Timothy. We are praying for you. Most sincerely in Christ.

To the Ministerial Council,
Regarding signing the Ministerial Covenant, as you specify in your letter of May 8, 2006, I have done that.
The Ministerial Covenant in its original form was composed and approved by a quorum of ordained ministers of the Church in 1998. I signed the Covenant at that time, and I have lived faithfully by its tenets to this day.
You have changed the legitimate and authorized Ministerial Covenant by unilaterally adding a provision that you yourselves are over all of the other ministers in our Church. Neither the Messenger nor a quorum of ministers in our Church has ever delegated this authority to you, as I pointed out to you in the detailed letter I sent to you on December 31, 2004.
I therefore stand by the original and lawful Ministerial Covenant.
