the civil rights movement and all that has gone before has not solved the problem of this very question of the relationship of the races

That sense of injustice and the frustration of nonfulfillment, nonunderstanding erupting in Miami* should signify to all that the civil rights movement and all that has gone before has not solved the problem of this very question of the relationship of the races and of opportunity in society.....And the present leaders are not adequate to the task because they identify with the flesh-and-blood consciousness instead of with the living Word.  Therefore little progress has been made.
