4-5-18  As reported by Censor.NET referring to Interfax-Ukraine, this was said by First Deputy Prosecutor in charge of Kyiv Pavlo Kononenko:

  "Given the information received, it was Mosiichuk who was their mark," Kononenko told a briefing on Thursday.  "The organizer is a member of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation," added Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Viktor Kononenko.

  Radical Party leader Oleh Liashko on Facebook, Censor.NET reports:   "I was told that two police officers were fatally injured in the terrorist attack - Ruslan Kushir, Ihor Mosiichuk's bodyguard [Mosiichuk was attempted on in this attack - ed.] and 36-year-old Mykhailo Mormel, a police captain who resided next door.  My condolences to the families and friends of the killed!

  "Vitalii Bala [a political analyst injured in the attack - ed.] had a successful surgery, he's alive, thank God.  It was a terrorist attack against all Ukrainians who want to live in their own, sovereign Ukraine. The law enforcement agencies - the investigation is led by SBU - are obliged to find those who ordered and conducted this bloody crime.  And the major task is to secure order and safety on the streets, protect Ukrainians' lives and health.  People are tired of chaos and fear!" 10-26-17   In the evening of Oct. 25, people's deputy Ihor Mosiichuk was wounded in explosion near Espreso TV building in Kyiv.  His bodyguard Ruslan Kushnir and political analyst Vitalii Bala were with him in the moment of blast.  Later the bodyguard died in the hospital.  Law enforcement agencies are investigating the crime as a terrorist attack.   https://en.censor.net.ua/n460508
