Life is not emptiness but fullness

Life is not emptiness but fullness, but if the fullness be misqualified it may be a fullness of emptiness.  And so I ask all to turn within to the radiant sun of divine reality....In flinging away from the heart the cares that so momentously deprive one of reality the sheltering arms of nature are perceived.  His beauty and compassion are an outshining.  Within the root is sap, in the green leaf is photosynthesis, there softly diffused light glows.  In your spirits that inhabit your bodies there is stamped the memory of Him.              -Surya:  Pearls of Wisdom 13:32
....................................................................................................................................
I come forth from nirvana the Enlightened One
Carrying the torch of the ages....
For in the balance of the graces three
There is the consuming/ Of all hatred, lust, infatuation.
There is the extinguishing of the law of self-perpetuation.     -Gautama Buddha:  Quietly Comes the Buddha, chapter 2, via Messenger E C Prophet, 1975, 1977
..................
The key to mastery, lo, I have found:
To view every mode and modification
Of this mortal round/ As a prisonhouse of the soul,
To understand the soul/ Confined to Mater, time and space
As the prisoner of the rock--/ In misery and in suffering, Confined and confining....
By surrendering the all/ He (the soul of Sumedha) attained the All....

He that is great among you/ Is the servant neither of self
Nor of passion's pall/ Nor of desire save the desire to be/ The Buddha for humanity
Nor of attachment/ Save the attachment to the law of individuality
Nor of self-centeredness/ Save the centering of the self in God--
This the way of renunciation           -Gautama Buddha:  ibid., chapter 5
