Guru Ma went very far out on a limb in this particular passage.  First of all it is not clear that the letters "francisbacon" are to be found with that initial letter B.  Worse by far is this:  "The decoded cipher reads," according to Elizabeth Wells Gallup; Messenger ECP merely repeated Wells Gallup.  However, Wells Gallup could not decode a thing at all!  Check out the source at p. 106--Wells Gallup did not play fair at all!!!!! truly a fraud, charlatan:
