   The riddle of Russian leadership can be resolved, but not via Lenin and the Leninists including KGB tradition.  A clear break from that pattern has been necessary even as Lenin made a clear break from Tsarist tradition.  

  So when did a new cycle of Russian leadership come in and how?  Some are aware that reincarnation brought a certain two of the Romanov dynasty initiates back into the earth plane and they did run with the flame.

  In so doing there was commissioned by Hierarchy the Word into Russia which did include the written Word put into Russian by Ketino Lutidze from about summer 1996.  This allowed Russia to reconnect with an initiatory path sponsored by Hierarchy, an update if you will of Morya’s Agni Yoga initiations, but this time including violet flame and other keys from Saint Germain and Maitreya.  This ~summer 1996 initiation at Moscow via the Word through Ketino Lutidze is not insignificant but did lead to a problem or friction point in summer 2003 when a RTR team flew into Moscow—7 years from summer 1996.

    Now when Serapis Bey launched 14 stations of the cross of the Mother-crucifixion initiation cycle at winter solstice 1978, it so turned out that 7 years later Maitreya on 1-1-1986 came to Camelot to point out a slightly different pattern (involving 14 cycle) than what Serapis sketched forth solemnly.  So it appears that after 7 years (or a related number using Serapis’ cycle) one arrives at initiations of inner or secret rays.  Inevitably; that is, a nucleus must learn to hold fast the fruits of what in their first 7 years or so that they have sought to achieve.  So in holding fast to the higher design come forth through the Word we do balance the equation of opportunity and testing to varying degrees, according to what we elect individually and as a nucleus.  

  The time/space factor is not so important as very coordinate prana initiations through Hierarchy.  All in all, through thick and thin including freewill of man, cycles do unfold and march on.  I do not have a specific date in 1996 for the building of a nucleus of leadership in Russia, but it may have come earlier anyway, partly through Agni Yoga &/or other initiations.  Mark and Elizabeth Prophet did visit covertly the Iron Curtain area through Czechoslavakia in 1968 as well.

  We learned an affirmation:  “In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence and by the authority of the Vicar of Christ I consecrate Russia, China, America and the Earth to the immaculate heart of Mary” a long time back--that helped build a new nucleus, and thus time/space is not the key factor.  Onward!     -R, Mt.
