  By 1985 Morya had advocated a 24-man Council of Elders to supplement the Board of Directors (which is generally 8-man) to more broadly represent the field rather than just headquarters.  Two Elders (Ed Francis and Susan Krister) were chosen to

coordinate between Messenger and Elders, but Krister failed her tests.  By 1996 Gilbert Clairbaut with western European and eastern Canada background including corporate was chosen as Church President to help Mother in operations, but the fractious nature of conditions at hq led to his resignation, while Mother and Francis divorced.  So Neroli Duffy got the position as President, perhaps by 1997-8, but by Mother’s retirement at 1-1-2000 the hq had put together a triumvirate of which Kate Gordon was probably the leading force and she persisted probably for more than 5 years, but there is another element here.  

  The Duffys came from Australia.  Neroli was born in late June 1954 and practiced medicine in Britain and Australia for some 10 years, so she appeared at RTR in 1989, and husband Peter likely as well who had same general background.

  In the Moscow drama of Aug 22-3, 2003 the RTR team flew in, supposedly by their own account not pre-arranged to dispose of Moscow leadership under Ketino Lutidze, but in fact the opposite is very plain.  Ketino chose to tape-record the meeting, and on the spot Neroli said no, while Kate Gordon did not say much at this live drama.  Other RTR team members including the coordinator between Ranch and Moscow, Peter Duffy, did Neroli’s bidding, so they physically fought, but Moscow recorded anyway since they had inside info that they were being replaced.  Later RTR voted to strip Ketino leadership even of KoF status and dumped those 5 Elders who called for due process in the case.  Then RTR voted to dump due process itself from its legal framework, though it was Lord Bacon who championed most actively due process that goes back to Magna Carta.

  By 2011 RTR got another high position going, with David Drye, while President Valerie McBride has been longest in office.  Then in 2017-8 Drye stepped down and Peter Duffy became  paramount.  

  So goes this RTR operation; I attempt to tell the account because the RTR will not be plain—do not understand the deeper waters.  When Morya on 4-30-1997 removed the thread of contact from himself to the whole Summit Lighthouse in favor of keeping the thread only with those who meet his/Hierarchy’s standards, this message delivered first to staff was never published openly by RTR, it was smuggled out from hq at RTR by maybe 2002.  On 5-13-1997 Mother commented on this event from Morya, including “no new holy orders” in response to a question from Deborah Lindgren of staff—that should have been all published but evidently RTR insiders decided otherwise.  In June 1997 Mother announced at San Diego the new paradigm shift from top-down leadership to cooperative leadership/interaction of chelas which was published, but RTR linsiders rejected this too as somehow “Mother not at her best.”  The “4 Principles of Leadership” put together by a broadly representative committee and presented to Teaching Centers in 2002 was very considered and deep but replaced by the Duffys’ “Sponsorship of the Summit Lighthouse by the Ascended Masters in the 21st Century and Beyond” by summer 2004.   Meanwhile Church ministers were forced to sign a contract with RTR or be rejected by them, as happened to Tim Connor of Norway who stated that his vow and the ministers in the 1990s had openly taken with Mother was still in effect, to no avail. The pattern of a coup at RTR is self-evident.  Granted, leadership of this activity is not easy or simplistic.

  Mother and the Masters are ahead of the curve of man’s evolution—will it take 20 more years before we the chelas catch up??  Catch up by deeper attunement and surrender, that is,  by harmony and follow through, by plainness in thought, word, deed also.

  Because of the honor and responsibility of El Morya’s mantle and my larger assignment of holding the balance of both positive and negative planetary karma, I am compelled to give you some guidelines about what I can and cannot do for you.                                                       Because of my health and my upcoming retirement my role has changed in some respects.  However I still retain my spiritual mantles and the sponsorship of the Great White Brotherhood.   It is necessary that I concentrate on doing spiritual work and preparing for conferences when I am able to attend.  Dear hearts, Beloved K-17 and Lanello explained in their dictation of June 29, 1996 how your prayers can be answered and how I can maintain the Guru-chela relationship with you:

“As the Messenger has mentioned, we ask you to write letters to us, Lanello and K-17. You may address us jointly in a letter.  Keep a copy of your letter and burn another copy so that you can see how we have answered your calls almost immediately and what progress you are making by writing to us.  This is fruitful.   And therefore, make it the last thing you do as you retire at night.  Write that letter to us and burn it.  This is our gift to you, beloved.“…Call to the Causal Body of the Messenger.   Call to the Causal Bodies of Lanello and K-17.  We will assist you….Call for the twin Causal Bodies of the Messengers.  Take advantage of the use of the Messenger’s Causal Body while she is in embodiment, beloved, for it is a powerful, living, pulsating presence.

“It is also, beloved, very important that you make a call to the I AM Presence of the Messenger when you are in distress and bowed down.  She will make a call for you at inner levels….For this is the vow the Mother of the Flame has made to you, beloved.  She will always make calls for those of you who call to her….  It is not necessary for you to write a letter to the Messenger.  It is not necessary for you even to communicate with her, for she does all of this in her Higher Self.”

 I have received countless confirmations of the above dispensation and I trust that you will take advantage of it.  Many of you have written to me saying that when you have called on the mantle of the Messengers or burned your letter to me or an ascended master, your problem was immediately resolved or alleviated in some way….The Guru-chela relationship comes down to a matter of oneness–the oneness that I feel with you and the oneness that in reality we are.  We are as close as heartbeat, beloved.

I am empowering you to gain your mastery and to make your own invocations with your Holy Christ Self and the mantle of the Messengers to solve your problems.  This is your challenge.  This is your destiny.  This is your ascension.  Only you can walk through the door at Luxor to be greeted by Serapis Bey and Lanello.  I cannot make it happen for you, but I am right beside you all the way as are those who share the Path with you.  I entreat you to become the living Christ where you are and be free!  I profoundly thank each and every one of you who have prayed for me and for the healing of my body temple.
