   After the President announced an agreement with North Korea in which it would agree to freeze its nuclear weapons program and to again allow international inspections of its facilities, Ambassador Gallucci made some brief comments about the situation.  After his remarks, he took questions from the press on a variety of topics:  North Korea’s past nuclear activities, its full compliance with its IAEA safeguards obligations, the freezing of its current nuclear program, and the freezing and eventual dismantling of all its nuclear facilities including those currently under construction.   https://www.c-span.org/video/?61049-1/us-north-korea-nuclear-agreement
