To the Pure in Heart, Who See God in Manifestation Everywhere:

       To each man and each woman there is given the opportunity to prepare for the ascension.   And none is deprived of the privilege of making himself ready.  As a bride makes ready for her wedding day, filling the hope chest with most precious linens and embroideries, so the soul makes ready for its reunion by garnering floral virtues, flame qualities which it appliqués upon the seamless garment.  And none may participate in the marriage feast without a wedding garment. …

  This was indeed Elias come again, the great prophet of old who had stood on Mount Carmel to challenge the workers of iniquity and the devils they invoked, whom the Lord sent to the widow of Zarephath and promised her by the Word of the Lord God of Israel that her “barrel of meal should not waste, neither the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth.”  And it was so.

  This was Elijah, the same who cast his mantle upon me when I was embodied as Elisha.  He came upon me as I was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen in the field, and immediately I followed him.  And I vowed to him, my teacher, “As the Lord liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee.”  I saw him take his mantle and wrap it together and smite the waters so that we two might walk over the Jordan on dry ground. 

  He taught me the Laws of alchemy and to smite the waters of the human consciousness with its astral nightmares and the defenses of the antichrist sent forth against the light of the prophets of Israel–the same elements of the carnal mind that would challenge us again in another era, but in the same place in time and space.  And he promised me that if I learned my lessons well and if my mind would become congruent with his own--“if thou see me when I am taken from thee”--that a double portion of his spirit would be upon me. 

  And so when I heard of the beheading of John the Baptist I thought upon those days of our togetherness when as the disciple of the great Master I had seen him challenge the wickedness of the prophets of Baal, of Ahab and Jezebel, and then how I had seen him ascend in a chariot of fire in the glory of the ascension.

        The solemn banner is unfurled--it is the Banner of Joy, it is the Banner of Perfection, it is the Banner of Purity.  The night is pierced with the radiance of the instellar light of perfection from the heart of God.  There is no need for men to fear or to quiver in indecision, for the decision for perfec­tion from the mind of God from the beginning was so ordered.  It is life and purity as was released from the heart of the creative Master of Universal Life.

  Now come the veiled communicants upon the mountain, ascending one by one and in little bands.  Now they come rising slowly, and they buffet their feet against the rocks.  Now there is a disturbance here and a disturbance there, and we must spend our time quelling disturbance while the banner from the summit reveals itself with the fervor of fiery ones whose every hope is for magnification of cosmic intent.

  The purpose of cosmic initiation is to bestow reality and the vestments of reality upon every individual that every individual may know for himself the meaning of life and seek it not in the counsels of another.  The Most High God has implanted in the seed of man, in His own seed, Veritas--all that is Truth.  And this Truth must be sought, it must be pursued as though it were the only power in existence!  For as long as men seek for all of the issues of mortal thought and feeling which are illusion, reality will escape them—and they do not seem to understand that the dust that is raised in the battle is to obscure the image of the shield of divine perfec­tion.

  Let all then who would render cosmic service unto God, within the solitary recesses of their own being, commit themselves now unto the domain of infinite reality and understand that the splendor of that reality that shines through the grail of outer appearance is the real.  All else is but the disturbance of the dust pulsed by a wind that is inordinate perchance and often causes men to fear and to doubt and to be assailed by a host of thoughts that are imperfect in themselves.

  Let all understand that imperfect thoughts must produce the fruit of imperfection.  Only by perfect thought and magni­fication of perfect thought are individuals able to find their freedom and to understand the need to assert it by the power of the Spirit of Life which bursts within them as the eternal spring!

  We then who function in those domains of light and the majesty of light assure you that the hem of our garment is available that you may touch it.  But if touching it perchance, and you are healed and you produce the same unmiraculous cause that caused it to come forth in the beginning, what then?  What then?  For the purposes of Life must be served. And those who trek out in this nomadic wilderness and assert the unrealities of life—when Life is all around them with the real—will always find the need to summon hope, for it will perchance escape them when it is needed most.

  We urge all then to understand that the building of the cosmic city--whether it be the city of Saint Augustine or the city of the New Jerusalem--is not the act of a solitary moment but it is the accretion of holy energy summoned over the span of a lifetime, when the rainbow realities of Life were gathered in preference to the cobwebs of misshapen identity and the sowing of vanity into the cup of being.

 Whence, whither, why?  What direction shall man take?  It is the direction of shaping those holy ends to which he was born, to wit, that he might produce the beauty of Purpose.  And Purpose herself is as a virgin awaiting the coming of the heavenly 

bride­groom--the union between the outer manifestation in its readiness to obedience and the Spirit of that obedience that longs to bestow the vestments of immortal Life upon those aspirants who are ready and are willing.

  And summoning of the will is vital and important, for summoning of the will is a tangible reality.  And the will is not of flesh and blood--it is the fervor of the Spirit whereby the bones are strengthened, made fat and the mind infused with that Spirit of merriment which is the joy of God that partakes of the elixir that causes mankind to understand that the fountain of youth and abundance and joy is within and that joy is the motor of life which removes from his mind a sense of frustration and dullness.

  For we call and we summon to beauty!  We call and we summon to unity!  We call and we summon to purity!  And the past is prologue.  And it has no meaning except that it must be redeemed as one holds a rosary and, bead by bead, causes it to pass through their fingers, identifying it momentarily.

  So each deed strung on the chain of the years must be summoned and perfection required to replace imperfection.  And there is no possibility whatsoever that any individual can come to our abode until they are ready and have produced the fusion between unreality (unrealized man) and the divine God-realized man, the fashion of that which is made eternal in the heavens which is the living span that leads from the bridge of mortal consciousness unto the realm of the immortals where beautiful alabaster cities gleam not only as the tangible reality of a moment but as the reality of foreverness.

  I speak then of the need in this city of Washington to cognize and to understand the getting of understanding.  For the mind becomes a sieve when it comes to the test, and the precepts and principles of the Christ and the Buddha are ignored in the hotheadedness of mankind as they egoistically pursue their vanity and forsooth—are more an example of the serpent crawling upon his belly upon the ground than of the winged one, the lifted-up golden serpent that was lifted up in the wilderness as the symbol of the Christ.

  For the Christ did indeed plant his heel upon the serpent’s head.  But so long as the wisdom of man that is foolishness with God is used to multiply nefarious activity and to spread the poison of hatred and discord in the world community mankind cannot build the City of God and cannot understand the fashion thereof.

  But we are watching from the towers of our radiance in the immortal heavens and we are bending low, hour by hour, to answer the entreaties of mankind­ imploring us to intercede according to our fashion in the fashions of the times.  But when we come and we bring about an answer to the summoning, behold, it comes to pass that men are lifted up—even as a moth is attracted by the flame--for a moment, and then there is the singeing of the wings of karma and the downfall of the moth into the fiery flame.  For the purpose was not salient, the purpose was not victorious, the purpose was not pure!  And individuals were not ready to be fashioned.  They were not ready to become malleable and therefore there continued in their mind and being the turmoil and the unhappiness that was their heritage from the flesh and from their forefathers.

  The progenitors then of mankind have become those who have fallen from grace and perfection.  And behold, the Elder Race and all that they have had to taught has been ignored in action far too much, whereas unrealities and darkness has been gathered around them as though it were a comfortable cloak whereby they could walk and not be seen.

  But the Eye of God is everywhere!  And the Eye of God that is seen in initiation is everywhere.  And the peering of that ineffable light into the domain of mankind’s conscious­ness--whereby that light discovers every secret intent and brings it to light that it may burst into purification and the fount of purity and be washed--must be produced.

  For when it is produced, behold!  As Magdalene the harlot stood then before Christ before his eye had discovered her sin, and then afterward--behold, she was as one clothed upon with vestments of white linen and her thoughts were pure and she was lifted up. 

  Let all understand then that the beautiful mission of the Lord Christ (and the beautiful mission of every avatar who has come from the higher mountain) has descended from the summit of consecrated consciousness upon the altar of God to the planes below--to the realm of Tabor, to the realm of Table Mountain, to the realm of the common plane.

  Into the world has come the avatar, the descending one, the star with its flashing, meteoric power!  And he has descended into the world as the Teacher.  And behold, he has worn clean and white linen, and the world has rended him--the world has turned aside, the world has preferred to dawdle.

  And we come then to those who are willing to understand the summoning to the election, who will understand that Eye of God that is everywhere is Eye of creative intent to magnify in person all that is of beauty and perfec­tion, to remove the masked persona and to produce the immortal shining that is within the splendor of the flame of Life that is within thee.

 This is the flame that can say “I live!”

This is the flame that can say “I give!”

This is the flame Ich Dien,

That loves to serve, that loves to give.

This is the flame of hope that ye are--

This is the flame of Identity that becomes a star

Radiating out into the world community

The selfsame hope of the Christ,

Of the One Spirit, of the One Mind, of immortal Life,

Of the passion of the free, of all that is of beauty

And of light.

   From the light I have come, to the light I shall return.  And the Brothers in White who walk with me--they who are aware of the savagery of the world and of this generation--say unto you all:  the need for essential unity has never been greater.  Nor has the need for consummate understanding of the meaning of life ever been a greater requirement than that which is the requirement of this hour.  Let all then with open mind and heart, with receptive cups of consciousness understand the sending that we do from time to time on wings of thought.

 With beauteous radiance we send out thought

And when that thought unto mankind is brought

It is the intention of the gods

Not to make man mad

Because they would destroy him,

But to make man glad

Because they would remove in him

All that is of mortal dross

And mend the vessel at any cost,

Restoring it to its own rightful place

Of beauty/love, of perfection.

All of this God is, all of this the masters are.

And it is given unto you all:  it is initiation.

It is the initiation of those splendid moments

That come to you because you are willing

To summon the will that God is instilling.

   Hear us now then and accept the vibratory action of the will of God which is descending into this city of Washington in the hope that we may yet reinforce in the people of this nation an understanding of their destiny, an understanding of their greatness, an understanding of all that they can do of action to produce the miracle of perfection in the world in this hour when little children on bended knee do cry out to the God of power and say “Help us now!”

  The world today knows, blessed ones, the turmoil and woes that are descending, invoked from the karmic bands of mankind.  The world knows and awaits the descent of that star Wormwood; the world knows the cup of bitterness and the cup of woe.

  But it is the wish of heaven to end it so much--so very much that as I am speaking to you Archangel Gabriel has descended into this room and is flooding his light throughout this city tonight in order that mankind may feel the pulsations of the annuncia­tion.  For there are today being born, as there are being born every day, countless little babes who have a roseate face of hope within their soul.  They come fresh from heaven’s own hands into a world, and they seek and demand a higher standard than society has produced.

  The Angel of the Annunciation, Lord Gabriel, then is radiating out from this city to every mother tonight--and every mother-to-be and to the mothers of the whole world--that great love that speaks of each man finding his place in life and understanding that that is not a place of dullness, a place of strife, a place of confusion but is a place of absolutism, of perfection, of eternal time that transcends mortal time and mortal space.

  Out of the depths thou hast called unto me, and I have heard your voice.  And I AM come.  And with me there is a greater company than all that dwell in this great city.  And the forces of light that are many are serving tonight to free the world from strife and fear and confusion.  Will you help me?  Will you serve?  Will you seek to understand?  God help mankind through your hands and the hands of all who are willing.  Ladies and gentlemen, in the name of the Cosmic Christ and by the power of His might I salute that flame within your heart.  I thank you.

     My beloved, pilgrims upon the mountaintop are few,  aspirants on the plains are many.  And the authority of God rests upon every human heart.  The summoning of the elect to the conse­cration of divine intent is ushering forth.  The Infinite calls and outlines the hills with rising splendor!  For the night of man’s gloom and density has passed and the morrow dawneth with new hope.

  The cup trembles and the cup of wrath that mankind have fab­ricated--to which they have contributed in banal ignorance their attention--is now ready to be delivered.  Yet the angels of compassion unite with the ascended masters to stay the hand of world karma and say “Yet a little while stay that men may be quickened into wakefulness.”

  Maitreya summons!  The elect have received our banner.  The unfurling is at hand.  The consummation of God’s holy will is required now for every heart who will embrace salvation, for salvation is for all.  It is not only for the few but for the many.  Now we come and around us, surrounding you all, angels with drawn swords of mighty light rays are consecrating themselves to the separation of individual man unto the monadic ideal--to the realm where the oneness of God is recognized and sought after!

 Hearts hunger and thirst after righteousness.  And the universal compassion of the Universal Christ is pouring the suppli­cation of our domain into the chalice of mortality that a quickening may occur, that with this summoning there may go forth into manife­station purity and love and grace and hope and all that will raise men and lift them into the supremacy of the divine emotion.

  What is the divine emotion?  It is love.  What is love?  Love is God.  What is God if not ye all when ye love?  And by the ministry of love we will summon the little children to understand that the Master is waiting for the neophyte hearts to expand, to enter into the gates of compassion, to feel what is happening in the world order, to understand that the tears of the world create a river that would wash away from the moorings of stability mankind drenched in self-pity.

 The deeds of their own creation have not borne good fruit.  Yet the mercy of God droppeth from heaven and kindleth a fire in consciousness.  And our fire approacheth nigh.  And behold, the dust that has been raised as the tide of emotion bearing the whirlwind of mortal energy shall be dispersed!  For the Lord God consumes all of that which is not the purity of love, of selflessness by the fire that trieth every man’s work through sacred initia­tions which are the requirement of this moment.

  America, awake!  World, awake!  Individual man, awake!  The purposes of heaven that have trembled in the cusp of the ages are now awaiting mankind’s acceptance.

  The pure in heart shall see God.  But is purity of heart only for the few?  Purity of heart is for the many!  Purity of heart is for all!  Purity of heart is the requirement of initiation.  It is the diligence which frames within the unity of God reference of the divine ideal--the character of each man which seeks to fashion that man after the divine image and will not give power or aggrandizement to the mortal image of imperfection.

  Lay down your lives then upon the altar where transformation can take place.  For the mountaintop experience is the requirement of this hour--that each man shall enter in consciously to that state of all-knowing where the Mind of God can produce in the individual monad the realization of that love of heaven which flows, and that that flow can become the breath of reality with the freshness of spring, promising resurrection to men from dead works that have not borne fruit.

  I call to your attention that supreme moment when the Master, the Lord Christ, walked before the unfruitful fig tree.  At that moment when he sought to touch with his hands the fruit of that tree it came to pass that it was barren and he said “Henceforth let no man eat [fruit] of thee forever!”  When they returned the disciples noticed that the tree was dried up and they spake unto him and said “The tree which thou didst curse is dried up.”

  So it shall come to pass that those who shall not avail them­selves of opportunity for initiation, that those who consider that they can play at the game of life without  understanding the serious­ness of divine opportunity shall find that the divine fruit shall ignore them because they have ignored it.  The world is filled with those who say “We have played unto you and you have not danced.”

  I call to your attention, children of the light, that the hour of success in the cosmic  venture is at hand, for the powers of darkness cannot forever rule over the minds of men.  And the power of light shall break the spell of mankind’s outer conscious­ness, even as a coconut when it is cast to the earth with the force of Hercules.  And it shall come to pass that it shall shatter!  And the milk of divine kindness that is within Christ shall be given to all, and the fruitful cup shall issue forth the power of divine kindness.

  For opportunity is renewed.  And day by day men are able to understand that their yesterdays are but links in the immortal chain.  They should understand that this is not a chain of bondage, but that this is a chain of cause and effect leading to the highest destiny.  They should understand that the Spirit of Christ-regenera­tion abides in their flesh, that the power of regeneration is in their hand to put forth and to eat of the Tree of Life that is in the midst of the garden of God. 

  Shatter delusion!  Shatter confusion!  Shatter destruction!  And break forth the bells of the morning!  Let the bells of the morning ring!  Let hearts of men sing!  Let good fruit come forth from bud and flower!

Know then that when good fruit is to be born it is because consciousness has embraced the idea of it.  And men must acknowledge that the power of good fruit rests upon their own lives—that the kingdom of God is within them!  Let all understand it.  And let the world hear it.  And let the powers of Life from the world-to-come now be scattered abroad in the world of form.

For a few trembled concerning the earthquake which recently hit Los Angeles.  I tell you that the Earth shall reel and shake as though a mother shook a naughty child unless this generation shall see God in greater measure.  For the cup of wrath is now full.  And although God has mitigated it again and again, and although the Karmic Lords have held it back again and again, and although a similar experience is now being given to the Earth that was brought forth in the Atlantean times, I say unto you all that union of hearts must come about, that men must understand the security of that union, that men must understand that they cannot gather grapes of thistles.

 Let the world then unite as never before behind the power of Truth.  For the dark forces have scattered the children of the light as chaff before a wild hurricane!  And  they have done it because men have been easily turned aside from the power of the light.  It has taken no more than a fragmentary thought--a whisper, a rumor--and souls long rooted in the power of the Christ have departed to listen to the voices of human inharmony.

I say then let us cut the ties for all time that bind men to a sense of egoism and to a sense of oppression whereby they feel a need to oppress one another.  Let all understand:  the power of freedom is the greatest gift that mankind can have, and there is no higher initiation than the initiation of absolute freedom.  For when men give unto others the same freedom that they expect to enjoy for themselves it comes to pass that the world is raised and men literally pull themselves up by their own bootstraps!

We have seen the blight of riot and ruin in this land.  We have seen the blight of the lie and the practice of deceit in this land.  We have seen the world trembling to frame new orders of political significance.  We have observed that food and clothing and material things have concerned mankind more than the bread that came down from heaven.  And we urge upon you that every one of you will understand the beauty of God that intends all life upon the planet to share in the heavenly abundance.

It is meet that order come to this planet.  And it does not come because men, out of the storehouse of their bounties, will feed one another material bread while denying to them the bread of the Spirit.  It will not come because men simply give food to those who will not work, for the karmic law requires that each man shall eat of his own bread which he does earn because he serves life in one way or another.

 And so while there are those who are infirm and feeble,and while there are those who are caught up in a state of consciousness where they cannot seem to rise out of their own lethargy, there are many who possess power and strength of limb but not strength of mind who must now take strength of mind and offer it to God, that they may themselves become overcomers in their own domain and not constitute a burden upon the world politic.  For the world order must understand the Laws of Karma—that injustice does not exist by reason of the will of heaven but because mankind have continually thought that they were oppressed by one another.

We do not deny that oppressions have existed in the world.  But we affirm that those oppressions were not nearly so great as the burden that men have brought upon their own heads by reason of their own failure to understand the Law of Karma and the infinite Law of supply and demand.  For every soul that puts his hand to the plow to plow a straight furrow in this world can find, by the cosmic Law of Justice and Destiny, that he will be able not only to enjoy the fruits of his own labor but will also be able to find the pathway that leads to spiritual abundance where his soul is no longer dependent upon individuals around him to warm him, to clothe him, to feed him, to supply him with the essence of joy.

And therefore now in the name of Almighty God I say to the angels that have come with me this night:

 Dispense to these,
The children of God,
The fruit of our energy.
Let them feel a peal of our joy!
Let them feel a touch of our hand!
Let them feel the glow-ray of God
That they may understand
That the heavenly intent is to raise them,
To free them, to bless them, to keep them
Guarded, guided, and loved not only now but forever.

   It is done.  And let the joy of the Infinite permeate your bodies and quicken them by the fire of Life!

  It is done.  And let the fire of the Infinite Intelligence pour into your minds and stimulate them until the blossoms of eternity in far-flung worlds are visible to your consciousness.

It is done.  And the veil of flesh drops from consciousness as easily as tallow from a candle.  And the flame stands alone--the immortal soul--and it consumes the dross.

  And behold, the face of purity shines within you.  And that face will not leave you comfortless, for it will bring into view the face of the living Christ.  And Christ will be formed in you as the highest niche to which man can aspire--in-niche-i-ation, the climbing of the ladder of Jacob. 

  Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is One God!   Hear, then, O ye children of the dawn:  there is One God and ye are a part of Him.  He is broken for you, and you have fed upon His substance.  He is your life, and He is the life of all men.

  And it shall come to pass then that the consecration of new ideas must occur, and the presentation of new ideas must be formed in the world community.  And these ideas must embrace the old order that changeth not and yet introduces change. The beast that was not, that is and that is to come must be understood as well as the Son of God that goeth forth to make war with the dragon and with those who follow in his wake, having in their foreheads and in their right hands the mark of the beast.

  Men must understand that knowledge of carnal intelligence is the mark of the beast [upon them] unless individuals will use their minds to grasp the holy significance of cosmic Law.  For the minds of men cannot grasp through carnal intelligence the tremendous power of infinite love.  But infinite love is at hand.  I am aware of the heat.  This is being generated now in order to create transmutation for your initiation.  And you will be grateful when this day has passed and you see toward the dawn of the Easter celebration the great change that will occur in your countenance and in that which looks within and sees the Holy Christ image traced by the fingers of God upon the fabric of your mind and soul.

  I AM come, I AM come.  I AM come to make you whole; I AM come not to gild the soul as one gilds a lily but to evoke the response of that purity which is trumpeted forth by the lilies of the field--that you will understand the meaning of “they toil not, neither do they spin,” that you will understand that God worketh in you to perfect His perfect work within you.

  This is repetitious for a purpose:  that you will understand it, that you will grasp the significance of perfection, that you will hold to the fires of Life and the necessity of travail.  For travail is for deliverance, and the significance of travail is that the beauty of the dawn then is great as it is contrasted with the midnight hour.  Let men understand initiation as the means to rising, as a means to raising consciousness, as the means to assimilating the purity of the Law.

  It is not so.  It is not so!  It is not so!  The lies of the carnal mind are human vanity, they are trumpery.  They will lead you to the pit of illusion and delusion.  But the Laws of God will give you your freedom.

  Will you then enter in with me tonight--into consciousness of the meaning of freedom and understand that the giving of yourself unto God freely is the key to beauty and security and dominion that the Law requires each one to take over himself?  For who is the enemy of God?  The enemy of God within the domain of the soul is the ego that is not transmuted!  And the darkness of substance within man’s world opaques the light that would shine through the grail of man’s own chalice.

  The Good Friday spell will be broken, and the fruit of Easter morning will be the resurrection.  This is the surge of cosmic power toward regeneration.  And all of the darkness of the night and the toil that mankind at times through illusion experience is as nothing when the dawn cometh.

  We urge upon all then the understanding that the governments of the world are shaken by the tremendous distribution of the Atlantean rebellion, which is now once again coming into manife­station through the youth of the world who are in many cases the reembodied Atlanteans--but not all.  For scattered among the Atlantean rebels are the children of God, the children of the Sun, the holy Buddhas, the holy Christ children and many diligent and magnificent incoming souls that have not yet taken embodiment.

  We warn all of you then that you have a place in the chain of command, that you are identified with the Great White Brotherhood through this summoning.  We have summoned the elect to make their calling and election sure.  We have invoked the power of God for every little child upon this planet; we have invoked salvation for this age.  We refuse acceptance of the powers of darkness that create murder and mayhem in the world.  We refuse acceptance of the powers of darkness that, as demoniac forces, radiate the lust of imperfection in the world by the greed of selfishness.  We demand the invocation of the Christ within every child upon this planet.  We say then in God’s name, let our Banner be raised!  Let our Banner be raised!  Let our Banner be raised!

We will not trample upon men to oppress them, for they have freewill.  But we will impress the world with thoughts of the angels, with thoughts of the outline of the glow-ray of the rising Sun over the distant hills.  We will show forth to the world that new hope is born, that the Sun of radiance is rising within human consciousness, and that the power is even now being summoned from the four corners of the world to reverse the tide of man’s negative magnetism.

 I say to you that your beloved Saint Germain has already fabricated the first early beginnings of a new release of unparalleled strength through the International Resource Conference to be held in San Francisco and Los Angeles.  You will be amazed when you see the unity of divine purpose as it is released to the nations of the world when men are taught to summon their resources in a reversal of all that banal darkness which is presently oppressing mankind.

For salvation is personal but it is also universal.  For the Christ comes to every man indi­vidually, per se, but he also comes to the world.  And as a thief in the night he takes away and catches up those souls who love him and will keep his commandments into that great cloud of witnessing and glory, whereby the world itself shall also be saved and regenerated as those very souls that bear witness to the Truth return with him to the world to manifest the beauty of the Law.  As Enoch, the seventh from Adam, said “Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousand of His saints to execute judgment upon the ungodly.”

And therefore it shall come to pass that that judgment shall be to restore to all men the former state of universal righteousness.  And this is no robbery.  For there is not a soul, according to karmic law, who can escape the fruit of his doings--for good or for ill.  And therefore let all understand that redemption and the redemptive process will take place.

It is illumination that the age requires; salvation is automatic when men have illumination.  For when men know the Law and are not ignorant of it they will pursue the path to God as though they were wild in stampede to find Him--to find at the end of the rainbow that potential which men have said is the pot at the end of the rainbow.  It is in reality the potential of God that lies by mighty light rays within the domain of all who seek and are successful.  And you can be successful if you will surrender your mortal wills to God and walk in the pathway the Master trod.

This is the initiation that will make of you one mighty body that will move in the family of nations and grow and expand your limbs as you add to your number daily such as should be saved and be in the vanguard of those who will save mankind by becoming the vehicles of Christ consciousness in the world.

Ask yourself, then:  are you ready to do the will of God? Are you ready to take your place with the elect?  Or do you prefer to be as chaff that before the wild hurricane does fly?  Do you prefer to be driven by every wind of doctrine, by every disturbing outer condition, by fear and by mortal vicissitude?Ask yourself that question.  And if the answer is “yea” and you are willing to follow the path of light rather than “nay, I refuse to go and I will stay with the world,” then understand that you must follow in the wake of the ascended masters.  You must follow the banner that we uphold before you tonight.  For only by a sustained diligence can the world be saved.  Only by a sustained diligence can an individual overcome.

For mastery comes not easy--albeit Saint Germain has said that the sense of struggle makes the struggle.  I assure you, one and all, that as you understand and grasp the principle of surrender to God you will find that God surrenders to you.

I have given you a great mystery.  It is up to you to ferret it out to its fullness.  In the name of Almighty God I call to the angels of initiation that are with me to convey into the world of form the beauty of holiness, the love of God, the power of brotherhood and sustain­ment of the torch of freedom.

 O Spirit of the Resurrection, flame in these Thy children!

     When Jesus said, “I and my Father are one” he spoke of his union with God and with hierarchy.  At the same time as he affirmed his oneness with the great source of Life, with Alpha and Omega, so he affirmed his oneness with myself as his Guru.  There is an important object lesson.  For the planes of consciousness that are held in the Christ mind are many, and they transcend all levels of hierarchy unto the focalization of the awareness of God in the Father.  Hence the soul acclaims the Presence of God in and throughout its consciousness:  I and my Father are one!  By this oneness Jesus completed his mission victoriously.

  The mighty oneness of Life is a source of strength to those who yet walk in the valley of becoming and in the arena of time and space.  It is often like a lion’s den, and the survival of those who love the Christ is often precarious.  It is important for you to realize that when you visualize an ascended master--any ascended being, and especially now your own beloved ascended Lanello--that when you say I and my Father are one, and you see his image before you, instantly the Electronic Presence, the mantle of  momentum of light from his consciousness is put around you as a swaddling garment and your energies are sealed in the identity of his God-flame!

  As with all things practice makes perfect.  The identification of your God-flame with the God-flame of Lanello is important to the success and victory of your mission.  As you call him Father so he is Father, for he focused the hour of the twelve--the side of the north of the City Foursquare, the initiation of the spiral of Cosmic Christ illumination to the age.  Father then is Father in heaven and Father upon earth--Father in all who have endeavored to be the Presence of God to the children of mankind.

I and my Father are one.  So this you must affirm and establish that closeness with those in heaven who are closest to you.  And then you may go on to say when you have completed that exercise, I and my Mother are one.  And so you draw the power and the momentum of the World Mother into your being--the very mantle of the fires of Her immaculate heart and of every ascended lady master who has espoused the cause of the Cosmic Virgin.

  This too is a mantra that can sing in the heart day and night for the fulfilling of the cycles of the children of God upon the planetary home.  Think of the swelling spiral that you can create with just these simple statements:  I and my Father are one, I and my Mother are one.  Immediately the balance of Alpha and Omega descends upon you and you feel again the cloven tongues of the Holy Spirit, the twinflames of Life, of Being itself welling up within you to mold each manifestation out of the perfection of Life itself.

I come to you as the Great Initiator, for so I have been called.  Not only do I initiate mankind by placing before them the testing of the hour which their souls require to come up higher, but I also initiate light:  cycles of light, of perfection, of victory, of illumination—and of victory through illumination--to the race.  Therefore I am concerned this day that there shall be those who go forth among you with the Banner of Maitreya, carrying the Banner of the Buddhic consciousness and the desire for its attainment among the masses.

You do not realize, precious hearts, how the very decrees of members of this activity and other activities similarly dedicated have actually raised the consciousness of mankind to the place where today, across the earth, the youth are flocking to whatever teachers they can find--whoever they can find who can give them some glimpse of truth!

Mankind have indeed been cut free, and one of the greatest single factors in their freedom has been the giving of the Entity Decree.   For mankind all yearn for the Truth within the heart, within the soul.  Only the outer consciousness resists.  And why does it resist?  Because that consciousness does not have dominion in its own forcefield, for it is invaded and inhabited in many cases by discarnates, by the lower order of astral beings wedded to darkness, by demons and the fallen ones who have pledged to serve the Dark One.

And so when that decree has been given thousands and millions of such entities have been removed from the forcefields of the children of the light.  And immediately they have swung into perfection, into their native desire to pursue the will of God, to pursue the Buddha whose focus at Shamballa covers the earth with glory, with the balance of the threefold flame, with the call of the Father/Mother God to come Home.

I say these things to you, for I am concerned that mankind overcome their fears through the giving of decrees to God.  Yes, you must make that joyful noise!  And make it joyful and make it noisy and let it go forth to reclaim the energies of God!

You have in your consciousness the vision of rapids--of waters in a state of turmoil where there is an adjustment of currents or an adjustment of levels of bodies of water.  If you could see on the astral plane this hour, you would see that the waters of mankind’s consciousness are in this turmoil, this transition state.  When you then invoke the oil of illumination, of forgiveness and the sacred fire, the blue lightning of God’s holy will to penetrate this density there is a staying action of the hand of Almighty God that rises in the air as the mighty thoughtform for the year and releases the energies that declare unto the finite consciousness:

Peace, be still!  Peace, be still!
Be still and know that I AM God!
Be still and know that I AM God!

   When you declare then I and my Father are one, you are knowing that I AM God--that where you stand is the Holy of Holies of God’s consciousness.  For you stand upon holy ground in the presence of one who has returned to the very heart and hearth of the Creator of Life.  “And Enoch walked with God and he was not, for God took him.”  It is true, precious hearts.  In the twinkling of an eye, the very Eye of God, we shall all be changed.  Change signifies progress and the ever-unfolding spirals of the Cosmic Mother.

  I am Maitreya and on my banner is the thoughtform of a mighty clipper ship.  And that ship, as it comes in with the tides at eventide, comes to fetch the souls of mankind to take them to another shore.  This is the change, this is transition.  It is made by the energies of peace that form the emotional quadrant.

  The waters of Life enable mankind to adapt from one plane of consciousness to another.  And so the gathering of souls in the great ship of Life for the journey to another land should be a joyous occasion---not a time for partings and good-byes and sorrows, but a time for rejoicing that some are called to another plane where there awaits another service, another teaching, another life triumphant, another opportunity to expand the glories of the kingdom.

  All will one day board that mighty ship.  And the return journey is a joyous one, for it is going to that place, that home of light from whence you came.  I tell you, the parting from that home to this shore is far more painful than the return.  For when you come into physical embodiment you come into an area of density and darkness and depression and you come here to the earth to accept the challenge--the challenge of the light to divide the night and to be the flame of the Mother to all.

  Some forget that challenge and that calling.  Others experience it as a mighty burning within the heart that never lets them rest until they fulfill that high calling.  You are among those who could not rest until you found the purpose of your life.  While you are here a little while then remember that the Lord hath need of thee--O the mighty arm of strength that is the body of God upon earth, the balancing factor like the rudder of my ship!  You are the rudder in the world of form that keeps the ship of state upon its course.  You are the electrodes implanted in the heart of the earth for the healing of the nations.  How glorious is the opportunity and how thankful you shall be, one and all, that you have served to your capacity.

  I say then as you contemplate the ascension and return to the heart of God (which our beloved one has so recently shown before you by his own victory) remember that once ascended you cannot go back to redo those areas of life that you have not tended.  Remember that in rising ever higher you will want to know that each pattern that you have left below is a firm and established one that those following after you can find and use for the restoration of souls--not as abuse but as the fulfilling of the plan and the great Law.

  I say then, stand not in holy awe, in fear and trembling of a life hereafter or of those gone on whom you see not but you will see again.  But stand in joy, in cosmic rejoicing that Life is eternal and ongoing and that there is a place for all--a home to which they can return, a home where the fires of love do burn.

  I am Maitreya and my cape of light enfolds you, each one.  I am here to surround you with the love of the angelic hosts.  And those who have gathered here this day to minister unto you have asked me to say:  "Precious ones who labor in the Father’s vineyard, we are here, your brothers and sisters on wings of light.  Do you not know that we have also fated our plight with you?  Do you not know that we walk with you each hour of the day and night, that we surround you with our light?  We are the angels of Christ, of the Cosmic Christ and the Divine Mother.  We have heard your calls and answered--answered to the name of God, I AM, to which we are pledged from the very beginning of our own immortal conception.  We cannot refrain to come when we hear that name.  We cannot refrain from releasing His flame in your midst.

      "And so, precious ones, be aware that we are the company of the Lord’s hosts--that we too are on the march with hierarchy.  We are marching with you to lead you to the promised land of God’s consciousness fulfilled.  We are light’s pinions, light’s minions.  And here we do express His nobleness, His honor and the cosmic honor flame."

   I, Maitreya, return you one and all to the heart of the Divine Mother.  And there shall be a moment in the twenty-four hours which ensue following your hearing of this dictation that you shall experience what it is like to be held in the arms of the Divine Mother.

I and my Father are one!  I and my Mother are one!  And lo! I AM with you alway, even unto the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning, as all cycles are fulfilled in the victory of the light of the Cosmic Christ!

To You Who Are Waiting to Receive His Mantle and His Flame,

      There comes a time in the life of every disciple of the Christ when he must be found ready to receive not only the mantle of his master but also the flame of his very flame.

  When Elijah ascended into heaven in a whirlwind he did so with the certain knowledge that his disciple Elisha would carry on his mission in his mantle and in his flame.  Elisha saw his master taken up in the ritual of the ascension.  And he could perceive the wonder and the glory of his reunion with God, for he dwelt not in the consciousness of sackcloth and mourning.  He “took hold of his own clothes and rent them in two pieces” as a symbol of the breaking of the limited cup of his consciousness and its exchange for the masterful consciousness of Elijah.  Thus having shattered the modes of his former identity he was able to take up the mantle of the prophet that fell from him.  And immediately he smote the waters with the challenge “Where is the Lord God of Elijah?”   In response to his command the waters parted hither and thither and Elisha went over--showing his dominion in fire and water, air and earth.

  In this episode there was imparted to Elisha not only the mantle, transferring the momentum of his teacher’s consciousness of self-mastery, but there was bestowed upon him the unseen gift of the Holy Spirit, the flame of very flame--the very heartbeat of Elijah.  And so Elisha partook of the body and the blood of the ascending one--the same Alpha and Omega spirals that later, in another life, the disciple now become the teacher would impart to his own disciples, saying:  “Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.  Whoso eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

  Are you ready, blessed ones, to drink the blood of the hierarch and to partake of his flesh?  Do you know the meaning of this sacred communion wherein the disciple assimilates the essence of the sacred fire which is not only symbolized by the blood but which actually flows in the blood of the Christed one?  Are you ready to be a cell in the body of your Lord?  Do you sense that you are a part of the body of the Mother?  Do you love enough to give your body to the master?  Are you joyous when he is joyous?  Do you laugh when he laughs?  And do you feel the pain of the world as he knows that pain?  Then you are coming closer and closer to the flame.  Then you realize there is more to this putting on of the garment of the Lord than the transfer of the mantle.

  There is a merging with the flame of being that must be accomplished–and that can be accomplished only as you love the teacher even more than your life and as you feel no separation but a part of the whole of his consciousness that has already merged with the Whole as the drop merges with the ocean.  Hence you claim no selfhood apart from the teacher.  And you come to the inner meaning of the calling of the disciple--and that is to be disciplined to the place where you become the living, breathing awareness of the Presence of the teacher.  In fact then you are the teacher.  And when this transition takes place you will know that you have moved on the scale from the level of disciple to the level of teacher.  And by so doing you have liberated the teacher for higher service in ascended master octaves.

  As I mentioned to you earlier in the series we desire to transfer to the devotees an increment of the flame of the Holy Spirit as we are merging our auras with your own.  We have shown you a number of methods as well as practical exercises for the putting on of the garment of the Lord, for the purifying of your energies in meditation, and for the offering up of the pearl of consciousness to the Presence that you might receive in turn the pearl of great price from the heart of your Presence.  The rituals of the sphere and the fiery core within the sphere and of the drawing within, in the great inbreath, particles of being for a concentrated bursting forth of energy are intended to lead you nearer and nearer to the goal of receiving an increment of the flame of the Maha Chohan.

  Some of you, because you have been preparing for many years for this initiation, will experience that transfer with the final release in this series.   Others will take my Pearls and study them and pore over them until the quickening comes, as on the day of Pentecost.  Then the wind rushing through tall pines or palm trees will signal a presence that is more than that of sylphs.  It will signal the presence of the Maha Chohan.  To be “all with one accord in one place” as the disciples were on the day of Pentecost means to be found in harmony with the Christ in every one of the members of the body of God.  It means to be found in the likeness of the geometry of the Law of harmony.  It means to be transparent for the flow of fire.

  The cloven tongues of fire that sat upon each of them are the twinflames of Alpha and Omega; and they signify that each one has partaken of the blood (Alpha) and the body (Omega) of the Christ.  These cloven tongues as wings of the Spirit which alighted upon Jesus like a dove when he went to be baptized of John in Jordan are the seal of the love of the Father/Mother God bestowed on this “my beloved Son, in whom I AM well pleased.”  Being one with the Christ of every member of the body of God the disciple who has received the flame of the Holy Spirit is able to speak with other tongues--not only the tongues of men but also the tongues of angels--as the Spirit gives utterance to the affirmation of the Word in every facet of the jewel of Christ consciousness as it is reflected in angels, elementals, masters and the sea of humanity.

  Paul said that to affirm that Jesus is the Lord can come only by the Holy Ghost.  Indeed it is the Holy Spirit that reveals to every heart the true nature of man and woman to be the Christ.  And without that Spirit you can neither see, nor feel, nor hear, nor touch, nor taste that Christ--whether in the teacher, in the Mother or in yourself.

  To each of the disciples is given a gift of the Spirit.  This comes about as the Holy Spirit quickens within each one a specific aspect of the causal body.  This is released by divine decree as a dispensation of light–a descending pearl of great price if you will--which bursts in consciousness and illumines the mind.  And so Paul saw the diversities of operations as being “the same God which worketh all in all.”   And he preached to the early Christians of the oneness of the body of God and of all being baptized into one body:  “Whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free, we have been all made to drink into one Spirit.”   And thus there is no schism in the body of the Lord as the members have the same care one for another as they do for themselves.

  And thus the gifts of the Spirit become the flame that enhances the sacred labor of each part of the body as “to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom, to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another divers kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues:  but all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.” 

  This then is the communion of the Lord in this age.  And this is His communication--if you will merge with one another in love, in bearing one another’s burdens and in exchanging those burdens for the light causal body of Jesus the Christ himself, then the Holy Spirit will come to you.  Do you understand that no one man, no one woman can contain the allness of that Spirit in the plane of Mater?   Only in the ascended state can the fullness of that Spirit be realized in being and in individualized consciousness.  Here on earth then the ultimate requirement for the getting of the Holy Spirit is the joyous communion and the love-flow between  members of the body of Christ as Keepers of the Flame serve together with one accord (with one vibration) in one place (in one consciousness), daily merging their energies in giving of the Ave Maria--the praise to the Cosmic Virgin that arcs the worlds with the resounding “Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee!”

  As they serve together as staff upholding the Office and Mission of the Messengers, as they serve one by one in the fields that are white to harvest, laboring a labor of love for the Lord, they are found one in consciousness.  Thus they are one at a certain plane of the Christ-mind where they converge in the canopy of the Lord’s host hovering over an infant humanity in the manner of covering cherubim who keep the flame of the Ark of the Covenant.  And so as Keepers of the Flame around the world merge the energies of their daily devotions, their service and their selfless love they are found to be one on the line of the Christ-mind.  And there on that line they find the geometrization of the mind of God to be the release of the afflatus of the Holy Spirit.

  Wait patiently upon the Lord, all ye who would know Him.  For He will surely come, He will surely come.   Although you are separated by miles, by mountains and oceans and a diversity of occupations remember that as you serve the One God in demonstration of the Law of Hierarchy by that same law you must be found one not only with those who are of like mind in this age but with all others in all past ages who have ever returned to the oneness of the flame.  This oneness is the same whirlwind into which Elijah ascended.  It is the movement of consciousness of souls striving at a certain tension, a certain frequency and vibration.  And until that plane is reached you will not know what it means to be a part of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood which functions as the arm of the Holy Spirit at both unascended and ascended levels.

  There is always so much talk about amalgamation of new-age groups and the coming together of Christians and others in an ecumenical spirit to the glory of God.  This is indeed a worthy goal.  But may I say that in all of my experience upon earth I have found that the only true unity that has ever come about has been the unity of the Christ-mind.  And therefore Hierarchy allows the sheep to be scattered over the hillsides of the world until they come together through the door of the sheepfold because they know the voice of the Good Shepherd. 

  And the only way that that voice can be known is through the presence of the Holy Ghost.  Therefore we instruct.  We send forth our Pearls to the farthest reaches of the earth.  And step by step, one by one, the disciples come into that Christ awareness which magnetizes the Spirit--and which in turn is increased by the Spirit that is magnetized--until those who are ready are brought into levels of organization where cooperation in a spirit of harmony is the next step on the ladder of attainment.

  Hierarchy is no longer willing to bring into organizations sponsored by the ascended masters those who are discordant or those who introduce spirals of disintegration through rot and decay of the untransmuted ego.  For the body of God must be integrated.  And this means the meshing of gears from one disciple to the next until the highest initiate unascended meshes gears of consciousness with the ascended hierarchy.  And so our organization upon earth is a succession of wheels moving with wheels and the hum of a giant motor that is, so to speak, a geometrized version of the body of God.  But this is not the mechanization concept. this is the automatic integration of all souls who are one in Christ by the Lord’s Spirit with the very fires of creativity that are the essence of God’s being.

  Now, precious souls, prepare for our final releases which will be complete with number fourteen in this series.  Prepare yourselves with fervent devotion for this oneness in the body of God by rendering service unto the least and the greatest among your fellow servants in the Cause.  Commune in love.  Move in love.  And let your conversations be in love.  And let us see if we can---for a moment and then for a succession of moments, moving into the hours and days of the Lord’s cycles hold the body of God at a certain pitch of the Christ-mind so that countless numbers who read my words will be prepared with one accord in one place for the reception of the Holy Ghost.

  I AM with you always, even as I AM everywhere in the consciousness of God in manifestation within you.
