Surely, beloved, the fallen ones have genetically engineered more than coffee and more than caffeine for their own entertainment and to the destruction of the Lightbearers, as Morya revealed this day. For he has shown the Messenger that this is true and that these substances are enjoyed as stimulants by the Nephilim themselves, who brought such products [as well as recreational drugs] from the Twelfth Planet.
Well, they brought many more products [with them to planet Earth than] drugs for [pleasure and simulated states of exhilaration], as you were told, whose harmful effects they neutralized with [special] equipment. The substances they brought, beloved, included pesticides and all types of contaminants that do not agree with the natural order or the natural vibration of planet Earth [and her evolutions. Their] knowledge of chemistry [enabled them] to create toxic substances that always produce a negative spiral that turns counter to the positive clockwise spiral, even [counter to] the upward spiraling flame of the resurrection and [counter to] the positive spiral [with which God as Elohim originally charged] every cell and atom of your being. Thus they have introduced into the bodies that were provided for the souls of Light on this Earth substances that are totally intolerable [and totally] destructive, [causing degeneration, disease and death]. Now remember that I have spoken this dispensation. For I tell you there is no greater friend to man than the fiery salamanders unless you would speak of the ascended masters and the angelic hosts. And therefore these fiery salamanders come, then, to support you in your mission. And they will guard the entering into your midst of the angelic hosts and of the gnomes, the sylphs and the undines. All of life is coming forth and is in a magnificent cooperation for the salvation of Earth and of the evolutions of Earth.
Realize then that you must open your hearts with love and with compassion to include an expanded awareness of the evolutions that are included with Earth. This includes billions upon billions of elementals who want to be a part of everything that you do.

Beloved ones, you cannot imagine what it is like to be a fiery salamander or a sylph and to be imprisoned inside of a forcefield of a hex that forces you to go out and kill life and destroy children and to work against the flowers and the natural order of things. But this is what the black magicians on Atlantis have done to the elementals. They have set in motion those certain edicts. And until the sons and daughters of God return to earth to break those momentums, these elementals, then, are chained to do the bidding of the fallen ones.

They do err, and their divide-and-conquer tactics have taken a new course in this age. It is to play upon the reality of the inner understanding of the people of God that indeed the Earth is one and to carry that understanding into a perversion whereby the karma and dharma of the people of the nations is destroyed as they are forced to come into a totalitarian system whereby they are divested of their natural genius and their calling from the mansions of the Father’s house. And therefore that which has become the politics on the international scene is not all that meets the eye. But these manipulations have come as a vast complication and perversion of the true science of the government of the nations.
That science of government is held within your own Christ Self and heart chakra. And those who expand the light of the heart, even a fragment, even a portion, in this age will find themselves coming into the position of rulership even though they had not planned upon it. …
Do you understand that when the leaders of the Church do not act as the step-down transformers of the energies of the inner saints of the Church the people who come to worship, being a part of the outer world, cannot sustain that light that is released. And therefore those who would be minister and preacher and priest before the altar of God must recognize that it is their duty to make greater sacrifices in turn for receiving the greater responsibilities of the prayer and offering and Communion cup. For they then receive the energies of the saints to give these to the people.
And if their lives are not in conformity with the will of God, then that energy will bypass them, going directly to the congregation. And those who are in the congregation are then sometimes burned by the immensity of the sacred fire and therefore they become uncomfortable in church. Call for the members of the congregation to have stripped from their eyes the scales of their own selfishness that has hidden from them the truth of the ages. Make calls for the rescue of the people. For this land and every land must return to the worship of the living God, whereas this day there is the worship of a God that is dead.
God is no longer alive in the hearts of the people, and therefore their worship is at the mausoleum where they have entombed him and sealed him carefully that he might not rise again on the third day and speak to them of the great mysteries of the ages. Yes, I say, mankind, and the churches included, have sealed God in a tomb and they will not allow him to come forth. They prefer the dead. They are the living dead….Even the very instinct of survival has been taken from them by chemicals and poisons and pesticides that are saturating this land as well as the radioactive fallout that comes to the people of America and for which the people of the nations of Earth and their leaders will surely receive the judgment….

On the one hand toxins, pollutants, chemicals and deadly psychedelic drugs so reduce the light which the new generation can contain and carry in their body temples, while on the other industrial wastes, nuclear fallout and dread pesticides disturb the natural interflow between the planes of the Earth body. These planes have been described as interpenetrating bands of electronic frequencies labeled etheric, mental, astral and physical and corresponding to the alchemical elements of fire, air, water and earth. These four quadrants of being parallel the four lower bodies of man, ranging from the least to the greatest density, and serve man as vehicles of the soul’s self-awareness, its spiritual/material evolution and its self-mastery in time and space poised as it is for the expansion of God-mastery unto infinity….
Thus the four-sided base of the Great Pyramid of Selfhood is the symbol of the four planes of consciousness provided for the sons and daughters of God to perfect their Christ consciousness. The base of the matter pyramid is both the platform of the rising spiral of self-awareness and the takeoff point whereby, through the all-seeing Eye of God manifest as the ‘EYE’ AM Presence, the soul transcends itself in the leap to realms of infinite fire.
The elementals serving in these categories of the four planes come under the four cosmic forces (whose archetypes the seers envisioned as the Lion, the Man, the Calf, and the flying Eagle) and are indeed pillars in the temple of life, sustaining the platform of existence in order that the planetary lifewaves may evolve Godward to the fullness of that spiritual life in the Universal Christ who made himself manifest in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The elementals of the sacred fire who serve in our bands are capable of wielding the most intense fires of the physical atom as well as the spiritual all-consuming fires of God. They span the octaves of the Spirit/matter universes and are the connecting link for the service of the sylphs of the air, the undines of the water, and the gnomes of the earth.
Serving mankind’s needs in the central sun of every atom of organic and inorganic life, the fiery salamanders infuse molecules of God’s substance with the spiritual fires of creation and hold the balance of the Alpha-to-Omega cycles, regenerating and reinfusing the energies of creation with the necessary balance of life from the Great Central Sun. When the fiery salamanders cease to perform this function, decay, corrosion and disintegration immediately appear whether in plant life or in the manufactured products of civilization.
That which seems so naturally sustained by the very presence of life which mankind take for granted is actually imparted lovingly through the joint cooperation of the four cosmic forces manifest through the elemental kingdoms. All molecules in matter are formed of angles that are precise mathematical formulae of inner fohatic keys—i.e., the inner designs of the sacred fire. The physical fire is the gracious lowering into manifestation of the spiritual fire by the agency of the Holy Spirit through the blessed salamanders whose beings are the agents for the transfer of the fires of the subtle world for mankind’s daily use. From the candle flame to firelight, from elementary forms of electricity to the compressed energy of nucleonic suns, from life pulsating within the cells of all that is alive with the sacred fire breath—one beholds the common miracle of the infinite fire held within the finite vessel in order that evolutionary man might enjoy fragments of eternity within the equations of time and space.
As spiritual fires become the material fires by the flow of the figure eight and the integrating principle of the eighth ray, angelic and elemental beings serving the sacred fire and the corresponding fire element endow all of nature with the sense of the omnipresence of God.
Truly God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and God as the Mother flame of all life is made available to every living soul by these blessed servants of the flame. Yet their own presence—life enduing, life endowing—is scarcely known or understood by the evolutions of earth who benefit from their loving service with every breath and heartbeat and each gift of the sharing of God’s love….
Were it not for the fiery salamanders absorbing, consuming, transmuting the large forcefields of human hatred registering man’s inhumanity unto man that gather over the large cities of the Earth crime, decadence and even depravity would be far more advanced among the inhabitants of earth and the Dark Cycle of the accelerated return of mankind’s karma would have resulted in a deepening schism within the four lower bodies, the souls and the collective unconscious of the entire race.
We come as the hierarchs and sponsors of billions upon billions of these masterful beings who tend the sacred fires of the earth and contain the magnitude of God-control of the energy of Alpha and Omega within the nucleus of every atom of that which appears to be material substance but which is in actuality a spiritual/material oscillation of light held in a frequency and forcefield adapted to the time/space continuum necessary for the soul’s evolution unto God Self-awareness.
The salamanders are not the physical fire but they control the fire, enter the fire and endow it with life. They are the guardians of physical flame and focus. Wherever fire burns, there is their nascent light.
When fire is uncontrolled and destructive it is a sign that mankind’s energies are uncontrolled and destructive; and the law of compensation working through physical law exacts the price for mankind’s misuse of energy on all four planes of consciousness.
Whenever there is danger or disaster threatening through fire, the enlightened son of God, the obedient child of the light will immediately call upon the Lord in the name of the beloved mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self to take command of the fiery salamanders through our name and office and to command them to contain the fire and to set life free. In the name of the Christ you must stand and face the conflagration and command the elementals to bring it under God-control under the Holy Trinity. Helios and Vesta, as the hierarchs of this solar system and guardians of the sacred fires of the sun, can be invoked in the name of Christ to bring the fiery salamanders into alignment with God’s will.
You see, beloved ones, so often the ravages of fire that destroy life and home and communities are heaped against mankind by malevolent forces working through the deviates of cosmic law, the practitioners of black magic who heap their anger and revenge and their frustrated and abortive attempts to control Almighty God upon his innocent children.
The fallen ones have long ago recognized the value of controlling the beings of the elements. This they do through the bloodletting of voodoo ceremony and satanic rite, invoking demoniac forces of the astral plane and casting spells of death and destruction and hexes that hypnotically bind the elementals to do their bidding. Under these gross misuses of the sacred fire, some salamanders as well as other elementals have been imprisoned for centuries, and thus mankind have come to fear the nature spirits and to attribute to them mischievous and even malevolent designs….
It is well known among the practitioners of the black arts that the fiery salamanders are the most difficult of elementals to control and that they often become, as the sorcerer’s apprentice, the enemies of those who seek to control them against the will of cosmos.
Having suffered at the hand of opportunists and having long been burdened by the neglect of God’s laws of harmony on the part of mankind, the fiery salamanders have become an independent lot, sometimes forgetful and unmindful of their original service to the children of the light. As you lay down your life for Christ and his children the elementals will lay down their life for you. When you call upon the Lord to and through elemental life, withholding nothing from them, they will withhold nothing from you. Nevertheless be not discouraged when you see that mankind’s own rebellion has placed upon them an overlay of capriciousness and burdens too hard to bear. Rather, pray for these blessed ones as you would pray for one another in your hours of need.
Although we who are the hierarchs of elemental life are ascended masters of cosmic attainment, the elementals serving the matter spheres are by their very nature and design unascended; and therefore though highly advanced in the application of natural law, they too are held back on the path of initiation by man himself to whom they look for guidance and the proper example that is so often lacking.
As unascended beings the elementals are subject to the influences of the spectrum of relative good and evil. Therefore in your interaction with them there is required the command for them to be tethered wholly to the Cosmic Christ. Through your own threefold flame, you endow them with the Christ consciousness.
Thus you see, you have a responsibility to become the teachers of elemental life under the World Teachers, to invite them to give dynamic decrees with you, and to follow you on the path of the ruby ray….
Again we say, the violet flame is the most effective and intense means of erasing the wrongs and hurts of the past. And diligent calls to Archangel Michael and Mighty Astrea will effectively cut elemental life free from the artifices of witchcraft imposed upon them by self-seeking and shortsighted rebels against the cause of the Great White Brotherhood….
Witness the instance of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace….The flame within and the flame without, manifest as the cloven tongues of the Holy Spirit, created the balance of Alpha and Omega and rendered the physical fire harmless. May you gain thereby some sense of commeasurement with the person of the Great Initiator and the disciplines required of you by the Law of God-harmony. But through the fiery trial and the fiery baptism wherein “the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is,” the children of the light must learn that they are not subject to uncontrolled forces of nature or even of their own returning karma but in the name of Almighty God they can rise up and take dominion over all misqualified energy—whether personal or planetary karma or the manipulations and malpractice by the fallen ones of the flame of life. Let the children of the light cease to tremble and fear before the threat of impending cataclysm or even the law of planetary recompense. Let them rise in God to be masters of their fate, their astrology, and their fiery destiny. Let them use the violet flame and strive for purity of heart. For only if you contain, my beloved, a firm foundation in Christ establishing in you right reason, right motive and right cause in the name of the Great White Brotherhood will you find the absolute cooperation of angels and elementals to be the very consummate joy of the remainder of your life on earth.

O beloved ones, you are the watchmen upon the wall of the LORD. Remember then that there must come about a much greater effort among the members of this group and this entire student body….But you can be sure that night and day the devils do not sleep, but they are awake and plotting and planning your destruction. And their time is short, and they are attempting to quake the Earth and to use the energies of mankind in a pool of darkness to work further negative activities. And do you know, the fall of this Earth might very well mean the fall of this system. You then are in bondage to your four lower bodies instead of being in the Christ consciousness, being in the driver’s seat. The four horses, as your four lower bodies, should be marching in formation but they are running away with your souls, running away with your opportunity to become the Christ!
I say, do not indulge your four lower bodies or your senses but maintain the authority of the Christ in all things! Be temperate and follow the Middle Way….When you have expanded the sacred fire into the mental body and have established there the concentration and the discipline of the mind of God you will find that you can carry that discipline into the emotional body and then into the physical body.
And so opportunity is ongoing, ever unfolding, ever transcending. Ten years from this moment—even twenty, thirty, fifty years, a thousand years from now—you can still use these geometric forms. The thoughtforms which I have released this day will be as real and tangible on the planetary body then as they are now. As life had its beginnings in the sea so if it is not revered by all men and nations, it will have its ending in the sea. And it will no more be written “from dust to dust” but “from sea to sea.” For the comings and goings of lifewaves upon earth are utterly dependent upon the waters of life flowing in crystal streams through the sea itself….

Well-meaning souls, members of world bodies working at international levels seek to restrain the dumping into the sea of sewage, industrial waste, chemicals, pesticides and oil—all of which place an enormous burden upon the beings of purity, both physical and etheric, whose home is the sea. They tend God’s sea garden. They are the caretakers of a once pristine paradise that is rapidly becoming known as a paradise lost.
Unless by the flame of the Holy Spirit the children of the Sun, nation by nation, will mount as one for the healing of the waters, identifying with the person of the Flying Eagle who is our sponsor and our initiator, even the Lord Sanat Kumara, life on Earth must be severely curtailed or abruptly brought to an end.
Without the sea and its many life-supporting functions making possible the control of climate, rainfall, oxygenation and the very evolution of life itself, Earth can no longer be considered viable as an ecosystem or an evolutionary platform for its present lifewaves.
O mankind of Earth, begin at the very beginning. For out of the fountains of the deep, life has sprung forth and to the very mouth of these fountains we daily return to give gratitude for the waters of Life.
Now therefore we the undersigned representing the councils of the undines petition all who count themselves as the keepers of the flame of Life upon earth to summon the resources and the intercession of hosts of the Lord in cooperation with those most vitally concerned with Earth’s pollutions—all of which eventually come home to the sea.
We ask that you shall understand that inasmuch as the sea represents the interchange of fire and water that there be a two-pronged attack upon the anti-Mother forces which daily assault the life-giving waters of her cosmic womb.
Let the sacred-fire action of the violet flame restore the natural flow of Spirit and Spirit’s fire to provide the alchemy of transmutation within the seas, without which there can be no return to balance. And then let scientists, futurists, students and concerned citizens en masse rise up to defend the purity and power, the light and the jeweled crystal, the beauty and the bounty of our eternal sea that kisses the sky at the horizon line and provides the children of earth with vistas of eternity.
Under the direction of our hierarchs Neptune and Luara we the undersigned pledge our lives anew to the planetary transmutation of the collective unconscious repository of all that is in reverse of the ongoing tide of the divine plan. We not only transmit light but we transmute misqualified light that has become darkness and disease and death within earth’s waters. All that remains untransmuted within the subconscious of the people must also register as pollution.
In the physical waters of Earth we place ourselves upon the cross to be crucified with Him for the sake of our brothers and sisters who, though they are ignorant of our sacrifice, may benefit thereby and become the truly blessed when they can also take upon themselves the cross of all elemental life.
Even as the salamanders, sylphs and gnomes have said “We will bear all that we can bear”—so we say, Let us carry the maximum burden of darkness that light may be revealed. And to our hierarchs, the sons and daughters of God upon earth, we appeal for intercession and the education of the people by wisdom’s flame that the purification of the waters of the waters might be parallel with the purification of their sacred fires.
The computers in the retreat of the Ascended Master Cuzco and the data available through the retreats and outposts of Neptune and Luara reveal with mathematical certainty that unless the sons of God rise up in defense of elemental life and the integrity of the Earth body, certain cataclysm will not be averted.
We declare that we are here because of the splendid support of the ascended masters and their chelas. We serve with you that many more will join the ranks of the faithful who faithfully offer their dynamic decrees upon the Altar of Invocation.
Faithfully we decree with the rhythm of the tide, and the sounding of our Word is in the breaking of the wave and where the sea and the earth meet in the heart of the “mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud.”
The rainbow upon his head is our promise of a better tomorrow. And his face, as it were the face of the sun of righteousness, is our assurance that help through the Helper is on its way. And his feet as pillars of fire is the sign that the wisdom of the Son of God, dispensing sacred fire, stands firm in the Earth. And with his right foot upon the sea and his left foot on the earth he assures us of his commitment and the commitment of Almighty God to the balance of the four lower bodies of Earth and Earth’s children and the threefold flame in body, mind and soul.
To us the little book open in his hand is the teaching of Lord Maitreya, Lord Buddha, Lord Sanat Kumara through Jesus Christ and his messengers unto the nations. This little book is our hope that elemental life will one day be free through the enlightened, peaceful, and loving service of the children of the Sun.
Thus we seal you in our flame of hope, even as you are our hope. And we sign this our petition in the name of all life—human, elemental, divine.
[Thus] on behalf of the four cosmic forces we say, let the renewal of your cosmic cooperation with elemental life be the alchemy of the Holy Spirit whereby through the Father and the Son the abundant life is manifest through the elementals who are the children of the Buddha and the Mother. We are Neptune and Luara for the victory of the Woman clothed with the Sun
and her seed.
