We are confident that the dissemination of accurate information and the education of the people concerning the social, political and economic platforms that we have long espoused as well as those that we have exposed as counterproductive will bring about an awakening and a quickening, at least in those who are of the light. 3) As I raise my torch and I lift my lamp before the golden door, so rise, precious hearts, and raise your right hand. For in that hand I do place the torch of Liberty, the torch of illumination to the age! I pass that torch to you! And as infinity is one--one times one times one times infinity--so as I pass the torch that torch is still one. Cherish it, O tender ones, precious hearts of mine. Cherish the torch! Honor illumination!
And as your right hand holds the torch and blazes forth,so it shall also ignite the crown chakra of all mankind. Thus you go forth as lamplighters lighting the lamp of true Being, lighting the hearts of mankind. And all whom you contact will receive my direct blessing if you will but silently speak my name when you desire to anoint souls marching, souls merging, souls across the earth with the flame of cosmic illumination.
I charge you not to forget to do this this year, for the torch must be passed directly. For you have heard of apostolic succession. You have heard of the authority of the pope and of the priests of the Church coming down from Peter and from Christ. So I say to you, I give you the authority to pass the torch of illumination, for it is my authority to give. And therefore by the succession of the sons and daughters of Liberty you are charged with the authority to be Liberty in action, to be myself in the world of form, to be the flame of Liberty wherever you are!

4) I am the mother of media and of communication, for communication is at the flow of the nexus of the figure-eight and it is by the mercy of the technology of the Mother that all of this is the instrument in our hands.

5) You have seen how representatives in government have squandered vast quantities of America's wealth around the Earth, favoring this and that government and nation only to the detriment of America. And you have seen how so much wealth given to the unworthy and the ungrateful has evoked in them only hatred and more hatred, only more resentment of the light of the Christ consciousness, and you have seen how those allocations of funds intended for the masses of the people have gone into the purses of those in the top echelons.
As you pave the way for the light to descend then you will see that the efforts of many governments and many peoples through many avenues will begin to succeed. And you will also see that in every nation upon Earth there are those Americans who belong to this peculiar race--the I AM people--who are not afraid to pronounce the I AM name, to have it stamped in their foreheads and in the palms of their hands and to proclaim it to all.
Thus if you will make the call to me in the name of the Christ I shall be there to raise up in every nation, in every city that one soul who is the key to the unlocking of the heart chakra of that country.

6) I call forth the mighty threefold flame from the heart…of the light. And I demand this swelling of light and this manifestation of victory shall overturn the false ones and the fallen ones who have encamped themselves in the Babylonian tower, the Tower of Babel that sits now in New York as the nest of the fallen ones moving against the flame of true peace, the flame of purity, the flame of love, the flame of the intense action of Elohim. I call the American people to the visible accountability of the Law by the sacred action of truth. Hear our call and answer, O Elohim of God.

7) The City Foursquare is a matrix for the proving of the light of God in each of the seven rays. The action of the God of Gold is the instantaneous precipitation of the mind of God through the alchemy of the emerald and crystal ray.
Thus the second and the fifth rays become twinflames for the precipitation of God's will as the flow of supply and demand, which from this night forward we direct that children of God must demand as the abundance of God upon earth.
Gold, beloved ones, is necessary for the stability of consciousness as well as for the stability of the economies of the nations. Unless there be a certain portion of gold even in the temple,
Beloved ones, when you accept paper as a substitute for the promise from Alpha and Omega, as a substitute for that necessary focalpoint of the Cosmic Christ you cut yourself off from a very necessary flow of energy. The absence of gold, pure gold, and its formation into coins is one of the key reasons why there is such a serious condition in the psychology of men and women and children on earth today….
Beloved ones, if you would right the wrong that has been done to the people of Israel in this nation you must be prepared to wage one of the greatest battles of the battle of Armageddon. It is the battle to re-instate the flow of gold and to wrest from the fallen ones that gold and to return it to the lightbearers.

8) To you I give the strength. And the strength of your forehead is the strength of the all-seeing Eye. It is the strength of the sealing of that Eye which I shall seal this day!…
Withhold not the speaking of truth, for truth is a power that is the handmaid of the Holy Spirit and it will roll back the lie and the liar and consume error from the very face of the one who is the mouthpiece of error….Understand therefore that many withdraw and shrink from the necessary rebuke, both to the unrighteous and the righteous. Therefore I am compelled by the Almighty to rebuke each and every one of you….
When to speak, when not to speak: …you have seen that I have not allowed her to go out among these fallen ones coming from all directions in the media; and therefore I have done this very thing, to make her (the Messenger’s) tongue cleave to the roof of her mouth, to be dumb and not to be to them a reprover….
Therefore in the hour of great need, in the hour of the salvation of a planet and the winning of souls to the victory they (Cosmic Christs) accept the assignment of their own God-flame that is in tune with the whole. And they understand simultaneously by the law of God-harmony what is the note that is needed, what is the note which none other among the Earth’s evolutions has sounded. And therefore by their virtuosity they may sound that note and do so willingly. And therefore their preference is certainly a personal preference, but it is based upon the enlightenment of what is the greatest need within the community of the Holy Spirit.
Now you can understand as the Goddess of Liberty made known to you that until this hour the greatest need of the embodied Messenger was to hold the balance of light against the entire race of fallen ones on the planetary body. And therefore though other talents may be present or dormant this one note had to be sounded again and again and again, sounding the note hour after hour for the keeping of the flame.
Therefore, blessed hearts of light, when others hear that note and become students of that sound and are able to imitate the sound and finally bring it forth in full dimension--as you are arriving at that point of mastery--then the one that held the note may perhaps play another note that will be the step-up, the acceleration for all other notes to move into a higher octave.
This is the nature of the one who holds the nucleus of the mandala of light--the sounding of the keynote for the whole sphere of Christed ones, of millions of souls, holding a mandala of light. And therefore understand that in this hour we are also stepping up a new note and a new sound that shall henceforth emanate from the heart of the Messenger, as you come into position with your own rhythmic chord of life….
Listen well, O ye sons of light, for many a year will pass ere I come again, Cyclopea Elohim, to seal you by the power of the emerald ray!…
I speak to you of the danger of becoming one-sided in your delivery of the Word as you have received our blessing. The power of God is immense and so is its wisdom. Therefore when encountering the intensity of human creation in those to whom you preach the Word remember the balance of the Christ-flame of liberty, remember the balance of the violet flame. When you saturate yourself with violet flame you will make a more balanced Holy Spirit decision and delivery in your life.

9) It is truly an example of what we have taught you--that when the Word is spoken it reaches all upon earth of a similar wavelength and vibration. It is never limited to the immediate audience. And though without the amplification of satellite or modern systems of communication yet the earth-body itself records the Word, which is why the Word must be incarnate in you.
