Let us now take up the first principles of removing fear. If the strength of fear is directly related to the number of times the object of one’s fear has been revolved then would it not be the art of wisdom to unwind each turn of the wire on the pole of being? I ask you in God’s name!
Let us then recognize that through the power of the Holy Spirit and through the employment of thought and feeling in accordance with divine principles man is able to sweep aside the imperfection of centuries and to set at naught those disqualified energies which were never of God’s creation.
“The power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth” (Rom. 1:29) is wondrous to behold. When the sincere seeker begins to wield this power to cut himself free from those limiting conditions which he has created in the blindness of ignorance it is a sign unto God that he might be given a more than ordinary measure of assistance by those spiritual intelligence whom God has appointed to dispense justice to mankind….Then mankind will behold the radiant perfection of Being outpictured as the seamless garment of the living Christ daily enfolding them with a greater radiance so that they may take their place in the universal scheme as just men made perfect by love (Heb. 12:23).
To give degrees then according to the divine plan is to produce a renewal of that momentum of perfection which God originally implanted in the human heart. Decrees mightily assist in reinforcing the power of light, life and love that is within man….Let me tell you, beloved ones, that truth is always stranger than fiction. Certainly the mere vain repetition of words is in itself completely ineffectual, as Jesus taught (Matt. 6:7). Therefore the wrong premise exists in the minds of those who assume that the giving of decrees is vainly repetitious. Let those who would learn God-truth place their own ideas temporarily aside for a moment as I expound to those who are willing to become as little children for the purpose of receiving the instruction upon the importance of employing in the present day methods of dynamic decreeing.
Let those who will, assume the karmic responsibility of teaching men that dynamic decreeing is unnecessary….It is true that some may find that dynamic decreeing may disturb them at first simply because they have already obtained a habit pattern of great quietness in their communion with God. However even these, if they desire to do so, can determine to set aside all other conditions and concerns and obtain from properly directed decrees a benefit without equal….
It must be understood that decrees given without feeling and without thought will not produce the full perfection which they are intended to bring about, for man must have in his consciousness the correct patterns of thought and feeling which act as receptacles for the energies he invokes from the Godhead….The giving of each call with fervor and love automatically invoke the energies of the heavenly hots on behalf of the decreer and all mankind. In addition decrees are a definite statement of truth that the mind of the individual may follow to a logical conclusion. And in this case it is the conclusion of the Logos, of the Word that is made flesh by the power of the spoken Word, that is by the power of decrees. By cosmic Law the worded ideas must eventuate in actuality when they are released in the name of God and by the authority of the Christ-flame.
In giving decrees the use of the name of God which was given to Moses as “I AM that I AM” (Exod. 3:14) unlocks the power of the Most High for the benefit of the decreer and all who are within his sphere of influence. Thus the decree is imbued with the power of the Word, the spoken Word “without which was not any thing made that was made” (John 1:1-3).
The decree when given with reverence becomes a divine fiat rather than mere human wish-craft or the warring of minds pitted against one another through human wit-craft, mind-willing and mental hypnosis---practices which border on black magic, dangerous indeed, and which are without the authority of the divine aegis….
The faculties of mind and heart---especially their ability to magnetize healing energies of the sacred fire---are developed and expanded through harmonious use of decrees. The need for this mutuality is expressed in the commandment “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy strength and with all thy mind, and thy neighbor as thyself” (Luke 10:28). Decrees are a dynamic expression of one’s love for the LORD as that love is released through every aspect and potential of being. The giving of decrees is always to confer a benefit upon self and neighbor. The “who is my neighbor?” aspect has been explained in countless parables and wonderfully inspired writings in which mankind have already indulged themselves for a long time. It has become more general knowledge now that whosoever doth the will of God is the brother, the sister, the mother of all life (Matt. 12:46-50) and that all men are brothers under the Father/Mother God.
The tenets of most faiths support the statement “I AM my brother’s keeper” (Gen. 4:9)--
and this is as it should be, seeing that in reality all life is one….Every decree given in the name of the Christ for and on behalf of the least of these my brethren blesses the Christ in all mankind who comprise the body of the LORD. Of a truth whatever blesses one manifestation of the Christ blesses all manifestations of the Christ.
When sufficient expansion of consciousness has occurred, when feelings mount up and thoughts are rarefied and the decree has become a melody within the heart and soul, greater speed can be employed for the raising of the vibrations of one’s aura and one’s surroundings. The stepping-up of vibrations should always be governed by the inner voice of the heart and never by the human will or by a spirit of competition. Those who are familiar with the law of rhythm are aware of the fact that there is great power released in any action when many combine their energies and their voices in a dynamic release….
Let me say here for now and all time to come preceding the full manifestation of the golden age that decrees will always remain as a simple and effective method of obtaining great grace from God, assisting in the unwinding of spirals of negation from the human psyche, in the freeing of mankind from the effects of all inept weavings, and in the permanent establishment of a feeling of harmony within each lifestream….
I say to you today then, it costs you but a little to TRY to decree properly and faithfully….This shall result not only in freedom from fear and attendant worry but also in the establishment of such a climate of divine love and service as shall give you unlimited happiness in all the days to come….
Prayer based on fear stems from an era when mankind were not yet able to apprehend the implications of their soul’s relationship to their own God-identity. The idea of a man groveling before his God comes down from his ancient heritage. The past, woven over and over with the musty order of human decay, is the record of man’s descent from an awareness of immortal Selfhood to one of mortal selfhood.
The science of the spoken Word revealed by the ascended masters restores to mankind in this age the lost art of decreeing which was employed by sons and daughters of God in the early golden ages of Earth’s history which antedate the fall of both Atlantis and Lemuria. The practice of this science provides the way for their return to the original destiny in perfection before the expulsion from paradise.

You who have had the pain of sorrow, I say, come into my arms and be relieved of your burden. I AM your Mother of Mercy, I would bring to you the violet flame. And this violet flame is yours to keep if you will only ask for it.
The Law requires you to invoke the flame, precius ones, in order to receive the flame. And so we who are the ascended masters are also obedient to the Laws of God, and we admonish you also to pay allegiance. For out of Law comes the order of a cosmos, the structuring of life, the day-to-day ritual of the Sun and the stars and the turning of the Earth....
When you have called upon the law of forgiveness, when you have gone to the Christ Self who officiatres as the priest at the altar of your heart then be at peace. Know that the flame of forgiveness comes and is sustained by your own effort to right every wrong. When there is the repetition of wrongdoing, if this continues then the flame of forgiveness is withheld, for forgiveness cannot be given where there is not repentance and the return to the walk with God....
The first saying of the mantra is for the forgiveness of the self, and thereby you may forgive other selves. Be gentle with yourself. I AM Kuan Yin, I will come if you call me, but the mercy of the Law places this requirement: that you give the invocation, that you use the power of the Word in order to manifest the victory. Understand that the Earth has an illness, the planetary body itself has a sickness. The unguent/ the miracle drug/the cure is always and always and always the violet flame--the violet transmuting flame that sings as it consumes.
Why is it the singing flame? Because it sings the tune of the keynote of the atom. Whatever the substance--a tree, a flower, the mountains, the body temple, the soul--every atom and every molecule of Spirt and matter has its vibration, its keynote. And when the violet flame touches that particle it automatically sings the note of that substance, and that substance conforms to its own inner blueprint, its own inner harmony and the violet flame sings many, many melodies all of the day.
