Officer Wayne Isaacs told detectives and a 911 operator on July 4, 2016, that he shot Delrawn Small three times after he was punched in the face while at a red light on the corner of Atlantic Ave. and Bradford St. in East New York.  Isaacs, who was driving home about midnight after his shift at the 79th Precinct, had cut off Small’s car.
Retired Det. Vincent Falsitta, who had gone to Jamaica Hospital after the deadly shooting to document the facial injuries Isaacs reported, was asked Friday by Assistant Attorney General Joshua Gradinger whether he noticed any injuries.  “I did not see anything,” Falsitta replied.
Isaacs is facing 25 years to life in prison for second-degree murder charges.   http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/nypd-killed-delrawn-small-didn-injured-testimony-article-1.3594390

"An officer, who is so trigger-happy that he immediately shoots not once, not twice but three times and kills a civilian simply approaching his car, is a threat to public safety," Small's brother and sister said in a statement.  http://pix11.com/2017/11/06/nypd-officer-wayne-isaacs-found-not-guilty-in-shooting-death-of-delrawn-small/

284.  When I speak of the black ones I advise paying attention to their subtle methods and discerning how patiently they creep to the goal and how they choose shoulders behind which to screen themselves.  You do not see the black ones but the grey ones and almost white ones.       -M:  Hierrchy 1931
483.  And when I speak of caution I also have vibrations in mind, because many crosscurrents may create venomous combinations.  Therefore it is so important to know whence the vibrations come in order to accept them with the heart.  Wondrous is the current of the heart--being better than the telegraph it comprehends fusion.  The cognition of Hierarchy also leads to this; one must understand what signifies consciousness in the entire being.
486. There is also danger when the Indication is not executed immediately. Even in daily life if we ask someone to step aside, instead of doing so he will invariably ask the reason or at best he will look back and allow the stone to fall on his head.  It is the same with unsuccessful disciples.  Their hearts will be silent where one should act immediately.  This is also harmful for the heart itself, for what could be more destructive than unexecuted commands of the heart?  Though the heart be silent it does not mean that in its depth the telegraphic code is not accepted.  This is as dangerous as obscuring the heart by reason!  How many hearts have stopped owing to the tension of unexecuted commands!  The conflict between heart and reason is the saddest page of humanity.           -Morya:  Heart 1932

549.  people forbid conversation during music.  They are right--sound is so subtle that noises of speech can produce most irritating dissonances.  The subtle world in its higher spheres sounds indeed beautifully.
