Alum-functionalized graphene oxide nanocomplexes for effective anticancer vaccination

Aluminum-based adjuvant (e.g., aluminum oxyhydroxide (AlO(OH), known as the commercial Alhydrogel® (Alum)) is the first adjuvant to be used in human vaccines. Although Alum shows a robust induction of antibody-mediated immunity, its weak stimulation of cell-mediated immunity makes it a questionable adjuvant for cancer immunotherapy. Herein we described a novel formulation of Alum-based adjuvant by preparing AlO(OH)-modified graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets (GO-AlO(OH)) which, in addition to maintaining the induction of humoral immune response by AlO(OH), could further elicit the cellular immune response by GO. Similar to Alum, GO-AlO(OH) vaccine formulation could be constructed by the incorporation of antigen using a facile mixing/adsorption approach. Antigen-loaded GO-AlO(OH) nanocomplexes facilitated cellular uptake and cytosolic release of antigens and promoted DC maturation, thereby eliciting higher antigen-specific IgG titers, inducing robust CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte response, and inhibiting tumor growth in vivo. Furthermore by employing tumor cell lysate-based cancer vaccines, GO-AlO(OH) nanocomplexes led to significant inhibition of tumor growth and can be implemented as a personalized treatment strategy for cancer vaccine development. (Natural
News) A recent study from Israel about the efficacy of the Wuhan
coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine suggests that these injections are doing
more harm than good. The study which was published last month in
the medical journal Eurosurveillance detailed a nosocomial outbreak of
SARS-CoV-2 at Meir Medical Center in Israel. Nosocomial
means originating in a hospital.
It started when a fully vaccinated
dialysis patient confined in the hospital tested positive with the
virus. An outbreak occurred as the patient infected 42 out of 248 total
people exposed. Of the 42 individuals who tested positive for
COVID-19, all but three were fully vaccinated.
23 of the infected
were patients while 19 were hospital staff members. The fully
vaccinated patients suffered the most, with five dying and nine
experiencing severe illnesses. It is worth noting that two of the three
unvaccinated patients only experienced mild symptoms.
The authors
of the study expressed concern over their findings, saying that it
“challenges the assumption that high universal vaccination rates will
lead to herd immunity and prevent COVID-19 outbreaks. In the outbreak
described here, 96.2 percent of the exposed population was vaccinated.
Infection advanced rapidly (many cases became symptomatic within two
days of exposure) and viral load was high.”…People with natural immunity
to the virus--those who have recovered from COVID-19--appear more
protected than fully-vaccinated individuals.
Neurologist Dr.
Michael Segal explained why people vaccinated against COVID-19 are
still contracting and spreading the disease at a high rate. Segal wrote
in an article published by the Wall Street Journal that the
vaccines only stimulate internal immunity. Internal immunity protects
the inside of the body while mucosal immunity provides the first line
of defense by protecting the nose and mouth, and by doing so also
reduces spread to others. He said that all COVID-19 vaccines
“are largely ineffective at stimulating the secretion of a particular
form of antibodies called Immunoglobulin A (IgA) into our noses that
occurs after actual infection with a virus.”...
Multiple
studies have found that most people who have recovered from
COVID-19 retain a broad and durable immunity to the disease. After
people recover from infection with a virus the immune system retains a
memory of it. Immune cells and proteins that circulate in the body can
recognize and kill the pathogen if it’s encountered again, protecting
against disease and reducing illness severity.
An Emory
University study published in the journal Cell Reports Medicine found
that most of the patients who recovered mounted a strong and
wide-ranging immune response to the virus for at least the 250-day
duration of the study. The study involved 254 COVID-19 patients
between 18 to 82 years old, who provided blood samples at various points
for a period of over eight months beginning April last year. About 71
percent of the patients had mild disease, 24 percent experienced
moderate illness and five percent had severe disease.
Another
study, which was published on Jan. 6 in Science analyzed immune cells
and antibodies from almost 200 people who had been exposed to SARS-CoV-2
and recovered. Antibodies against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 were
found in 98 percent of participants one month after symptom onset. The
number of antibodies ranged widely between individuals, but their
levels remained fairly stable over time, declining only modestly at six
to eight months after infection.

Hotze touches on Young’s “special research” about the ingredients of the Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines. “Dr. Young has not only analyzed what’s in the injections, he’s analyzed what it does to the blood after it’s injected,” Hotze says.
Young mentions the methods he and his team used to scrutinize the individual ingredients found in COVID-19 vaccines. These include “very advanced” optical microscopes, electron transmission and scanning microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. According to Young these have enabled him and his team to look at the insides of organic and inorganic materials – including water materials.
“I call them ‘so-called vaccines’ because I was shocked by what was contained [in them] – which would actually take them out of the game, so to speak, if we’re talking sports. We’re no longer talking about vaccines, we’re talking about an inoculation of organic and inorganic material that’s quite disturbing – in fact, horrific,” Young says.
The research scientist also focuses on the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines and their use of mRNA technology. “The reason they genetically modify it is so they can patent this this concoction that they come up with and then label it a vaccine as if it’s going to provide some sort of immunity. I would say pseudo-immunity,” Young tells Hotze.
Hotze lauds Young for doing “the most extensive work” on evaluating the four COVID-19 vaccines. He then asks: “What’s in it that they haven’t told us about? Is there anything in it that’s concerning to you, or we should be concerned about?”
Young answers: “All of these vaccines contain graphene oxide and at different amounts. For example, [the] Pfizer [vaccine], which has claimed it contains no graphene oxide or iron oxide, is approximately 98 percent graphene oxide,” he tells Hotze. The research scientist also elaborates on why graphene oxide in vaccines is something to watch out for. Young explains: “It’s not an electron donor. It’s a proton donor and it literally takes up electrons, so it takes life force energy from you. It has been identified by other scientists as cytotoxic, meaning it destroys the cell membrane. It’s genotoxic which means it destroys or mutates the genetics of the cell or has the capacity to do that.[With] the combination of iron it is now magnetotoxic – therefore making it a bio-sensor type material. So it’s electrical and it’s magnetic at the same time because of the combination of these two metals in a nanostate that is going to specific areas of the body such as the female and male reproductive organs, the bone marrow and the heart – leading to myocarditis, pericarditis and symptomologies that are very, very serious.”
Young slams vaccine makers for their refusal to disclose the full ingredient list of COVID-19 vaccines. He notes that vaccine vials usually come with a safety and ingredients sheet as required by law. However Young says that not all vaccine makers are truthful with this sheet as some of them do not divulge other ingredients use in the shots.
Hotze comments: “We know that they have proprietary substances in there that they haven’t revealed in the patent. They don’t believe they have to reveal them, and you studied it.”
Young says that is exactly what motivated him to take a closer look at the COVID-19 vaccines. In the case of mRNA vaccines he notes that the modified mRNA coated in polyethylene glycol delivers specific instructions to specific areas of the body. “That becomes very important because in their statements, these pharmaceutical companies have stated that the inoculation stays at the site of the inoculation [and] it doesn’t disperse out. This is not the case,” Young points out.
