As the twinflame of blessed Saint Germain I am so grateful for opportunity to speak to the many readers of the lovely Pearls of Wisdom which are so rhythmically sent forth from the hearts of all the ascended masters and cosmic beings.
Have you thought about the balancing of life’s energies, dear ones? Nature is perhaps the finest balancer operative in the visible realm. The water supply of the planet is usually well distributed and redistributed; although it is constantly flowing onward, so many parts of the world are recipients of just the right amount of rain so as to neither drown the crops nor dry them up.
Now you too can call balance in your mind, world and affairs and between your thinking and feeling bodies. All through life balance is needed. The mental and feeling worlds of mankind have sorely suffered most, with few being in proper balance. Most conflicts occur because of this, and it serves the nefarious ends of some men to keep parts of life in a semi-disturbed or unbalanced state.
In the holy name of freedom, in blessed Saint Germain’s dear name I ask you, children of the light, should we be content to see this be so? Let us rally our energies to take full advantage of the opportunity Life offers to unascended beings and ascended beings to work together in the truly magnificent service of freeing a planet and its people.
Personal freedom is of course necessary for all, but it is seldom understood. Now so many hearts are so contrite, so many hearts are so good and want so much to do right yet continue on in a vicious and binding habit shearly for lack of proper understanding. Notice that I say “proper understanding” which shows that things ought to be carried out the ascended masters’ way rather than for the personal or human glory of individuals.
Beloved Jesus once declared that all who had left father, mother, sister and brothers for the kingdom’s sake, that is to say, had sought first for the kingdom of heaven and its right use of Life’s energies, would not only have the good of the kingdom but all these things added unto them also.
I want to remove from the consciousness of the students any conception that a loss of freedom or a loss of treasure is brought about through serving the light. The divine Law can never err, and God’s perfect balance declares that all who serve the light in due time shall find that the light will turn and serve them.
During these few weeks we lady masters have desired to come forth with a few words of assistance and healing gleaned from our wisdom. Therefore you are now hearing from several of us who have been so honored because of our momentums as to be called the Goddess of one or another particular blessed quality of the Godhead. We developed quite a capacity for understanding and amplifying that particular and specific quality which became then our appellation.
Because Saint Germain has so amplified freedom and expanded it on Earth it is my wish to contribute to the expansion of both justice and opportunity to receive it for all. Our joint service is one of freedom and opportunity under the Spirit of divine Justice.
The blessed Goddess of Liberty told the recent New York class that she would welcome anyone who wished to ask for the privilege to the Halls of Karma (the hierarchial Supreme Court) where all adjustment and balance of mankind’s requests and cases are decided. She said the deliberations there were fair, wise and helpful to every lifestream. I add my invitation to hers to all who believe in Justice—and even those who do not. Go and see, dear hearts, if you wish. Just ask and receive. The universe is your home. Regardless of appearances at times in Earth’s valleys, Justice, Mercy and Love always ultimately triumph!

The oft-repeated tale of the unfortunate maiden whose life was forfeited in innocence-- she having been falsely accused of stealing a string of pearls--is a classic illustration of the miscarriage of human justice. The figure of Justice holding the scales stood in the town square where she suffered her cruel fate. Her innocence was proclaimed by heaven when a bolt of lightning struck the scales of justice, dashing them to the street and revealing within one of the scales a swallow’s nest in which had been woven by the birds...the lost string of pearls.
Blessed Ones, may I remind that it is not the blindness of heaven nor of the Goddess of Justice which convicts the innocent but rather a lack of discernment and concept of true equity on the part of mankind that does injustice to Justice. The existence of Courts of Last Resort and Courts of Appeal testifies to man’s recognition that all administration of so-called justice, meted out by men, is not truly just. For this reason the great masters have always admonished, “Judge not.” And yet those charged by law with the responsibility of interpreting and administering those codes which have been enacted as means of maintaining orderly government upon Earth are, in most cases, acting according to their highest concepts of truth. The latter, for the most part, do attempt to establish in their decisions and decrees those traditions which will make the rule of law a blessing rather than a bane.
Mankind are often prone to criticize that which they do not thoroughly understand. Notwithstanding, progressive suggestion and understanding must replace ignorant faultfinding in regard to the necessary laws of the nations which are indeed complex, being based as they are upon centuries-old precedent and the experience of many astute and sincere men and women.
The rule of Justice is intended to be one of Law, and the purpose of Law is to secure the blessings of Liberty to all men and their posterity. Safety throughout the tenure of earthly life includes the rights of property and person. National law supersedes state law in the united community of states. International Law ought then to supersede that of each nation and strengthen the bond of world Equity. Men ought to gaze upon the phenomenon of Law as the rule of Justice and seek to establish Las as Justice.
Come now, let us reason together: when the Golden Rule is loved, understood and obeyed by all will not divine compassion governing in each individual life make the rule of law unnecessary? Likewise will not this Golden Rule Oversoul act as a universal mandate to relieve the necessity of human law? Yet woven in the great Temple Courts of Atlantis where the magnificent spiritual inheritance of Atla ruled, some degree of Justice was administered as a public necessity by the high priests of Atlantis.
The intentions of men are weighed carefully by the Karmic Board, it is true, in meting out the Justice of heaven, but greater by far than all human well-meaning are the results of men’s acts upon one another. Of course through misunderstanding and misinterpretation many have suffered in a most dire manner at the hands of another whose every intent was good. Each case then brought before the Great Karmic Board requires the utmost skill in order to set before each lifestream and all parties to every case the greatest possible opportunity to work out their individual destinies under divine guidance so as to afford the greatest possible degree of spiritual progress.
O, mankind, in all of your hearts’ cries for divine Justice and for justification of yourselves do you not realize that the best gifts are obtained from God for the asking, and that through the just use of those gifts you attain new and untapped treasures of your infinite inheritance? Do you not know that through obtaining from the hand of heaven such gifts as wisdom and justice (manifest as a spiritual sense of discernment) you can find greater happiness here and now and more glorious spiritual freedom through the unfolding of the divine plan for you? So many call for Justice yet upon themselves practice the most frightful deceits!
Honest evaluation of your immortal God-given treasures which are administered by heaven without partiality or favor will cause you to seek your own portion of God’s wonderful Law of Justice. Mere words can never describe what a blessing you will obtain or how much freedom you will enjoy when you cut yourselves free from the need to feel bound by human concepts. I do not imply that all human use of thought has evolved wrong concepts; I simply report that those which are not founded upon justice and truth are erroneous and those which are founded upon the law of righteousness are a part of cosmic honor and righteousness.
It is the real and divine sense of heavenly justice that I would inspire within you, the feeling of security that rises in the hearts of those whose every thought and deed can echo the inscription upon the coins of the United States “IN GOD WE TRUST.” O in the name of cosmic justice let men and women hourly reiterate their faith and trust in God, and let them do so in the spiritual awareness of the vibrant reality of cosmic justice permeating the universe. I come bearing the flame of justice for the nations of Afra. I come as the forerunner of his mission. I come with a dispensation from the Lords of Karma for the sons and daughters of Afra and for the children of God upon this continent.
I AM Portia, twinflame of freedom. I AM justice, and justice weighs in the scales of God and of the great Law the karma of a people, the karma of a continent. And therefore do the Lords of Karma right opportunity.
Dispensations of the energies of the sacred fire may be given when the people themselves have shown that they may give and give again of their hearts’ light. And so you see the kindling fires of dispensations begin on the altars of Earth, and from the altars of Earth the incense of dedication rises and the fires of opportunity are kindled on the altars of heaven. As above, so below we would manifest the victory of the flame of
Now you have heard the word of the Mother of the Flame giving opportunity for you to accomplish in the flame of Christ the gathering of the elect and the souls of light in this nation and on this continent. As she spoke to you it was by our authority, for this is a part of the divine plan and dispensation: that you will be given certain energies and certain momentums to infire you in a twenty-four month program in order to see what you will accomplish for our Church Universal and Triumphant, to see how you will organize yourselves, how you will make the Teachings available, how you will draw lightbearers into the Teachings of the science of the spoken Word.
At the end of twenty months from her departure the Lords of Karma will make their assessment as to your accomplishment, your effort, your selfdiscipline. And we will render our decision and our determination for the return of the Messenger and those who will accompany her to Ghana, to Nigeria and to the other nations that you will have opened for the ascended masters.
Truly you must affirm within your heart as the affirmation of your God-determination: “I AM the open door which no man can shut!” Will you affirm this with me this day, beloved hearts of light? [Audience proclaims with Portia:] I AM the open door which no man can shut! (3x)
The Lords of Karma have opened the door this day to the coming of the ascended master Afra who will speak to you on the morrow, on Saint Germain’s day. In order for the beloved Afra to speak to you it was also necessary for the dispensation to come forth. And because you have given your hearts’ love and your decrees and you have placed your causal bodies at inner levels on the altar of God for the people of this continent so the dispensation was given.
And so you will see that by the multiplication factor of the Christ consciousness within you, by the ascended master consciousness of the hosts of the Lord you can multiply your energies and your efforts, your ministry, your pilgrimage, your evangelism in the Mother- flame.
You can bring forth upon this continent the hosts of the Lord, the light for freedom! And Afra and the people of Afra may assume their rightful role in the position of leadership to the developing nations of this Earth. This then is what we must accomplish in these twenty months, aside from your pursuit of the divine plan for the expansion of the Church.
You must move diligently to compose the decrees and inserts for each and every nation, for the leadership and for the people. You must form committees, you must have in your own church or workshop [a time when] you define the specific problems of each nation. Determine what these are and assign members of your church to decree for the people and for transmutation of these problems.
It is the desire of the Lords of Karma to see the continent [of Africa] rise and to see it rise as a whole as each individual nation comes to that place of elevating the Christ consciousness in the specific chakra assigned to that nation that each nation may assume that place in the mandala of the Mother for the people of Afra.
We must see then that the fires of freedom and of alchemy will unite those who have retained their sense of tribalism in selfishness, who have retained their policies of separateness and who therefore are no better than those who have come from other nations into this continent to rule the people and to trade with the people and sometimes to exploit the people.
Do you understand then that your accusations of the sins against Afra must be clearly understood, that there are sins within and without that must be eradicated, and there cannot be the greater vision of the whole, the largesse of the great heart of Afra while there are petty divisions and jealousies and one tribal unit spying on another tribal unit and one vying for economic advantage over another?
These are the schisms within that must be healed, for ye are brethren. Ye have come out of the womb of the Cosmic Virgin and your light has shone unto the Ancient of Days. Your light has shone in the early golden ages, but you allowed that light to be captured by the fallen ones and black magicians who have projected those divisions and schisms among you. And even unto this hour souls of light are yet aligned on this side and that side, for none have the vision of the Christ consciousness save those who are the devotees in the whitefire core of the Mother and of the churches that uphold the flame of freedom.
This then is my request to Keepers of the Flame: that you visualize the violet flame rising like the Mother chakra, with that whitefire from the base of the spine, that you begin at that point of Cape Horn, that you begin at the very base of Afra [Africa], that you visualize the flame of Mother rising, flanked on either side by legions of violet-flame angels, and that in the name of Christ you demand the end to all strife within and without.
And in the name of Saint Germain claim the land of Afra for the Mother, for Saint Germain, for the people of Afra and for the sons and daughters of God upon this continent! And then you will see that there are children of Afra in all of the races. There are people who have come here from every continent who are also a part of that inner mandala.
The ascended masters will never pursue a policy of racism on any continent. You must understand that there are souls of light who belong to this unit of hierarchy who are here, and there are others who have taken advantage of the scene in every race.
Therefore let those who would inherit the earth of Afra be known by their light and not by the color of their skin or their origin or their tribal origin, but let them be known by the supreme light of God. Let everyone who was born upon this continent then be called before the Lords of Karma, and let them make the commitment to move forward with the policies of freedom and equal opportunity for every living soul. Those who refuse to come into alignment with the will of the Lords of Karma and with the divine plan will then show themselves that they are not truly of the children of Afra but they have come as interlopers from other systems of worlds, other planetary bodies as well as other nations upon this Earth.
Therefore from the north to the south, from those who count themselves as Muslims, as Christians, as followers of the light of the ancient past and those who have no commitment at all, let all those who live upon this soil—from the Mediterranean to the very tip of the fiery core of the Mother- flame—make that decision to give that portion of energy, that energy of the heart that is the requirement of the Law for a united continent and a united consciousness.
Therefore will justice reign, and so it will be unto this land according to the response of those who have the science of the spoken Word. And those who will to invoke the fires of freedom will have their reward, and their reward shall be to see with their very eyes the transformation of this land. And those who fail to invoke the violet flame and to give the just portion of the requirement of the Law of their daily energies unto this cause of the Great White Brotherhood will find themselves without that reward.
So it shall be, and the Law is accurate. And not one jot or one tittle of the Law shall pass until all be fulfilled. So let it be known that the Keeper of the Scrolls and the Angels of Record are keeping the accounts of every lifestream. And those who have abused power will no longer be allowed to abuse power, and those who have waited as the meek will now inherit the earth from the north to the south, from east to west.
Beloved ones, I bring you the divine plan of the Lords of Karma, and I bring you the dispensations that come as the result of the judgment administered through the admonishments of the archangels. Now you must understand that in time and space the cycling of the judgment into manifestation is always according to the confirmation of the judgment by the sons and daughters of God. You then by divine decree of the Logos within you must confirm the judgment where you are, and this is done as you give your affirmations, as you affirm the judgments that are written by the archangels delivered from the flaming ones, Alpha and Omega.
These statements of the archangels written in the Pearls of Wisdom must be made into fiats and affirmations so that right within the temple of God where you stand you must confirm the judgment of the Fallen One! You must call for the binding of the carnal mind, the Dragon, Beast, False Prophet, the anti-Christ and the Great Whore!
Every aspect of the perversion of the Mother-flame, of Father, Son and Holy Spirit must first be challenged within the temple of being. This is your very own microcosmic pyramid of life. You must build from the center of the pyramid the flame of the ascension! You must call it forth! You must call for the manifestation of the Christ Self within you who will not only be your advocate before the Court of Sacred Fire and before the Lords of Karma but who will also officiate as priest of sacred fire in the temple of your being.
And therefore you see, your own beloved Christ Self is your certain defense. Your Christ Self abides in the truth of your soul evolution, and therefore whatsoever you are in manifestation and whatsoever goeth forth from your mouth as the Word of the Lord and of the Teaching, this shall be the manifestation of your own judgment.
Let souls of the beloved of Afra draw forth now the light of the I AM Presence. - Let the Christ Self draw nigh to this, thy people. Let there be a reestablishment of individual Self-worth. Let there be reestablishment of the Christ consciousness. Let each individual know himself then as a child of God first, as emerging with the sons and daughters of God. Let each child know himself as the one that is becoming the example of the Christ to all.
Let the consciousness of worthlessness, of condemnation and accusation leveled against the children of God throughout the Earth be lifted from this people and this continent, and let elemental life join hands with the souls of these children. And let them rejoice in the flame of freedom that has become, through my hand this day, the flame of opportunity to all!
So as you confirm the light within you as you work the works of God in man day and night, as you espouse work as the virtue and as expansion you will find the alchemy of change manifesting in many ways—sometimes as the bringing forth and exposure of corruption, sometimes as chaos, sometimes as cataclysm, sometimes as a change in conditions of weather. But always and always the flame of Mother accompanied by the violet flame is moving toward ultimate destiny and the divine plan of a continent and a people.
I AM Portia. I stand sponsoring you also, as I have sponsored Keepers of the Flame in the United States to be partakers of the Order of the Emerald Cross. And I send to you also each day the angels of justice who will come to awaken you in early hours of the morning in order to call you to a new day of opportunity to be love in manifestation.
Call then to Portia as you call to Saint Germain. Call to the legions of angels, and call for God-justice in your life. Then I will send my flame and the rain of mercy. Then I will send the winds of the Holy Spirit. Then I will send the scales of justice for the judgment. And when the judgment comes into your life as the Holy Spirit you will find that darkness and the light are separated, and you will see that darkness for what it is and you will say: “Be cast into the flame!”
And you will see the light of your actions past and present, and you will say “By God’s grace I AM that light! By God’s grace let the I AM THAT I AM in me multiply that light! Let the Christ multiply it, and let the flame of freedom come forth to consume every lesser manifestation!”
Each time you call for the judgment there is the separation--the separation of the milk and cream of consciousness. And so in the separation, the dividing of the way there is the resurrection, there is the ascension, there is the transfiguration. And that portion of the self that is designed by God to live forevermore in His kingdom will rise into that consciousness, and that portion of self that is designed to die daily will die daily and one more aspect of the lesser self will go into the flame.
Therefore is the judgment the greatest gift of love to the children of God and the greatest gift of love to the fallen ones. For the time of the judgment brings to the fallen ones the shortening of the days of their evil ways so that they are not allowed to continue to make that karma that will eventually result in the second death, the very death of the soul.
The judgment then is the highest love of God. Let the children of God rejoice in this judgment. Let them be alive! Let them be quickened! Let them live forevermore!

I am drawing the circle of my heart, my flaming heart of cosmic justice, around this forcefield which I desire to make permanent in the city of Chicago--if you will will it so, if you will decree it so and if you will secure this home of light. Thus the reinforcement to the heart of the Earth as a shaft of cosmic justice will begin the rolling back that is the requirement of the hour.
It is the rolling back of those situations of cosmic injustice that are rooted in the nations–those individuals who have raised themselves up in positions of power that is the anti-power of the Almighty. These are the ones who must be rolled back by the sacred fire of your very soul and heart and mind! For soul, heart and mind within you is a most blessed trinity of dedication to freedom. And without the physical platform of evolution these three cannot function....
Hour by hour the burdens upon this nation are such as to bow down even elemental life. And then come the Keepers of the Flame again reinfusing the atmosphere and the Earth body with the necessary momentum of light and we are able to hold the balance and adjudicate these matters.
You have heard of the alignment of planets known as the Jupiter Effect. You have heard then of the expectancy of conditions in the planetary body difficult to be dealt with by humanity. All of this is because this Jupiter Effect represents the alignment of karmic energies in the Dark Cycle--turning then toward the fullness of the fourteen-year cycle, reaching that moment under the hierarchy of Capricorn when an extraordinary momentum of cosmic justice must descend.
And what is cosmic justice, my beloved? It is justice unto the Lord God Almighty which returns to Earth those accumulated momentums that are blocking the light, blocking the great golden age. And therefore, beloved ones, you can expect in the coming year, in the coming twelve-month cycle itself a certain acceleration of light that must, and I say must, be watched by Keepers of the Flame! must be guarded against! And there must be such an intensity of violet flame so that we may continue our rescue mission to those souls of light who have not yet come into the knowledge of their mighty I AM Presence....
The torch is indeed passed. And we have seen this hour as the hour of torches passing. And millions upon millions of Keepers of the Flame in higher octaves have transferred to you and other millions upon Earth the mighty sacred fire of their causal body momentum of this living flame of cosmic freedom! And therefore in every nation there is a great surging of the light of freedom--only to be put down and put back by the fallen ones who have assembled themselves in positions of power and who have raked to themselves--in their gambling casinos, in their organized crime, in their manipulation of the economy and Federal Reserve System–this nation’s wealth and the wealth of nations....
Beloved ones, everywhere we look the fallen ones seem to be in possession of power! But this is the seeming of maya. You must deny it, denounce it and affirm God-reality. You must affirm sons and daughters of God in these positions of power. And you must look to your own heart and temple and say: Why, lo! I AM that son of God! And I AM the authority for the Almighty One in the Earth! Mighty I AM Presence, come down and sweep through me now! Blaze through me now! Establish your mighty dazzling light of perfection where I AM! Send forth the Word! Consume in me all ignorance of the great Law! Let illumination and enlightenment of the Great Central Sun Magnet flow through me! flow through me! flow through me! I will not take no for an answer! I summon legions of fiery salamanders, gnomes, sylphs and undines and hosts of mighty seraphim to come forth and march with me into action in the sacred fire!...
Therefore we will accelerate. And we hurl our mighty sphere of light! It is a golden purple-violet sphere descending out of God, descending out of the Great Central Sun. This dazzling golden-violet sphere of light descends into the very heart of America. It descends into this forcefield. And now as it comes closer and closer to Earth by the action of the violet-flame angels, the Angels of the Golden Age (and there are Angels of the Golden Age waiting to precipitate that age!) there comes into the very heart of America a contact-point through this heart chakra at inner levels to the hearts of the people of light–that awareness of the imminent golden age through the God of Gold and through the blessed violet flame.
