Saturn starts its new cycle at 0 degrees Capricorn, running for 29.5 years, at 8:48 pm PST on 19 December 2017, Tuesday.
Solstice comes at 21 December 2017 at 8:30 am PST, Thursday.
In both cases there is a group moving together into the new cycle: Jupiter at one-eighth of circle to Sun and Saturn, Venus in parallel declination to Sun, Uranus at trine to Sun and Saturn. On solstice the Moon goes to one-tenth of circle to Sun and Saturn; Neptune is at one-fifth of circle to Saturn and Sun. I come as the white flame of your desiring to be more of Life, to be aware of Life beyond this sphere. And when by contact of desiring you reach the bounds of the habitation of the Lord God then He Himself will propel your consciousness into the heart of the Divine Mother who lives and moves in this plane, throughout this stratum of awareness, that you might define purpose, principle, precept and power.
The reign of the Universal Mother is inaugurated this year as the crown of life was placed on the head of one who bears the flame of Mother here on Terra. Of course, precious ones, as Jesus the Christ inaugurated the era of the divine sonship whereby all mankind might become sons of God, daughters of God so the purpose of the coming of the Mother-flame into the Western Hemisphere is that ultimately each man and each woman might revere the body temple as Mother Herself that provides the place, the temple where Father might be worshiped.
To hallow Mater and each cell of life as the opportunity to raise the feminine ray and expand that identity--this is our purpose, this is our coming. For you see, America is that place prepared, that wilderness where the Divine Woman should appear and bring forth the Divine Manchild. The time must come then that her people, a mighty people united in the flame of the Son, should rise to the awareness of the origin of the Son, for without the Mother there can be no Son. And so you see, Mother is just another aspect of the Godhead, of the I AM Presence, of the God consciousness.
What is the awareness of Mother? It is first of all the tenderness and the nearness of God whereby you perceive that you are loved in a vast universe and that you are not alone. The sense of aloneness is always dispelled by the Mother’s footstep, the tender touch, the caress of the soul….
The Mother is the crystal clarity that defines the Trinity, that portrays the Mother of Christ, the daughter of God, the Bride of the Holy Spirit, the sister of every pilgrim on the path. The Mother is the listening ear that hears the thoughts, the trials, the worries of Her children, that comforts all in the release of the Holy Spirit.
I come as from out of the great deep, from the shores of reality. And I behold how the waters of life flow freely as the essence of the Mother, as that energy in motion that is the abundance of God. I AM the fullness of Omega, of every form that proclaims the unity of Mother and of all who have ever overcome through the flame of Mother. I AM the fire in the feminine ray….
I AM the God within you that identifies the real from the unreal, and I AM the sword within you that cleaves asunder the real from the unreal. I AM the eternal oneness of the resurrection flame raising you to the permanent identity in God in the permanent atom of Being. My love is with you as a golden-pink sphere until the hour of your victory in love.

I come as the Starry Mother and I come in the flame of the composition “Stabat Mater,” the Starry Mother of Venus. I choose this for the precipitation of the diamond of my heart today. For I have gone north and south and east and west. I have traversed Terra as a maiden gathering daisies and stars and star fires, gathering angels and elementals into my basket.
What I have been gathering are the causal bodies of feminine beings who have earned the ascension from Terra and the causal bodies of starry mothers throughout a cosmos--of Mary and of Kali and of Durga and of Saint Thérèse, Saint Joan and mothers unknown whose names you have not heard who have cradled the Christ and given the Christ Child to a world, who have seen their Christed ones go forth to be slain on the battlegrounds of Terra.
I come to call the Mother within all. The Mother is rising, rising! The Mother is the movement of cosmic forces from the center of the Earth, and the Mother is the flow of fire and of lava, of earthquake and of cataclysm. As you hear the ominous strains in “Stabat Mater” you know that all life awaits the coming of the Mother with uncertainty and trepidation. “What will Mother say when she finds me outside the presence of the One?”
The coming of the Cosmic Virgin to Terra is a moment in eternity. The coming of the veiled light, the coming of the great One who holds the promise of the ascension of every son and daughter is foretold by the ancients, East and West. In myth, in legend, in the subconscious of humanity there is almost a foreboding of the hour of the coming of the Mother.
For the Mother comes with a love so intense as to be the discipline of fire, and Her children know that She will extract from them a high manifestation of order and honor. She will not tolerate the dark deceptions of the fallen ones and the carnal mind. She will rout the demons from the nurseries and the schools and the homes where they come to gnaw upon the light of the precious children, to steal their bodies. So She comes with the sword of Kali, swinging that sword of fire!…
I place the diamond, the precipitation of the momentum of the Mother, in the heart of the Mother of the Flame that there might be a physical focus of the judgment of the Mother in Terra. And let the house of the Mother that is the house of the secret rays focus the momentum of the World Mother until all mankind have raised the light of Kali, the light of Kundalini, until all mankind have raised the soul and the feminine principle, the intuition of the five secret rays in the whitefire core. Now watch, O children, how the Mother steps forth from the nucleus of the atom. Behold, She is here!
