As we imitate the path of Jesus Christ and other rabbis and teachers who have become one with Tiferet (Hebrew: literally "adornment"; the compassionate heart of beauty/balance) we are increasing the light of Tiferet within us. It is this light of Tiferet that will turn back the force of wrongful judgment….
The masculine side of our nature corresponding to the left (hemisphere of the) brain is mental, reasoning and analytical. The feminine side side of our nature corresponding to the right brain is caring, nurturing, sensitive and intuitive--and therein lies its strength. Yet this intuitive (yin) quality is what also leaves the feminine part of us vulnerable because she must remain open.
In the account of Adam and Eve in Genesis Eve represents our feminine, intuitive side. In her openness Eve was receptive to the serpent, but she lost her objectivity and got sucked into the perversion of the left-brain, male logic of that cunning agent of the Other Side.
