7) In 1945 at the conclusion of World War II, China was in the midst of a civil war. Nationalist forces led by Chiang Kai-shek outnumbered the Communist forces led by Mao Tse-tung five to one. By 1949 the situation was reversed: the Nationalists had retreated to the island of Formosa (Taiwan) and Mao controlled the mainland….
It is unclear whether Truman fully understood the effects of his policy, but the clique of Mao supporters whom he appointed to the State Department’s Office of Far Eastern Affairs undoubtedly did.
Truman’s step-by-step betrayal of the Chinese is worth studying. At the end of 1945 he appointed Gen. George C. Marshall his special representative in China and instructed him to threaten to cut off United States aid unless Chiang declared a truce with Mao and began negotiations to form a coalition government in which the Communists were represented…Communist and Nationalist troops. He also began negotiations with Mao to allow him a position in a new government….
Henceforth the Nationalists received little U.S. aid while the Soviets aided Mao’s forces. Stalin gave Mao all the weapons and equipment left in Manchuria by 700,000 surrendering Japanese troops at the end of World War II as well as nearly 600 shiploads of unused American lend-lease equipment which we had given the Soviets to fight the Japanese. The Nationalist forces retreated to Taiwan, completing their withdrawal December 7, 1949. The West hailed Mao as a potential moderate, a Nationalist figure who would not necessarily be aligned with Moscow. But since the Communists established the People’s Republic of China on October 1, 1949 (thanks to the government of the United States of America), they have killed from 33 to 61 million Chinese, according to a report released by the Senate Subcommittee on Internal Security in 1971.

Although the press in this nation is relatively free from the controls that exist in communist countries, yet the control of the press by large syndicates and private enterprises ensures that certain editorial policies and certain political viewpoints are the only ones that are voiced in certain newspapers.
You will find that there has been a movement during the past century to put the newspapers and media in the hands of the certain few who then control the thinking of those in many cities. You will find that all is not the pure and the unbiased as some would like to think. And yet there is greater freedom here than anywhere.
I say then in the name of the Christ: roll back the abuses of the freedom of speech, the freedom to worship, and the freedom of the press! Let that guarantee be for the right to assemble—the fourth of the sacred freedoms! Let it be burned now into the very soil and into the very heart of America!
Precious ones, when you are denied the right to assemble you are denied the unity of your Christ-flame! For the fallen ones know that in union—in the union of decrees and the spoken Word and in union of hearts one in the flame of divine love there is the victory of the Aquarian age!
Do you realize that in Rio de Janeiro today if you are going to host a party you must first register that party with the dictatorship? Do you realize that you must have permission to have a group of people in your home that you must state the reason for that group, and if there are any political connotations you are denied that right?
Do you realize how in many nations the churches are state controlled? The protestant churches of Europe--many are state controlled. And therefore any attempt to insert anything but the standard teachings of the Protestant revolt is put down and turned back.
Do you not understand that were you to go out and attempt to establish a movement such as this one in almost any other nation, the carnal mind would move in a much greater dimension than that which you are faced with even here and now?
I come then to erect the four sacred freedoms as four pillars of fire and of the flame of freedom within your four lower bodies! I demand and I command in the name of Christ that the flame of freedom shall now seal in every heart and in the consciousness of these Keepers of the Flame here and throughout the world the true matrix of freedom of speech, freedom to worship, freedom of the press and freedom to assemble. So let it be, for without these sacred freedoms the planet is doomed.
I say this as I level with you about my assessment of world conditions. Therefore under my direction as I have pledged my flame of freedom to the Goddess of Liberty there has been released and delivered into our hands this day that medallion of light that is for celebration of the two-hundredth anniversary of the freedom of this nation, of the Declaration of Independence. I choose to make this announcement this day in order to counteract all condemnation of the fallen ones and the Liar and his lie so that you might know that Hierarchy is very much involved in the economy of this nation! I have stood forth in Keepers of the Flame meetings! I have given dictations, and you have read the dictation of Orion, the Old Man of the Hills! You have received the warning of imminent collapse of the economy and of the need to convert to a system of the divine flow of supply and demand!
I say therefore: where else but in the heart of the ascended masters’ activity should we initiate our spiral of victory and of vision and of light of the Divine Mother for transformation of this economic system, these Luciferian controls, the infiltration of the Federal Reserve and control and spawning of that octopus over America through the Federal Reserve banks?
I say, O beloved ones, lift up your hearts and see that the most vital decrees you can give are those that are concerned with the economy of your life and of your life’s energies. This nation could be destroyed tomorrow simply by decision of the few elite, economic advisers and those who control the wealth of a nation.
Precious hearts, nothing is so precarious in this hour as the economy of this nation which spells the destiny of the economy of all nations.
Therefore let it be according to your freewill whether or not you shall receive and take to your heart this image of the Goddess of Liberty. Let it be according to your freedom. But I have spoken! I have set my seal! And the Goddess of Liberty once again has taken this coin as the focus of the flame of liberty for the moving [forward of] mankind and in an attempt to make the transition into a golden age.
All hangs in the balance! You have looked for prophecy. You have looked for revelation. You have said to our Messenger, “How long? How long is opportunity? When is cataclysm? When will this and that happen?” The ascended masters do not know. The Messengers do not know. And we are not making predictions. For all hangs in the balance, and the balance is the scales of Libra. And so the final twenty-five-year cycle of the century is in the light of Libra as the light of the Holy Spirit, as the light of the cloven tongues of fire.
The balance is delicate. If you have ever worked with a balance scale, you will notice that a feather will tip the scales. You will notice that a ripple of irritation or of condemnation will tip the scales and cause you to be out of harmony with the light and with the Christ.
In the tipping of the scales there is a loss of light and energy and momentum, and then you find that for a mere triviality a battle is lost. For a mere expression of the ego or a point of human stubbornness that will not give in, usually over a pea pod, so the entire line of cosmic beings must forfeit this energy, which is thereby assigned to the fallen ones, who are then given the very allotment of energy that should have passed in harmony from your hands to the people of light throughout the planetary body.
Do you understand that when you break your harmony, when you allow division, you prick the tube of light not only of yourself but of the entire organization? And so it is the leak in the dike that can overcome the unity of life.
Precious hearts, you are the founding fathers and mothers of the Aquarian age! Who else, I say? You live in the spirit of the Founding Fathers of this great nation! You are the ones who keep the flame! When you look at America you see that there is not the unity in this land that there is here, in the unity of these enlightened souls. And you find in this nation those who are warring with one another, those who are divided on every religious and political and philosophical issue and who will fight one another, tooth and nail, for a worm or a fish hook.
Do you understand that it is in the unity of a nucleus of light that an entire age can be born?
Therefore when we celebrate the two-hundredth anniversary of this nation I pray that this celebration will be in that focus of light in the heart of America that is the focus of our retreat. And I pray that you will move in that direction to secure facilities for that focus that I have designated to the Mother of the Flame for the Freedom conference 1976.
I pray then that you will join as never before—heart, head and hand—in a pledge to Mighty Victory and to the Goddess of Liberty and that you will understand that the nucleus of lightbearers is all that we have for the preservation of America. When we look outside of this circle of fire we see that the misunderstandings, the compromise and the self-will is too great. And we know that in the hour of testing and in the hour of the launching of the dark forces in their final attack upon this nation, those who have not come into that circle will not be able to withstand in that hour.
Do you understand how the hatreds of right- and left-wing politics have left even some of our best servants bereft of the protection that they ought to have because somehow in their self-righteousness they have considered that it is all right to hate the fallen ones or the dark ones?
Therefore that which has become the extreme right, which should be the fulfillment of the spirit of patriotism, has become an anathema to my soul and to the flame of freedom! For in their hatred and their criticism and their condemnation, they no longer represent Saint Germain! They no longer represent the Goddess of Liberty! And so Morya has warned you not to take sides and not to be in the middle of the road but to be where truth is at all times!
Take care that you do not align yourself with those political movements that are seething with hatred and with condemnation, for these movements are vulnerable--vulnerable to the fallen ones! You know that the Luciferians, contrary to popular opinion, do not only use the Fidel Castros and the Brezhnevs and the Maos to achieve their ends. They use extremists in every camp. They set brother against brother, right against left, and those in the middle of the road are caught in the maelstrom, caught in the middle of the flinging of energies back and forth.
I say then by the power of the cosmic honor flame let the exposure come forth! Let the exposure come forth! And if America is to be purged, let her be purged fully in this period of months remaining before the celebration of the two-hundredth anniversary. I say, watch as the Lords of Karma out of necessity make the announcement at the New Year’s class of an increase of karma to this nation. For it must be for the purging and the cleansing, and that added momentum of darkness can just as easily be turned into light. As was spoken by Jesus, “My burden is light!”
If the faithful and the Keepers of the Flame will increase that momentum of invocation to the fires of freedom, and if you will begin that momentum now so that the roller coaster of your decrees and light and movement will together be in such a movement and a motion, then come the first of the year that darkness that must be released will be caught up in a spiral of freedom and a flame of transmutation whereby you will hold the balance until the hour of the sealing of the light in victory.
I come not only with warning and with woe. I come with joy in my heart. For I rejoice to see the response of your hearts and your souls. I rejoice to see this day, when you have taken your stand for light and you have determined to be free. I rejoice! And my love is boundless for all that you have given.
I simply say, give more. Give more of your energy in invocations, and you will seal the planet in the flame of freedom for a golden age.
