  CUSEF has deployed this tactic on American journalists and former Congressmen, offering free trips to the country in exchange for “favorable coverage,” according to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings.
  As revealed in FARA filings, the trips function as part of a broader effort to “effectively disseminate positive messages to the media, key influencers and opinion leaders, and the general public” regarding the Chinese Communist Party.
The delegation was the result of collaboration between CUSEF and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), which counts membership from most officials in Congress including Rep. 4)  A federal judge has struck down one of President Joe Biden’s four COVID vaccine mandates, ruling that it violates federal law to force healthcare providers to fire doctors and nurses who object to the vaccination.  One mandate down, three to go.
  The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a mandate that any healthcare provider receiving money from its programs must demand COVID-19 vaccinations of its employees, and fire any healthcare workers who do not get a vaccination.  CMS is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which is led by Secretary Xavier Becerra.
  But Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt led a coalition of states to file a legal challenge to this vaccine mandate.  On Monday Judge Matthew Schelp of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri agreed with Schmidt and his fellow state attorneys general that Biden’s mandate is illegal.  The judge issued a preliminary injunction blocking that mandate immediately.
  Government mandates come in all shapes and sizes.  The Constitution gives some matters to the federal government and assigns other matters to the states.  And in our form of limited government there are many areas of life where the government has no business at all, leaving free people and free markets to make their own decisions.
  To the extent vaccines could ever be mandated by the government, there are two things to keep in mind.  The first thing is that the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, so any such mandate is subordinate to constitutional guarantees of religious liberty, due process and other individual rights.

   U.S. government records show that the foundation of U.S. billionaire Bill Gates worked closely with the Chinese government to pave the way for Chinese-produced medications to be sold outside China and help “raise China’s voice of governance by placing representatives from China on important international councils as high level commitment from China.”
  Judicial Watch, which obtained the emails in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, also announced that it received records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) which include an “urgent for Dr. Fauci” email chain which cites ties between the Wuhan lab and taxpayer-funded EcoHealth Alliance.

    Five years prior to the coronavirus outbreak, in an Oct. 30, 2014 report titled “Wuhan,” Dr. Ping Chen, who had been the top Fauci agency official working in China, informs Ken Earhart that she had met with a Chinese official from Wuhan. Chen reports that the official’s office “is similar to what I am doing here seeking, facilitating, and promoting international scientific collaborations for scientists in Wuhan.”  She continues that this official was asked by an organization put together in part by the Wuhan Institute of Virology “to help the members in the organization increase scientific exchanges between members and international ID [infectious disease] experts.”
  In a Sept. 5, 2017, situation report Chen informs her colleagues that she had “attended a ‘Belt and Road’ High Level Meeting for Health Cooperation: towards a Health Silk Road.” She also reported:
Last week USAID, CDC, ESTH [Environment, Science, Technology and Health] and I met with Gates Foundation, initially planned to talk about global Malaria eradication efforts to see if there is any area we can work together.  But we ended talking in general Chinese policies and the Foundation’s current strategies in China — capacity building to help China raise its national standards and leverage China’s resource to help others.  One of the examples for raising the national standards is to help China FDA for its reform.  Gates Foundation has managed to work out a mechanism with China FDA to provide fund[ing] to China FDA for placing experienced Chinese-Americans who had worked at US FDA for many years to work in China FDA as senior consultants….
  On the approach for leveraging China’s resource to help others, Gates Foundation is working with Chinese government on donations to its neighboring countries and African countries such as anti-malaria medicines, bed nest, diagnostics, etc.  More specifically, it helps Chinese companies to gain pre-qualification on medications so that Chinese company manufactured drugs can be sold outside China, helps the Chinese to establish bilateral collaboration with specific countries in Africa, teaches the Chinese how to do resource mobilization and helps raise China’s voice of governance by placing representatives from China on important international counsels as highlevel commitment from China.
  Chen goes on to describe numerous other ways the Gates Foundation was helping the Chinese government by, for example, helping “Chinese companies gain pre-qualification on medications so that Chinese company manufactured drugs can be sold outside China.”  Chen continues:  “Just met with a group from the Global Virome Project (GVP) which is funded partially by USAID.  The head of the project, Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance, is an NIAID funded PI.  His collaborator at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China has done excellent work on corona viruses in Chinese bat populations.”
  Fitton of Judicial Watch said:  “The Gates Foundation should explain the government report about its assistance to and advocacy for China.”

  This email chain is part of a previously released Jan. 23, 2020 exchange with the subject line “Urgent for Dr. Fauci:  China’s lab for studying SARS and Ebola is in Wuhan.”  It begins with Melinda Haskins, chief of legislative affairs for NIAID, writing to senior NIAID officials and includes a link to a Daily Mail article, titled “China built a lab to study SARS and Ebola in Wuhan – and US biosafety experts warned in 2017 that a virus could ‘escape’ the facility that’s become key in fighting the outbreak.”  She writes: “Dr. Fauci will be brief [sic] multiple Senators tomorrow on our novel coronavirus response … Would you please confirm the exact nature of our support to the Wuhan Institute of Virology/Biosafety Lab.  You’ll want to read the Daily Mail article above.”
  A Jan. 6, 2020 email exchange on “coronavirus countermeasures,” initiated by NIAID Chief Medical Officer Hilary Marston, includes a “Wuhan Pneumonia Update” report prepared by NIH/DMID.

News reports on 1/8/2020 the virus is a novel coronavirus, sequenced in one patient and identified in others.
  The report also details a NIH coronavirus grant “portfolio” that funded 13 basic science research grants, two treatment research grants and five vaccination research grants related to coronavirus:  “Peter Daszak (R01A|110964-06) is funded for work to understand how coronaviruses evolve and jump to human populations, with an emphasis on bat CoVs and high-risk populations at the human-animal interface.  Main foreign sites are in China (including co-investigators at the Wuhan Institute of Virology).”
The report notes that one of the grants, made to Fang Li, “is funded to investigate the receptor recognition and cell entry in coronaviruses using structural approaches using spike proteins in complex with receptors.  This award found the first evidence of a MERS-related CoV that uses the human receptor and provides evidence of a natural recombination event between bat CoVs.” 
  Another grant involves “a team of investigators using mouse models of SARS and MERS to investigate CoV pathogenesis and develop vaccines and therapeutics.”
  A section of the report on “Vaccines” details:  “The VRC [Vaccine Research Center] and collaborators have stabilized the MERS-CoV spike protein in its prefusion conformation.  The stabilized spike protein is potently immunogenic and elicits protective antibodies to the receptor binding domain, n-terminal domain and other surfaces of the spike protein.  The stabilized coronavirus spike protein, and mRNA expressing the spike protein through collaboration with Moderna Therapeutics, is currently being evaluated in the humanized DPP4 mouse model at UNC.”
  Another grant description indicates that NIH was funding research at Jefferson University using the rabies virus as a vector to deliver a potential vaccine.  In an accompanying spreadsheet detailing the grants, one grant is listed as having gone to Dr. Ralph Baric of UNC-Chapel Hill to study “Mechanisms of MERV-CoV Entry, Cross Species Transmission and Pathogenesis.”  That grant had been funded from 2015-2020….
  In a Jan. 22, 2020, email exchange titled “Collecting info on N CoV [novel coronavirus]”, NIAID “Senior Volunteer”, Dr. Karl Western, informs Chen and other NIAID officials:  “Two recent examples involving CAS Institute of Virology and BSL-4 facility include:  University of Minnesota and CAS Institute of Virology review of the origin and evolution of pathogenic coronaviruses in Nature Reviews:  Microbiology. Minnesota had a CEIRS award for one funding cycle.  Columbia University School of Public Health, Eco-Health Alliance and CAS Institute of Virology published a few days ago on the results of surveillance of human animal interactions and bat coronavirus spillover potential in rural southern China.  Columbia is a current CETR holder.”
  In a heavily redacted response email Chen writes:  “Thanks Dr. Western.  Eco-health has NIAID grant which has collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, CAS, studying the coronaviruses in wild animals, focusing on bats, in China.  One of the key Chinese collaborators is Dr. Zhengli Shi, who works on coronaviruses.”
  On Feb. 6, 2020 Han Koo, an executive assistant to the Director of NIH who works in the Office of Grants Administration (OGA), emails Chen and Matthew Brown, then-Director of the NIH China Office:  “We need POCs [points of contact] of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and The Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) ASAP.”
   Later in the chain Chen writes: “In 2018 NSF [the U.S. National Science Foundation] and NSFC [the National Science Foundation of China] had a joint initiative on Ecology and Evolution of infectious diseases. A workshop was held prior to the initiative (NIH is one of the participants to this initiative. Many participants of the workshop are from CAS institute including WIV [Wuhan Institute of Virology] scientists.  NIAID grant to EcoHealth is studying coronaviruses in animals including bats.  The grant has different countries as collaborators in addition to China.”  A colleague then responds:  “Thanks! Do you recall who the US and Chinese PIs [principal investigators] are on that coronavirus vector/reservoir grant are?”  Chen replies:  “See the attachment I prepared previously.  This grant is on bat [redacted].”
  In an Oct. 20, 2017 email exchange following Chen’s submission of a situation report, NIAID official James Meegan tells Chen:  “Jim LeDuc at U Texas Medical Branch, Director of the Galveston BSL4, works closely with them [Wuhan Institute of Virology].  In 1986 Jim and I spent the year on and off in Wuhan setting up a virology lab and studying Hantavirus infections and treating patients with ribavirin. We trained many, and some later came to the States.  I think that helped it on its way to becoming a center for virology.”
  Further in the exchange Chen writes “The [Wuhan] lab will be operational soon.  The visit has been arranged through one of our grantees. I know Jim LeDuc has been worked with WIV and had done some training. [Redacted.] Also, I was told only certain viruses can be worked in this lab. [Redacted]” Handley then tells Chen: “Please make a very careful and full report on what you learn during this visit.  It will be a very important interaction and one that many are interested in.  Please share your report with us before it goes into any other reporting.  We will be glad to engage directly or via grantees in whatever will help ensure safe operations.”
  On March 4, 2020 Greg Folkers, Fauci’s chief of staff, emails an academic paper titled “On the origin and continuing evolution of SARS-COV-2”, published in National Science Review on March 3, 2020 to David Morens and other unidentified officials within NIAID and asks in his cover note: “David, this may come up in ASF’s [Anthony S. Fauci’s] 10:00 hearing [likely referring to House Appropriations Committee hearings held on March 4, 2020 on NIH budget requests.]  What do you make of this paper and the attendant press coverage?”  Folkers highlights within the report two passages. One reads:  “Our results suggest that the development of the new variations in functional sites in the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the spike seen in SARS-COV-2 and viruses from pangolin SARS-CoVs are likely caused by mutations and natural selection besides recombination.”   The second highlighted passage reads: “Although the L type (~70%) is more prevalent than the S type (~30%), the S type was found to be the ancestral version. Whereas the L type was more prevalent in the early stages of the outbreak in Wuhan, the frequency of the L type decreased after early January 2020.”  Morens replied, but his response is entirely redacted.
  A heavily redacted Oct. 26, 2017, email released to Judicial Watch in a previous production includes a newly released response from Handley.  The email chain begins with Chen sending a trip report to her colleagues regarding her visit to the BSL4 Lab in Wuhan. She notes:  “My contact who helped arrange the visit is Dr. Zhengli Shi, who is a Chinese collaborator on a NIAID grant to EcoHealth for SARS like corona virus project.”  She continues: “The P4 lab is located in a new developing zone about one hour car ride from the current institute location in central Wuhan city. The location will be the new campus for the entire institute in the near future (a lot of construction is going on right now).  Since we are not allowed to take photos so only the photo from the outside is attached.”
  Newly released in this production of HHS documents is Handley’s reply in the email chain:  “This is a sensitive subject and will be of interest to others.”  Later in the exchange, Handley tells Chen “Please send us by e-mail your full report on the visit and then we can decide what to do with the information.” After Chen emails Handley the report, he writes: “There is enough good information in your report that it needs to be shared in some form or another.”
  On July 18, 2016 Chen sends an “activity update” to top NIAID officials, summarizing her activities for the prior three weeks.  In a discussion of the Chinese needing assistance with conducting clinical trials of new medicines, Chen notes:  “GSK’s [Glaxo Smith Kline’s] Zhi Hong (the head of the GSK anti-infective program and led the GSK center for infectious diseases and public health in Beijing) met with Dr. Fauci on Monday, the 11th, asking for NIAID support for this clinical trial network in China.  I know Dennis [presumably Dennis Dixon, Chief of NIAID Bacteriology and Mycology] and Carl [possibly Carl Dieffenbach, Director of NIAID AIDS Research] attended the meeting with Fauci.  I don’t know the outcome of the meeting.”  Further along Chen writes:  “I met with EcoHealth Alliance, a NY based non-profit organization on health.  They have a R01 grant from DMID [Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases] on identifying SARS-like coronaviruses in China.  They partner with Dr. Shi Zhengli at Wuhan Institute of Virology.  I visited Dr. Shi over a year ago. She took bat samples in caves in certain regions of China, isolated and identified viruses and found some viruses are similar to SARS by sequencing.  Now [redacted].  We are talking about close animal-human close contact in densely populated city.”  Chen also mentions an upcoming meeting of “Chinese NIH Alumni” and talks about NIH Director Francis Collins discussing with the head of Peking University Medical School “about the establishment of a Chinese NIH Alumni as there are so many Chinese researchers trained and worked at NIH in the past.”
  On Oct. 12, 2016 Chen sends a “High” importance email to senior NIAID officials Handley, Bernabe and Dixon regarding an upcoming conference in China. Chen notes: “Another topic under session 1, Zoonotic Disease Characterization and Prevention, has some relevance to us. NIAID funded George Gao at CAS [Chinese Academy of Sciences] for avian flu (I think it was on avian flu genetics in birds) and we have grant from RDB funding coronavirus survey in bats.  The Chinese collaborator is Wuhan Institute of Virology, a CAS institute too. The request for zoonotic diseases is from a Chinese agency I don’t know, AQSIQ. [Redacted.]” Dixon replies:  “Thanks Ping. I see the topic of ‘prevention and control’ by your name.  While we have occasional projects in that realm, they are at the border of our mission area relative to CDC who list their name that way sometimes in reverse order.”
  In a Jan. 20, 2017 situation report Chen discusses the Global Virome Project “to identify viruses present in wildlife with potential crossing over to humans … Following the identification of the viruses is the development of vaccines to protect human population. China has huge capacity for vaccine development (I think it has 7 national owned vaccine manufacturing facility and over 30 private vaccine making companies.) [Redacted] One of the partners in this project is EcoHealth Alliance.  Peter Daszak from EcoHealth Alliance is one of the leaders of GVP and he has NIAID grant from RDB looking at the coronaviruses in bat populations in China in collaboration with Wuhan Institute of Virology.  He came to visit me once in the Embassy. This grant has direct connection with the purpose of GVP.”
  In a July 7, 2017 situation report, Chen informs her colleagues:  “RDB [NIAID’s Respiratory Disease Branch] has a grant to EcoHealth which has a Chinese collaborator at WIV working on finding similar SARS viruses in bat populations and then look for human exposures to the viruses carried by the bats in the villagers near the caves.  USAID funds the same organization and they do more virus seeking projects in China.”
  On May 27, 2018 Chen emails colleague Nancy Boyd, forwarding her an announcement sent to Chen by people at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which Chen describes as “China’s only publicly known P4 lab.” Chen adds:  “I copied Gayle [Bernabe] at OGR      https://www.worldtribune.com/emails-detail-multiple-efforts-by-gates-foundation-fauci-to-assist-chinas-international-exchanges/and she can forward to programs officers with the P4 pathogen portfolio.”

  Daszak’s letter to the NIAID on June 8, 2016 argued that EcoHealth’s proposed experiments in Wuhan were not gain of function in part because the WIV1 bat coronavirus they planned to use as the basis of their lab-made viruses “has never been demonstrated to infect humans or cause human disease.”
  But Daszak’s collaborator at UNC Chapel Hill, Ralph Baric, helped publish a study three months prior in March 2016 that found WIV1 had the ability to infect humans. Baric’s study found that the WIV1 virus posed an “ongoing threat” to humans because it “readily replicated efficiently in human airway cultures and in vivo, suggesting capability of direct transmission to humans.”  Daszak also said in his June 8, 2016 letter to the NIAID that he would cease experimentation and notify the agency immediately if EcoHealth’s lab-created viruses in Wuhan were enhanced by over one log, or ten times, compared to the natural strain used to construct it.  Daszak later informed the NIAID staffers in a June 28, 2016, email that he was reliant on Wuhan Institute of Virology researcher Shi Zhengli, who has known ties with the Chinese military, to notify him if their lab-created viruses exhibited enhanced replication.  Daszak said in his email to an NIAID staffer:  “UNC has no oversight of the chimera work, all of which will be conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.  We will clarify tonight with Prof. Zhengli Shi exactly who will be notified if we see enhanced replication, and then amend and re-send the letter to you so it is clear.  I will also confirm with Zhengli the make-up of the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s Institutional Biosafety Committee,” Daszak added.  “However, my understanding is that I will be notified straight away, as [Principal Investigator], and that I can then notify you at NIAID.”

 At the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) virtual Davos Agenda summit on Tuesday French President Emmanuel Macron concurred with globalist plan.
  The calls to reshape the economic order in the wake of the Chinese coronavirus were seconded by President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, who said: “We must learn from this crisis.  We have to change the way we live and do business to be able to keep what we value and hold dear.”
German Chancellor Angela Merkel took the opportunity to call for more globalism post-pandemic, saying that the coronavirus shows “how much we are interlinked, how globally interdependent,” the world is and that “trying to isolate yourself fails.”
  While Mr Macron did not lay out any firm policy proposals to reshape capitalism, he did endorse the model of ‘Stakeholder capitalism‘, promoted by

   Klaus Schwab, which calls for “shared prosperity and equitable growth, based on sustainable production and consumption.”
The WEF has said that governments across the world should adopt more socialist-style policies such as wealth taxes and heavy-handed regulations on businesses, as well as introducing giant Green New Deal type policies.

  I trust you will realize that inasmuch as many lifewaves have been compromised, there are but a few by cosmic standards, a handful of lightbearers across the galaxy who have evolved to the position in Community to which you have, to be able to offer in concerted manner, as you do, the call for the judgment and the binding of the seed of the wicked who if left unchecked would surely create a planetary holocaust.
  They are indeed checked by your calls but they must be checked again and again daily.  And as you give yourselves to these calls you gain momentum, you earn good karma, your being is lighter, and in so doing, [when] combined with service, the chakras are cleared. …This is our only hope for mitigation.  We repeat it again….
Leaders who have betrayed will be displaced by still others who shall betray.
Inasmuch as there has not appeared in the land one who could bear the mantle of that office at the level of Christhood required (and unless by some miracle one should displace the candidates who have lined up), we say that the Mantle of Alpha, the Mantle of Omega, of Saint Germain and Portia shall not descend upon the next holder of that office.
  As in the days of Israel when all looked for the Messiah and the birth thereof and parents prepared themselves as initiates on the Path, so in this day every chela of El Morya, out of compassion for his heart and Presence and burden, ought to consider himself in preparation to receive that mantle.
  Blessed ones, you may think you are not the one, [and] therefore [you may] not prepare, but if you are [the one] and you are not prepared, upon whom then shall the mantle fall?…
  Spiritually speaking, beloved, see yourselves as candles on a giant cake, each one bearing that office; for the office itself must not perish from the earth.  It must not, we say.  To retain,therefore the aura, the mind, the heart, even calling to Godfre and Lanello and the ascended Sons and Daughters of God [to place their Electronic Presence over you] is to secure then a continuity whereby the torch may again be passed to one who does arise and is qualified.
  Every mother ought to raise her child upon her knee and dedicate that child to representing the people of a country, a state, a locale. …
  Blessed ones, so long as the flame is carried in the heart, so long as that cake representing the collective consciousness of the spiritual community worldwide has thousands of candles burning upon it, keeping alive this continuity of God-government in the earth, so long shall there endure the opportunity for the representatives of the God-Star to take incarnation, to take up again the calling of restoring and reestablishing the original intent of the Constitution of the United States of America.
  Where shall we go to find the traditions of liberty on earth?  We shall go to the hearts of those who keep the flame of liberty and we shall abide there.  We shall come.  We shall give counsel.  We shall send our angels and our legions.
  Let those to whom is given so mighty a salvation, a concomitant of Hierarchy, a presence so dear, throw now the refuse of their human creation once and for all into the consuming fire of God and, hearing the call of the Angel of Unity,  remember that you are brothers and sisters, sons and daughters of Alpha and Omega.
  Ye are one!  Show that oneness to a world.  Show that mutual support, upholding one another in love.  Show a unity that does tell us that all separation from our throne is collapsed, as time and space will indeed be collapsed for you in the ritual of your ascension.
  O show us, beloved, that the remembrance of our love in the beginning, restoring also your twin flames, is worthy in the ending of your fondest sacrifice, your noblest surrender, your selflessness and your service toward the one-pointed goal of victory!  [14-second applause]
  It is not pessimistic—it is not pessimistic to live every day as though it were your last.  It is not only wise but it is fortuitous.  For such a goal-fitting does allow oneself to keep one’s affairs tidy, to remember to forgive, to be kind and to speak the word of comfort, for another day may not dawn when the opportunity should [again] arise.
Blessed ones, this is the spirit of the conquerors who move across planets with the high step of Archangels, who grasp a planetary sphere and who know that one day their steps shall move on to the stars and [who] are determined to gain a planet for those of lesser comprehension.
  It is time for bigness, bigness of thought, largesse of heart.  It is time to make your decision to fulfill your destiny, for I have come.  I have come to call you home and to enumerate the requirements for your homecoming, and [foremost among them] is to rescue every lightbearer on earth, every child of God marked by the Lord your God for the victory.  Thus let not a day pass that you do not intensify the endeavor and show to yourself some good gain that should please our hearts immensely….O soul, see thyself now stepping across the high peaks of these mountains, moving north—north to the polestar of Being, north to the I AM Presence.  O come up out of the folly of selfishness and self-concern.
  Indeed, beloved, indeed, beloved, I call [upon] you now to sing and sing again to the Wonderful One who comes to minister to you, the Lord Buddha of the Ruby Ray. He does literally rise from his secret chamber in the heart of the Earth for this occasion.  And I fancy in singing that song that you shall begin to embrace coils of his wonder and the fullness of his wonder that he would impart through ruby ray initiation.
  Hosts of Alpha and Omega, come now, for we return to the Central Sun, having so marked Earth as a “Love-Star of Our Oneness.”  We hold in our hearts a replica of the planet and of all     lightbearers, and you shall know our nourishment even as you pursue the resolution by mercy’s flame of forgiveness in all directions.

10)  Thus to take for granted that that which is above shall descend to that which is beneath is a most serious error. 11)   Now then, what have you received?  Impetus to master the six o’clock line of God Harmony, of the Ascension Flame, of sacred fire, of the purity of the Divine Mother in the base-of-the-spine chakra and hence in all chakras above.
  I may come then as the representative of Cosmos and of God Harmony to give you initiations both within my retreat and wherever you are for the mastery of God Harmony, nevermore to dally in self-sympathy, pools of pity, words of babbling brooks of self-justification.
  Death itself is the misuse of [and the consequence of the misuse of] this chakra. Thus, beloved, it is a fount of eternal life unto those who celebrate life, but it is also a fountain of death to those who celebrate the rituals of death.
  Now then, beloved, my goal is not the mastery of the six o’clock line for you, for this mastery [which you must make your own] is a means to the goal; and the means is the [very] strengthening, the balance and mastery through the Eightfold Path of those eight petals of the secret chamber of the heart….
  Think you that eight buddhas shall not come and manifest in those petals [when you shall have sufficiently balanced and expanded that threefold flame]?  Aye, it is so.
  Thus without mastery of the flame of Mother [on the six o’clock line], without true desiring to dissolve all differences  [inharmony] between thyself and all mothers and the Divine Mother there can be no entering in [to the secret chamber of the heart]….
  Know then that the Divine Mother is the key to the heart of God in the center of being and that Buddha is Father and [that] Father must be approached through Mother….
  The genetic violations of this planet by aliens, sponsored by fallen angels and Nephilim gods and a descending scale of [their creation of] mechanization man are violations of the five secret rays.  An infant humanity undeveloped therefore has shown thus far no ability to in any way resist this violation.
  I, Serapis, predict that when you raise up this God-determined light of the Mother and see the course that is set before you as paramount They shall not pass.  They shall not prevail.  They shall not undo or overtake.

12)   I AM the glory of the Lord in the midst of the Holy City, and I pluck you out of the earth, O my beloved, each and every one of you who has made your peace with your God, and I assume you unto myself that you might know yourself a part of my own mystical body of light.
  Come then as the mighty eagles gather together in my causal body, as we shall manifest in our day and in this day surely, surely the devouring by sacred fire of all in the earth that would corrupt the saints and children of God and the holy ones and the servants of thy people.
  Therefore, O living ones, know that on this site in ancient days long, long past, in far-gone ages when the continents were not as they are, so there was the declaration of the Lord.  And I come to reiterate that declaration of the wall of fire descending for the protection of the pure in heart, for the protection of the City Foursquare, for the protection of the Retreat of the Divine Mother, arcingthen back to the mighty mountains of the Yellowstone….
[Violet Fire and Tube of Light Decree
O my constant, loving I AM Presence, Thou light of God above me whose radiance forms a circle of fire before me to light my way:
      I AM faithfully calling to Thee to place a great pillar of light from my own Mighty I AM God Presence all around me right now today!  Keep it intact through every passing moment, manifesting as a shimmering shower of God’s beautiful light through which nothing human can ever pass. Into this beautiful electric circle of divinely charged energy direct a swift upsurge of the violet fire of freedom’s forgiving, transmuting flame!
      Cause the ever expanding energy of this flame projected downward into the forcefield of my human energies to completely change every negative condition into the positive polarity of my own great God-Self!  Let the magic of its mercy so purify my world with light that all whom I contact shall always be blessed with the fragrance of violets from God’s own heart in memory of the blessed dawning day when all discord–cause, effect, record and memory–is forever changed into the victory of light and the peace of the ascended Jesus Christ.

      Angels of the Holy Kumaras now establish that wall of fire round about you, beloved.  Renew it each day, renew it several times a day, and your tube of light may be the wall of fire for the protection of your city, your home, your nation, your hemisphere, your planetary body.   Even so, the codification of these laws was for the ultimate triumph of the people. But, blessed hearts, there were many corrupt ones, even the fallen angels who moved against the Woman and her Manchild.  And these held sway and held the people in their grip and moved them [to rail] against the pillar of fire who was and is the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.
      Thus, beloved, the continent sank into the depths of degradation, as if on a roller coaster, and [some of] those who were servants of God moved on to other places on the planet.  The retirement therefore of the Son of God from Atlantis was the beginning of the end and culminated many, many years later in the sinking of that entire continent for the weight of the forces of Antichrist….
      Where there is a heart and many hearts who will still burn with the fire of the threefold flame that I have rekindled in some of the peoples of the Earth we shall take a stand and a stronger stand each day as you increase your strength and your capacity to receive the strength of Almighty God.  We shall be there if you will be there, and we will not withdraw from the Earth.  We will not be intimidated by the fallen ones who are overrunning the minds of the youth.  We will not so long as you sing the anthems of the free and direct your calls with piercing fire into the cause and core of Evil in the Earth….

       In every direction helter-skelter across the countries of the world there is the attack on youth, there is the matter of drugs, there is the matter of diseases and plagues.  You look here and you look there and you wonder “How shall the daily work proceed and all the calls be made that are necessary?”…
  You must believe and know that your Mighty I AM Presence is the manifestation of the Lord Brahman with you and that the Word with God in the Beginning is manifest [in you as] your Holy Christ Self.  [It is because you believe and know this that I empower you to command me to take command of any and all affairs in the world.]…
       Call then for the judgment of the heinous crimes of the pharmaceutical companies who sell their wares at prices far beyond what they should be and, in any case, do not [even provide] the natural cures dispensed by Archangel Raphael, which many of you know about.  Blessed ones, this is a tentacle [of a giant octopus] closing in on America with an iron grip.
