That's a problem, because there's evidence that the Soviet Union's bioweapons are still lurking in labs in Russia today.

In theory, facilities such as Compound 19 should have been shut down in 1975, after the international Biological Weapons Convention.  But, as the Sverdlovsk accident shows, that wasn't the case.

And there are rumours that the biowarfare research continued even after that.  "In fact, reports from Soviet defectors in the 1990s tell of a vast, highly funded program involving tens of thousands of researchers working on biological weapons to lob at America and other targets," writes Mole.

2-25-1998      A defector from the former Soviet biological weapons program said in an interview today that Moscow's cold war plans for World War III included preparing ''hundreds of tons'' of anthrax bacteria and scores of tons of smallpox and plague viruses.

  The defector, Dr. Kanatjan Alibekov, now known as Ken Alibek, was second-in-command of a branch of the Soviet program and defected in 1992. He said today that the bacteria and viruses could have been mounted on intercontinental ballistic missile warheads on several days' notice in the early 1980's.  Dr. Alibek, a 47-year-old native of Kazakhstan, said the Russian military was still running a biological weapons program in 1991, a year after Mikhail S. One facet is when things may go critical or climatic.  Fortunately we have some reference points.

Nostadamus cited a prince out of the East in a famous quatrain.  Archeia Mary delivered her 3-1-1988 warning-dictation at Fatima via Messenger ECP (see the previous blogpost on this site of mine for an excerpt)--astrologic chart is roughly (lacking precise hour of dictation) this: 

  The Neptune, Mars, Saturn and Uranus together at 7th house look like 4 horsemen of the apocalypse; also the t-square of Mercury, Pluto and Moon resemble a fuse quite ready to go.

  Then a look at the 10-7-1952 birthchart of Vladimir Putin:  Sun at 14 Libra (3 degrees from conjuncting his natal Saturn, and the two are in parallel declination), Sun squares Uranus at 18.5 Cancer and trines north node at 20 Aquarius and trines his part of fortune at 20 Gemini.

  Some of you are aware of solar progression (forward at 1 degree/year) of a chart and there is also lunar progression (forward at 13.18 degrees/year) of a chart.

   One may progress the 3-1-1988 chart.  Try 2 years.  One arrives at March 1990--and for some in Montana this was a very dramatic time.  The Sun of Mary's warning-dictation-chart moved 2 degrees forward, the Moon of her dictation-chart moved 26 degrees forward, hence to 13 Pisces and to 13 Virgo, a full moon by progression.

  Now let's try progressing further.  Try 31.67 years forward from the 3-1-1988 date.  That puts us at Nov. 1, 2019.  The natal Sun progresses forward 31.67 degrees, hence to 12.77 degrees Aries, while the natal Moon of this chart goes forward 417 degrees.  One subtracts 360 from 417 and gets 57 degrees forward for the lunar progression here.  That 57 degrees moves the progressing Moon to 15 Libra.  Notice a full moon effect by progression--It is at cardinal sign midpoints; it is very near Putin's natal Sun and natal Saturn.  It hits both the natal Mercury and the natal Moon of the 3-1-1988 chart.  So it is a very very hot point, so to speak.                   -r, mt. shasta, ca
