Bottom, a jester in the court of Oberon and Titania, is made to wear the head of an ass.

  So goes As You Like It by William Shakespeare.    Shall I give examples from the play?  Okay:

1. Code of Conduct actually was given to the whole field of chelas with Maitreya’s Feb 1974 dictation wherein he stated there were 3:  cleanliness of person, non meat-eating, and no sexual relations outside of the marriage bond.  Morya supplemented that Code by and by--however one must ask, has the line held that was drawn?

2. In 1994-5 Saint Germain required a streamlining of the activity and so all staff were required to submit their resignations.  Hence a fresh streamlined staff was appointed.  By this time the 4 Prophet children had grown quite a bit away from the activity--which naturally had repercussions.

3. In 1997 around 4-28 the North Glastonbury community voted to not place themselves under the South Glastonbury (RTR staff) leadership.  On 4-30-97 Morya withdrew the broad “thread of contact from himself” from the activity due to no code of conduct in place at RTR; on 5-13-97 Guru Ma redefined what the sponsorship is (since the 33 years dispensation cycle runs from 1991-2024) and that “we don’t need new holy orders.”  But by 2004 the RTR staff had put forth 2 new holy orders.

4. In 1997 in late June Guru Ma delivered “Paradigm Shift”--sketch of a less top-down management approach and a more cooperative horizontal initiative model.  However, the Neroli Duffy clique at RTR apparently were not in favor of this and presented by 2003-4 their own model in “A White Paper”--trumpeting the advent of their apparent “complete” RTR control.

5. On 6-30-1998 Guru Ma mentioned that she probably could not have made it without the friendship of her secretary, FM--one who had dedicated herself before her ascension to countering the dark ones who had come into the Church U. and T.  But that latter part was censored out of the Pearl which gave forth Guru Ma’s 6-30-1998 lecture, but the original tape recording remained and someone found it--and told us!  The RTR leaders apparently haven’t acknowledged the “glitch.”  Try acknowledging the truth, you staff!

6. By Sept. 2003 the whole activity was shaken in terms of Neroli Duffy-led RTR team going to Moscow.  5 Elders were removed because they asked for conflict resolution in terms of Moscow drama, with both sides being heard, and with due process of the law (which Guru Ma had helped put into the administrative guidelines.)  But by early 2004 the RTR also removed due process of the law from the activity by a vote. Then the RTR staff leaders wanted the Church ministers to sign a loyalty pledge to themselves--opposed by Tim Connor who was then thrown out.  With the RTR 24 member Council of Elders containing about 8 or 9 Executive Council members, the Executive Council clique had a basic lock on RTR governance.  All in all one could say:  bye-bye check and balance structurally at RTR.

7. Mother passed in Oct 2009.  Yet the Neroli clique managed to come up with the “Spiritual Director” title by March 2011--so we evidently must have needed at least one more bit of farce, n’est-ce pas?
