This chart shows the Moon at last quarter. The Moon high in the chart makes a sextile to Mercury and a square to Jupiter. The Moon is quite influential then. Progressing the Moon at rate of 13.18 degrees/year forward, it takes 3.3 years for Moon to reach the Mars-Venus conjunction in Capricorn. Now this Mars-Venus conjunction natally is well-aspected to both Neptune and north lunar node and I think one must apply common sense and elementary logic to help this reading of the chart. So, supposing the Russ-Ukrainian war to be largely guerrila warfare and the resolve of the several parties to be toward intransigent, it appears then that a bogged down guerrila war is rather possible. Then I think 3 years of this will cause repercussions, and so I expect Moscow power elitists to begin chaffing under such a scenario, most likely more and more willing to find a replacement for Putin. So I think the logic of Moon progressing to Mars-Venus conjunction of natal chart is probably a major leadership shift. But even if Putin survives in 2025, still to be tied down in a protracted guerrila war would not be to his taste anyway. So I think about late June 2025 is when real peace talks or other geopolitical realities will weigh in significantly. -R.
