white to move, can he draw?

With h3 as a given, then black could probably settle on something like Qb4, but white has Rc5.  So it isn't so easy.  In fact it goes to an endgame.  

Stockfish6.0 gives:  Qb4, Rxc6 Qxc5 (only move), Rxc5 Rc8, Re5 Bd5, Bxd5 Nxd5, Nxh6 Nxf4, Rxe4=.
