Beloved ones, the planet is God’s, the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. The laggards have usurped it, and those who live in discord have taken it over. The violent have taken the kingdom of heaven by storm. But they have made the kingdom of heaven upon earth no longer a kingdom of heaven but a place of pain, misery, struggle and unhappiness.
Many among mankind who gaze upon world conditions have said to themselves so frequently “How could God create a situation that looks like this one?” Well, as you have been told before, God did not create imperfect conditions. And I wish to amplify this truth again and again and to refute and to deny for all eternity any other claim. God did not create these conditions.
• I hope that every agnostic and atheist and every person upon Earth wherever they may be will get the pressure in their feeling worlds of my denial of [imputing] the accountability for this creation of the human to the Deity. Do not impute it to the Deity, beloved ones. It is directly the result of human action.
It is true that some of it is irresponsible action and some of it is ignorant action but a bit of it is malicious action. The malicious action stems from black magicians who in the past took initiations carrying them very great steps toward Godhood. And then after they had taken those steps they suddenly desired, through a form of narcissism, to become enamored with their own personalities. And in their individual expressions they attempted to assert the power of their own egos, and they ceased to remember that “Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory.” And they said instead “Mine is the kingdom, mine is the power, mine is the glory.”
And as they said that—because up to that point they had already been endowed with certain powers of precipitation through previous initiations successfully passed—they were still able to temporarily enslave certain elemental forces which in turn did their bidding. Like the genie in the story of Aladdin’s magic lamp life obeyed their voices; and they performed nefarious acts of malice against the world while yet in possession of certain spiritual faculties.

Behold, it shall come to pass, and nothing shall stop it; for I the Lord God have made up My mind. As I determine to create, so shall I in due course of time destroy that which mankind have also interfered with in their own desire to usurp the powers of creation. And instead I shall build a new heaven and a new earth, and the former things shall be passed away. For behold, that which is righteous shall endure, and that which is unrighteous shall be cast down.

Legions of light marching from out the Great Central Sun are the legions of Victory and of his Flaming One. They come for the binding of the beasts of self-indulgence, selfishness, the idolatry of the self, and the love of the self. These are the four beasts that would usurp the thrones of the four living creatures full of eyes before and behind who are in the midst of the throne and round about the throne. Their overcoming is by the flaming yod, for they are the overcomers of worlds and beyond.
They know the sacrifice of the lion, the unending service of the calf, the surrender of the image of the man, and the selflessness of the flying eagle. The ruby is the initiatic jewel of their diadem. They know the way of the rose cross. They come to address the children of Israel on behalf of the Four Cosmic Forces….
In their idolatry they would tear down the supreme Personality of the Godhead as though he himself were an idol, all the while pursuing their cults of idolatry and saying, “We have left behind the age of superstition. We are the sophisticated. We hold the intellectual keys to science and religion. We have wrested the secret formulae of the nucleus of life, and nothing is withheld from us. We are the gods of the twentieth century, the rightful leaders of souls into the new age. We have no Guru, we are God. We worship no other god save the God within. We need no master ascended or unascended, for we are the masters of life.”
Thus in their pride and lust for power, these fallen ones by their magnetic personality are the impostors of the flying eagle. Unto them the Lord hath said: “The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the Lord.”…
the Guru has said “Occupy till I come.” Occupy my Form, the time and space thereof, its flesh and blood. Occupy till I come to see what mischief mankind have made of my Form, belittling, berailing, betraying you in my name. I will leave my Form here and there, occupied by my chelas. I will see what they will do who say, “Hah! we now possess the Lord.” In vain they have murdered the Form. They have gotten neither the Guru nor the chela who exit the Form and enter the Unformed Form at will with the bold challenge “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
They did not believe him, the great Guru of the Piscean Age. They crucified the Form of the calf, but he is not there. He is risen.

Now comes the judgment of the Great Whore and the impostors of the Divine Mother and the impostors of Kali and Durga and Mother Mary and all who implement the will of the Cosmic Virgin.
Now judgment is spoken this day and the action of Astrea goes forth to bind the Great Whore, bind the Great Whore, bind the Great Whore! It is done in the name of the livingChrist by the action of Purity and Astrea according to judgment and justice this day implemented by the Four and Twenty Elders! Those impostors of the feminine beings of hierarchy, those whose time has come, must go to the Court of the Sacred Fire for judgment in this hour.
Now let it be known that the freedom of the Divine Mother in all is a resplendent victory when there is the binding of all that is anti-Mother in this planetary body, a binding of all that is an insult to the Cosmic Virgin and the use of the body of the Cosmic Virgin in advertising, in pornography, in activities of lust that belie the Creator and the Christ incarnate.
In the name of the living God, I stand before you to plant in this focus, in this city the action of Almighty God that releases judgments on the whoredom of this world. Now let it be known that those who go awhoring after other gods—the idolators, those who are self-centered and worshiping the lusts of the flesh, even the Babylonians incarnated once again—they are judged and they are bound this day. And the fallen ones are bound, which is an indication of a great curtailment of their activities by the Great Central Sun Magnet, by the action of Alpha and Omega.
Just as Antichrist attempts to usurp the throne of the living Christ in the seat of God-government in this and many nations, so it is the Great Whore that usurps the position of the Divine Mother. Now this day she is dethroned, and the legions of our angels and legions of Archangel Michael‘s band have seized those cohorts of the fallen ones, those who actually caused what has been known as the fall of Eve and the descent of the energies of the feminine ray. Now let them rise through the Mother! Now let those energies be restored to the children of the light as the lost inheritance usurped by those whose perversion of the Divine Mother is known Babylon the Great.
Behold, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, and the hosts of the Lord come forth with the defenders of the light and the great teams of conquerors and the legions of angels from the God Star, Sirius. And there is a cordon of lightbearers defending the Divine Mother and the Mother flame within each and every one of you and all who serve that flame with utter humility, devotion and purity….
And if you are found wanting, be willing to face the Word and the penalty. Be willing to invoke the light to replace the darkness. God is a merciful God. He is no tyrant….
Purity is loyalty to the cosmic honor flame, loyalty to your own soul blueprint, the placing of the I AM Presence first, last and always, and the ego and its selfishness, the tyrant with its tirades, nowhere. It has no place in the hierarchy of the ascended masters or their chelas.,,,

The Word is all and everything. The Word is the eternal Logos. It is the voice of the Ancient of Days thundering the Ten Commandments from Horeb’s height, etching out of living flame the markings of the Law on tablets of stone. The Word is the will of the aum and the ray of your divinity. The Word is life and love and truth. The Word is law and principle. The Word is individuality through and through.
We send forth Messengers of the Word whose souls, anointed by God Himself, have knelt before the altar at the Court of the Sacred Fire and received the commission of the Four and Twenty Elders. And their authority is that of the Great Central Sun Messengers. To be a Messenger for hierarchy is a high and holy calling–one that is not lightly given, one that ought not to be lightly received….
(Some) coming in the name of the Logos yet their lives a betrayal of true reason and the law—they are the archdeceivers of mankind. They would take over the person and personality of the Ascended Masters and real Gurus. Setting themselves up as gurus, they sit in the lotus posture smoking the peace pipe with the false hierarchy, dispensing drugs along with demons, and even training their disciples in the manipulation of sexual energies for heightened sensual gratification. In their all-consuming lust for power they teach the way to God through sexual perversion, abuses of the body and desecration of the Mother. And the light they steal from those they ensnare is used to satisfy their mad cravings and to control vast segments of the population through witchcraft, variance and mortal cursings….
The false hierarchies and the fallen ones come in many guises, seeking to impress an infant humanity with their sleight of hand, trance and telepathy, their flying saucers and other trappings. I say woe to those who are adept in the mental manipulations of matter and astral energies yet have not the Christ–the snake charmers and charlatans who display a phenomenal control of bodily functions yet have not one iota of soul mastery!…Like the fallen ones who, in their attempt to level hierarchy, would make themselves equal with the sons and daughters of God, these psychic channels would cause our Messengers and their work with the living Word to become muddied by the flood of psychic material being released by the false hierarchy.
Let it be so! They have freewill. As the grass of the field, they have their day; for the wind passeth over them and they are gone, to be remembered no more. But the day of the true Messengers of hierarchy shall be as the giant redwood marking the cycles of the spiritual-material evolution of the race and as the snow-covered Himalayas outlining the pinnacles of soul attainment.…Not only Jesus, but Mary, Saint Germain, Gautama Buddha, Confucius, Mohammed and all who have attained oneness with the eternal flame of Life through the ritual of the ascension–these shall appear to mankind in the Second Coming once mankind themselves have accepted the Law of the I AM Presence and their own identity as Christed ones.
The true Messengers of God receive only the word of the Great White Brotherhood and of the Ascended Masters. Their communion is not with the dead, nor do they practice necromancy or spiritism or hypnotism or the mesmerism of the mass consciousness. They are forbidden by cosmic law to allow their chakras to be instruments for the fallen ones, to channel energies of disembodied souls abiding in the astral realm, or to be the mouthpiece of discarnates or any of the rebellious spirits which comprise the false hierarchy.
And so the messenger of the covenant shall suddenly come to his temple. His temple is the heart of man. He is the Christed one standing at the altar of the sacred fire to read the proclamation of deliverance–the deliverance of the soul into the arms of Almighty God. And so the Christed one releases the statement of the law even as that statement has been sent forth by the Messengers whom we have chosen and ordained.

] The usurpers of the seat of authority of the living Christ of you must not be allowed to stand. Sinners midst the congregation of the righteous are these. To gain your right of passage for dominion in this life you must come to the understanding that at inner levels and on the outer there are those who thoroughly disrupt and set aside your mission. Unseen are they, never to be feared but to be reckoned with by the calculation of the stars.

Therefore for judgment I am come,” saith the Lord. And their recoiling is the driving-back of the energies of the fallen ones. And they are driven back into the whitefire core wherein the error of their wrong choosing is become the consuming of the whitefire yellow-fire sun.
And the consuming of the pollution of the waters of the living Word is the consummation of the Mother and the Holy Spirit. The understanding of the Mother is the wellspring of life unto all who have retained the law of the Father. Let the wellspring of the Mother rising from the base-of-the-spine chakra be the focus of purity’s transmutation of all misunderstanding. For misunderstanding is the mist that went up from the earth as maya, the veil of evil that watered the whole face of the ground….
Unfortunately the fallen ones have usurped the seat of authority; and they sit in the philosopher’s chair instructing the children of light in the ways of darkness. And discrimination is nowhere to be found save in the teachings of the Mother.

Understand, beloved hearts, that this choosing may be pre-understood by us but it is never preordained. There is no fixed karma, astrology or any past action whereby we judge the individual. We may know all things or we may enter into the immaculate heart of the Universal Mother, but we will not surmise what the outcome of individual choices will be; for we hold to the law of freewill for the victory of all evolutions of Earth.
We demand therefore that you come to the realization that those usurpers of the light of the first ray must be challenged—that is, those who have made their determination and their commitment to use any light available to them to supplant God-government and God-economy.
