12-26-17
Mr. Lagomarsino said the courts should judge him for lending Mr. Nisman a gun “if I committed a crime,” but he insisted that “I have nothing to do with the rest.”  https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/26/world/americas/argentina-nisman-indict-homicide.html

12-26-17      Judge Julián Ercolini prosecuted Diego Lagomarsino in the case investigating the death of prosecutor Alberto Nisman.  The magistrate considered that the computer expert was a necessary participant in the crime of simple homicide aggravated by the use of weapons In the resolution, he was locked in an embargo of 15 million pesos.
The judge also tried four guards that the Federal Police had placed on Nisman for breaching the duties of a public official and aggravated concealment.  Those prosecuted and seized are Rubén Benítez, Néstor Durán, Armando Niz and Luis Miño.
All of them are prohibited from leaving the country and other procedural restrictions.
For Ercolini, there is no doubt about how Nisman died : "In a few words, on that night from January 17 to 18, 2015, Nisman would have been killed with Diego Lagomarsino's gun and he, at the same time, was the last person.     https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=search&rurl=translate.google.com&sl=es&sp=nmt4&u=https://www.infobae.com/sociedad/policiales/2017/12/26/diego-lagomarsino-fue-procesado-en-la-causa-por-la-muerte-del-fiscal-nisman/&xid=17259,15700023,15700124,15700149,15700186,15700190,15700201,15700214&usg=ALkJrhi3ekwBuj6kUqjfTQ6HRErhZauTgA

7-15-18     Rubén Fabián Benítez, non-commissioned officer of the Federal Police in availability and tried for cover-up, alias El Chino , born on August 19, 1963 in Morón and domiciled in El Palomar, where at the time of Nisman's crime he was living with his mother.
The man of whom Lagomarsino said: "Alberto always named Benítez.  For me, all the custodians of Nisman were Benítez ."  The next-to-last custodian to see Nisman alive on Saturday, January 17, 2015.
Benitez testified three times, but never said what was now discovered by a crossing of telephone calls.  First he said one thing.  Then another, with more details.  But only during a third statement did he mention an intelligence agent who once worked in Nisman's custody.  He said he never had contact with him again, but it's not true .
Now it is known that Benítez spoke again with that agent during the afternoon of Monday, January 19, 2015, when the country was moved by the news of Nisman dead.  Benitez spoke to the spy on the phone - it was a two-minute communication, about six in the afternoon - but he never said it.  It is one of the first results of the telephone call crosses on the case requested by the prosecutor Taiano, ordered by Judge Ercolini and is doing the Federal Police.   https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=es&u=https://www.clarin.com/politica/custodio-nisman-dijo-toda-verdad_0_H1CHcV877.html&prev=search
